Get PDFGmelina arborea Roxb. is belong to the family of Verbenaceae, have been used for a long time in traditional medicine to treat a wide range of medical ailments. Through the use of the FTIR spectroscopy technique, the objective of this research is to investigate the effects of the extracts of Gmelina arborea leaves obtained from methanol, hydro alcohol, aqueous, hexane, and ethyl acetate. FTIR, which stands for "Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy," is an analytical method that is both rapid and nondestructive. In order to determine the usual peak values and the functional groups that are present in Gmelina arborea leaf extracts, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used on a spectrophotometer system. The Effect of Customer Relationship Marketing and Customer Value on Customer Loyalty at Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Gowa Regency
Get PDFA customer's commitment to repeatedly re-subscribe to or re-purchase a certain product or service in the future is an example of loyalty on the part of that consumer. At the Sheikh Yusuf Hospital in Gowa Regency, the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact that customer relationship marketing and customer value have on the level of customer loyalty. This kind of investigation is a quantitative study that takes the form of an observational study and is structured in the form of a cross sectional study. The sampling method used was a total sample, and the number of participants in the study that participated in the sample was 154. According to the findings of the research, there is a connection between Customer Relationship Marketing and Customer Loyalty. There is also a connection between Customer Value and Customer Loyalty. The variable that has the greatest impact on customer loyalty is customer relationship marketing (also known as CRM). It has been suggested to the administration of the hospital that they make more use of techniques derived from promotional tools (promotions mix). The bacteria that cause typhoid fever may promote the generation of endotoxins that alter haematological assays, particularly those involving leukocytes. Exogenous pyrogens, such as bacteria or an immune reaction, produce fever. Pyogen may be an interleukin-1-like protein. This chemical may stimulate the hypothalamus to create more prostaglandin E2, causing fever. We also found lymphocytosis, monocytosis, eosinophilia, and thrombocytopenia. Endotoxin and endogenous mediators may reduce bone marrow, causing leucopenia. Recent research shows that the average leukocyte count is normal or slightly elevated, despite the idea that 25% of the population has leucopenia. This research examines whether fever and leukocyte counts are linked in hospitalized typhoid patients. This cross-sectional study was undertaken in the hospital's pediatrics and medical records departments. The sample included typhoid-hospitalized children. Forty persons were randomly recruited for this study. Chi-Square was used for univariate and multivariate analysis. (p = 0.816; OR = 1.181; 95% CI = 0.292-4.778). The Influence of Problem-Solving Learning Model and Student Learning Motivation on Mathematical Reasoning Ability
Get PDFThis study aims to determine whether the mathematical reasoning ability of students who are taught by the problem-solving learning model is effective in terms of the learning motivation of class VII students of SMP Negeri 4 Gorontalo. This type of research is Quasi Experiment with Treatment by level 2 x 2 design using two-way analysis test and Tukey test. The results showed that the mathematical reasoning ability of students who had intrinsic learning motivation in problem-solving learning was 84.13 and the mathematical reasoning ability of students who had intrinsic learning motivation in conventional learning was 67.21. This can also be proven through a test with a significant level of 5% and df = 127 indicating t > t(1,127)(0.05). Obtained t = 4.232 for a = 0.05 obtained t(1,127)(0.05) = 2.80 Thus, the reasoning abilities of students who have intrinsic learning motivation are taught by problem-solving learning more effectively than the reasoning abilities of students who have intrinsic learning motivation are taught by conventional learning

Improving Student Learning Outcomes Using the Class IV Joyful Learning Method in Elementary School
Get PDFThe purpose of this research was to improve student learning outcomes by using the Joyful Learning Method in social studies subjects for class IV at SD Negeri 16 Paguyaman, Boalemo Regency. The results indicated the Joyful Learning method can improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects. This is indicated by the results of student learning activities in the first cycle reaching an average percentage of 71.25% and in the second cycle an average of 85%, with an increase of 13.75%. Likewise, the learning outcomes of students produced with a mastery percentage of 61.91%, with a KKM 75, while the average value of students in the second cycle experienced an increase, with a completeness percentage of 80.95%. The conclusion is the implementation of the Joyful Learning method can improve student learning outcomes in social studies subject

The results showed the level of activity in the use of Organizational Technology, especially during the COVID-19 era, the role of information technology was a challenge and an opportunity for organizational performance owners to adapt so that their organizational performance could remain productive and effective. The results showed that the dynamics of the organization require adaptive technology, information technology has an influence on organizational development. This condition requires organizations to continue to learn and provide training in accordance with the times, this is certainly relevant to the concept of learning organization with the impact that requires organizations to acquire and transfer organizational knowledge to individuals in the organization
