The Effect of Multi Channel Retailing, Cooperation Synergity and Accounting Information Systems on Business Development Strategies that Impact on Business Performance
In this study the researchers chose the research object, namely a building material trading company in Sampit, Central Kalimantan named PT. Samudra Mas Group. The urgency of this study is to determine whether the multi-channel retailing variable, cooperation synergy and accounting information systems affect business development strategies and ultimately have an impact on company performance. This is to ensure the use of a business development strategy for the next 5 years. The study was conducted using respondents who are employees of PT. Samudra Mas Group, which has director positions to middle management and has the authority to make decisions in company operations. Respondents amounted to 70 people. This research measurement method using Smart PLS Professional 3.0. Pulling data by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The results showed that multi-channel retailing, synergy of cooperation and accounting information systems significantly influence business development strategies. As well as a business development strategy to mediate multi-channel retailing that affects business performance
Impact of Public Capital Expenditure on Economy Growth of Nigeria
The research investigates the relationship between governmental capital spending and economic development in Nigeria. Several issues of the Central Bank of Nigeria's statistics bulletin were used in the research, which yielded a large amount of data. The data was submitted to a unit root test, which was performed using the Augmented Dickey fuller (ADF) method, in order to determine its time series characteristics. The variables' socioeconomic characteristics were obtained via the use of descriptive statistics. Because of the varying order of integration seen in the unit root, cointegration and regression analysis were carried out utilizing the ARDL- Autoregressive Distributed Lag method, which is an acronym for Autoregressive Distributed Lag. The results show that public capital investment has a negative and statistically significant (tcal = -2.6996) impact on the Nigerian economy, as assessed by the GDP growth rate, according to the data. The results demonstrate that when capital expenditures in Nigeria get the attention they deserve, they have the potential to contribute to economic development in the country. This research recommends that the government manage capital spending in an appropriate manner in order to enhance the nation's productive capacity and accelerate economic development in light of the results
The Effectiveness of Applying the Jigsaw Model in Learning Indonesian Exposition Texts for Class VIII State Junior High School 4 Sendana, Majene Regency
This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the application of the jigsaw model in learning to write Indonesian exposition texts for class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Sendana in Majene. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental type experiment with two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group who were given a pretest and posttest. These two groups aim to prove whether the jigsaw learning model is effectively used or not in class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Sendana. Before implementing Jigsaw Model, the results of the study suggest less successful, as shown by the 17 pupils who can only answer the questions that have been presented. As demonstrated by 51 students who were able to answer questions, the outcomes of studying exposition texts using the jigsaw learning approach in class VIII were successful
The Degree of Practicing Organizational Justice by Teachers of Learning Disabilities in English Language from Their Point of View
The study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing organizational justice by teachers of learning disabilities in English language from their point of view. The study used the descriptive approach and developed a questionnaire, which was administered to a sample of (30) teachers of LDs in English language in the Irbid governorate. The questionnaire was used to collect data that included demographic information about the respondent and to measure the use of organizational justice among teachers of LDs in English language. The validity of the study instrument was verified by presenting it to specialized judges, and their reliability was verified using the test and re-test method. The results of the study showed a high practice of organizational justice among teachers of LDs in English language in general and in all the dimensions of the instrument. The Effect of Married Age on the Health of Mother and Baby in Campalagian District
The determinants of child marriage are triggered by complex social, economic, cultural, political and legal disparities. This research method used a cross sectional study. The research sample was 192 women who were married in 2018-2019 in the Campalagian District. This study aims to determine the effect of the age of marriage on the health of ibn and infants in the District of Campalagian. Chi-square test was used to analyze data. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the age of marriage had an effect on the health of the newborn (p value = 0.003). However, the age of marriage on maternal health during pregnancy, maternal health at delivery, use of contraceptive methods, service standards for birth weight, and support from husbands do not have a significant effect. After conducting bivariate analysis using moderator variables, the results showed that. There is an effect of the age of marriage based on the age of the husband (p value = 0.017) and the husband's education (p value = 0.024) on maternal health at delivery. There is an effect of the age at marriage based on the husband's age (p value = 0.023), the wife's education (p = 0.008), and the husband's education (p = 0.009), on the health of the newborn. It can be concluded that the age of marriage has an effect on the health of the mother and baby and/or if it includes the age and education factors of both the respondent and the partner
Mixed Infection of Vivax and Falciparum Malaria with Severe Manifestations of Malaria at the General Hospital of the Christian University of Indonesia: A Case Report
Malaria is still a health problem in Indonesia. The number of malaria cases according to the 2018 RISKESDAS reached 8076 cases, and the highest number was obtained from Papua province with 3,334 cases. Multiple infection malaria in Indonesia according to RISKESDAS 2018, has a rate of 0.01% of the total cases, namely Plasmodium Falciparum malaria and Plasmodium non Falciparum malaria. A 47 year old man was referred from the clinic with complaints of high fever preceded by chills 10 days before being admitted to the hospital. Accompanied by shortness of breath, unable to get off the treatment bed due to feeling very weak, nauseous, sick and having a bulging stomach. Physical examination revealed a pale conjunctiva, ronkhi in the lower field of the right lung, dim percussion in the basal of the left lung, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, shifting dullness. ring form vivax, on chest X-ray found a left pleural effusion. It is known that the patient previously lived in Papua from September 2018 to May 2019. During treatment, the patient was given artesunate injection therapy, dihydroartemisin + piperaquine and primaquin for seven days of treatment. At the end of the treatment, another chest X-ray was performed and re-examination of the peripheral blood smear, no more pleural effusions were found and no parasites were found on re-examination of the peripheral blood smear. Mixed infection of vivax and falciparum malaria, is a rare case that may occur in endemic areas where both plasmodium can be found. The prevalence in Indonesia according to RISKESDAS is only about 0.01% of all malaria cases in Indonesia

This thesis was to identify the correlation between nurses' inpatient service quality and patient satisfaction. quantitative and cross-sectional research This sample was made up of all patients admitted to the Deli Serdang Hospital, which indicates that about 320 patients were hospitalized for [for an average of] 3 days.5 days. as many as 77 human population samples of which were chosen to be included in the study All data derived from interviews and observations using a statistical model with a 5% significance level of probability, evaluated using the Multiple Linear Regression Approach The multiple logistic statistical evidence indicates that the influence of the vector service efficiency (p = 0.016) and connectivity (p = 0.016) is important (p = 0.043) on patient satisfaction. Determinants Influencing Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) at Langsa Hospital in the Covid-19 Pandemic
Health facilities with referral status for COVID-19 cases, reported a decrease in non-COVID inpatients, compared to facilities with non-referral status. The decrease in bed utilization (BOR) was very significant in several health facilities including Langsa Hospital 10-15% before 65-75%,. This study aims to study the Determinants of Factors Affecting the Decrease in Bed Utilization (BOR) at Langsa Hospital during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period in 2021. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and informants are determined by purposive sampling of key informants, namely 4 inpatients and 2 supporting informants. The total number of informants is 6 people. The research instrument is the researcher himself and data collection through interviews, documentation and field observations. Data analysis technique with taxonomy. The results of the study, namely the availability of services due to reduced facilities, hospital policies in implementing health care programs, priority to hospitals from patients in independent practice health care services and community stigma regarding the confirmation of COVID-19 status in each patient, were the driving factors for the decrease in BOR at Langsa Hospital in the 2021 COVID-19 pandemic. It is recommended that the Langsa Hospital management coordinate with IPSRS for the availability of facilities, the health promotion section conducts more effective promotion and socialization methods and nursing provides training on effective communication
