Analyst of the Impact of Taxpayer Compliance After Participating in the Tax Amnesty Program in the Food and Beverage Subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant difference in taxpayer compliance before and after taxpayers participated in the tax amnesty program in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Taxpayer compliance in this study was measured by the effective tax rate (ETR), ETR in this study was measured by the authors ETR1 (current tax expense proxy/earnings before tax) and ETR2 (current tax expense/operating cash flow). The population of this study amounted to 60 companies and 19 issuers were obtained as samples of the study using the purposive sampling method with the criteria of issuers having been registered on the IDX in 2016 and issuers participating in the tax amnesty program according to Law No. 11 of 2016. This form of research uses a comparative test. The data analysis technique used a paired data difference test. The results of the study which were processed with the help of SPSS version 25 showed that there was no significant increase in tax compliance as measured by ETR1 and ETR2
Community Empowerment in Waste Management through Waste Bank Program in Tabanan Regency
This study is intended to collect data and then analyze it to obtain results that can provide an overview of community empowerment in waste management through the waste bank program, describe what factors are inhibiting and supporting factors, as well as the efforts made in overcoming these factors. The theoretical basis used in this research is the theory of community empowerment by Mardikanto & Soebito (2018). The four aspects in this theory include human development, business development, environmental development, and institutional development. The research design used in this study is a qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used three ways, namely, interviews, observation, and documentation. The data that has been collected is analyzed starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted in Tabanan Regency. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that community empowerment in waste management through waste banks in Tabanan Regency has been implemented. However, there are still obstacles in implementing the program. Therefore, researchers provide suggestions to further intensify education to the community, continue to build good relations with vendors, and continue to pay attention to the condition of waste management facilities and infrastructure

Dramatic Learning Problems During the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMPN 1 Tanasitolo, Wajo Regency
This research is a type of research that is classified as a descriptive qualitative research. This study discusses the problems of learning drama during the COVID-19 pandemic in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Tanasitolo, Wajo Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of implementing online classes in drama learning for class VIII students during the pandemic, the problems faced by teachers and students in the process of implementing drama learning during the pandemic, and efforts to find solutions to overcome the problems that occur to teachers and students in learning. implementation of online classes during the pandemic in class VIII. The data collection of this research was carried out by the method; (1) Observation; (2) Interview; (3) Documentation; (4) reading techniques; (5) note-taking technique; (6) Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The subjects in this study were Indonesian language teachers in class VIII and the objects in this study were students in class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Tansitolo. The results of this study indicate that; (1) The online drama learning process for class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tanasitolo is still in the process of stabilization and evaluation towards a better and more advanced stage; (2) The problems that arise in learning drama are about the lack of lesson plans, application of learning and technology, communication and student activity, lack of independence, and workload; (3) the efforts made as a solution are using applications that support, visiting students who are less active, training or learning online learning application technology, mentoring parents, and giving assignments comparable to what is being taught
Food Handling Practice of Culinary Merchants in Medan, Indonesia
Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) estimates that over 20 million incidences of poisoning occur yearly in Indonesia. In 2019, food poisoning was the cause of 17 out of 154 poisoning incidents in Medan. This study aims to picturize food safety practice among food handlers at culinary merchants. Using a descriptive, cross-sectional study, a total of 52 samples were given a survey with a total of 35 questions regarding characteristic of samples, food safety knowledge, food management attitude, and food management practice. The data collected were 73,1 % the food-handlers had average knowledge level of food safety, 92.3% had a good attitude in food management, 53,8% had average level of food management practice, and 51.9% had a good behavior in food management. There are still chances for cross contamination to occurs. In order to ensure the safety of sold products, food handling training and rules should be prioritized and advocated

Premarital Sexual Among Adolescents In Adolescence is a time where one individual's experience of transition from one stage to the next and a good change of emotion, body, interests, behavioral patterns, and also full of problems. This resulted in changes in attitudes and behavior, such as starting to notice the appearance myself, became interested in trying to attract the opposite sex and show feelings of love, which would then arise sexual urges. This study aims to determine the cause of premarital sexual among adolescents in Bima. This study uses qualitative methods through in-depth interviews. This study shows that the source of information on youth knowledge about sex before marriage is dominated by peers through the stories and discussions among them. This study also shows that most teenagers have sex before marriage at home when they are in the situation and condition of the empty house without the supervision of parents and a small part in the hotels and boarding houses. The results suggest that parents need to improve their oversight of adolescent attitudes and behavior through intensive communication and quality without restricting the rights of children to interact with their environment and the need for the role of Education Department in the development of adolescent reproductive health curriculum. Functions of Rhetoric and Figurative Language in Instagram Social Media Skin Care Ads
Instagram is one of the means of information on social media to display an advertisement in the form of images or videos. Instagram is visited by many people, especially teenagers. Many advertisements are displayed on Instagram, one of which is an advertisement for skin care products. Skin care products are in great demand by Indonesian women, especially teenagers, because basically women always want to look beautiful and glowing. The use of language style and the impression that we can catch on skin care product advertisements is one of the things that influence consumers to be interested in buying them. The basis of this research begins with linguistics, namely stylistics. This study aims to examine more deeply, adequately, and comprehensively about alliteration style, hyperbole style, metaphorical style, personification style and function of language style in skin care advertisements on Instagram. The theory used in this research is stylistic theory. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques using documentation, reading and recording. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis technique (processing, analyzing, and interpreting data). The results of the research found in Instagram social media skin care advertisements found that there were forms of rhetorical language styles including alliteration, assonance, asidenton, polysidenton, eroticism and hyperbole. In addition, figurative language styles were also found including simile, personification, synecdoche, and metonymy. The language style function found aims to explain, strengthen and bring life to inanimate objects in Instagram social media skin care advertisements
Understanding Public Notices in English at Public Places
Getting people to be more aware of something is one of many functions of public notices at public places. By reading the public notices, people are expected to do what it is instructed, understand what its intended. However, public notices which are written in English might become another problem. Pontianak, Indonesia is the example of the country which is not using English as the first language. People who live in Pontianak city, Indonesia may experience the moment when they are hardly to understand the meaning of the public notices in English. The research is conducted by using survey which consists of some questions that the respondents need to answer. The respondents are at the range of 15-45 years old. The data collected shows that the most respondents are able to understand the public notices that are written in English. They do not have problem in reading or defining the meaning of the statements used in public notices. Moreover, they have some efforts in finding the meaning of new words. The respondents also admit that they are interested in learning English. In the end, it can be concluded that the respondents do not have problem in understanding the public notices in English
A Study of Agriculture Value Added Percentage of Gross Domestic Product for Selected Asian Countries
Agriculture sector is considered most important sector our of primary sectors in any country. The basic needs of human being are to eat, salter and water. For hunger not just human being but all animal on planet is depend on agriculture sector so it is important to know that the growth of agriculture sector in the country. In this study Asian countries have been selected based on area on the earth. The selection of samples is considered as Russian which considered as highest area coverage on Asia after that China, India, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and Iran selected for analysis purpose. The time period from 2006 to 2021 considered for the study. the major findings of the study was Russian , Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia saw on an average constant trend of value added towards agriculture of GDP. Chine indicated decreasing trend whereas Iran in saw increasing trend of agriculture value added towards GDP. India is highest contributor of agriculture value added of GDP out of selected countries and Indonesia is on second position
