This study embarks on a captivating journey into the intricate realm of British Romantic Literature, where the mythical imagination of poets and writers intertwines with age-old mythological narratives. With the aim of illuminating the profound connections between these two seemingly distinct domains, this comparative analysis delves into the creative works of renowned British Romantic authors and their engagement with mythological themes. The exploration of these intersections reveals a nuanced understanding of how myth, imagination, and literature intersect, resulting in an enriched tapestry of storytelling that transcends temporal boundaries. Our investigation commences by delving into the works of iconic Romantic figures such as John Keats, William Wordsworth, and Mary Shelley, among others. These authors, influenced by the mythological traditions of both ancient and contemporary cultures, craft narratives that resonate with timeless themes of heroism, creation, and transcendence. We analyze their poetry and prose, exploring how mythological elements infuse depth and meaning into their literary creations, ultimately offering insights into the Romantic movement's underlying mythopoeic tendencies. Furthermore, our comparative approach extends beyond the examination of individual authors to encompass the collective Romantic imagination. By analyzing recurring motifs, archetypes, and narrative structures across British Romantic Literature, we unveil the collective mythical consciousness that permeates this period. This study offers a new perspective on how the Romantic poets and novelists collectively reimagined and reshaped mythological traditions to reflect the unique cultural and societal context of their time. This exploration of the mythical imagination in British Romantic Literature highlights the enduring relevance of myth in shaping human creativity, narrative, and cultural discourse

This study investigates how the digitization of village information systems influences community participation in the management of village funds in Gowa Regency, Indonesia. Positioned within the broader discourse on digital governance and participatory management, the research employs a quantitative explanatory design to examine the extent to which digital transparency, accessibility of information, and digital communication channels affect citizen involvement in planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of village fund programs. Using survey data collected from community members across selected villages, the study analyzes both descriptive and inferential statistical patterns to determine the strength and significance of these relationships. The empirical findings demonstrate that digitization substantially enhances participatory engagement by reducing informational asymmetry, improving the visibility of budget processes, and creating more inclusive pathways for community feedback. The results further indicate that digital platforms foster a more accountable governance environment, enabling villagers to more confidently exercise their agency in overseeing public resources. These outcomes underscore the centrality of digital infrastructure as a managerial instrument capable of reshaping organizational behavior, redistributing decision-making power, and strengthening local democratic accountability. The study concludes that digital transformation at the village level should be approached not merely as a technological upgrade but as a strategic governance reform that directly impacts the effectiveness, transparency, and legitimacy of village fund management. The implications highlight the need for continued investments in digital literacy, system reliability, and institutional reinforcement to sustain meaningful participation and ensure that rural digitalization translates into equitable and responsive development outcomes

The Influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Management Attitudes, and Risks on the Use of M-Banking in the Community in Sekadau Regency

The rapid development of information technology and increasing internet penetration in Indonesia have driven significant changes in various aspects of people's lives, including in the financial and banking sectors. One of the most prominent forms of digital transformation is the use of mobile banking (m-banking) services. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial management attitudes, and risks on the use of m-banking in the community in Sekadau Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis based on data from 150 respondents who are m-banking users. The results of the study indicate that the variables of financial literacy (X1) and risk (X3) partially have a significant positive effect on the use of m-banking, while financial management attitudes (X2) do not show a significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on the use of m-banking, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.447. This means that 44.7% of the variation in the decision to use m-banking is explained by these variables, while the remaining 55.3% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These results emphasize the importance of financial literacy and understanding of digital risks in driving the adoption of digital banking services. This study also recommends that further research examine additional variables such as financial behavior, financial inclusion, and lifestyle in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence the use of m-banking in society

Accountability of Financial Management in District Government in Banggai Regency

The study aims to examine and analyze the accountability of financial management in sub-district governments in Banggai Regency. The research approach used is a qualitative method with a descriptive research method and the research procedure is carried out by observation and interviews with informants. The data analysis technique used is the interactive analysis of the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study indicate that the accountability of financial management in sub-district governments in Banggai Regency reflects efforts to improve governance through planning, implementation, and reporting mechanisms that have been formalized in the system and regulations. However, the effectiveness of its implementation is not evenly distributed across sub-districts. Several sub-districts show a decline in the quality of accountability as reflected in performance and reporting achievements that still require strengthening technical capacity and understanding of the principles of public accountability. Community involvement has been facilitated through participatory forums, but has not been fully accompanied by adequate information transparency. Meanwhile, the delegation of authority to sub-districts has opened up space for policy-making closer to the needs of the community, although its implementation requires more systematic restructuring and monitoring to avoid potential inconsistencies with the principles of good regional financial governance. The results of each sub-focus are: (1) Sub-district financial management reflects procedural compliance through digitalization and reporting, but is still weak in internal control. Low understanding of regulations, so it is necessary to strengthen ethics and law and involve supervisors to prevent deviations. (2) The financial process is regulated by SOP and SIPD, but implementation is not evenly distributed due to HR inequality and network constraints. Routine evaluations are carried out, but integrity is not fully guaranteed. Digital supervision and technical guidance need to be improved for effectiveness. (3) Program achievements are measured through Renja and Renstra, but some have failed even though the budget is absorbed high. The main problem is weak planning and inappropriate implementation time. Community participation in evaluation must be strengthened as a needs-based social control. (4) Decentralization through policies in Perbup No. 49/2023 encourages sub-district authority, but its implementation gives rise to legal-political dynamics. Policy monitoring is not optimal. Coordination between OPDs and public participation need to be strengthened so that policies are more accountable and on target

Innovation and Ownership Structure as Drivers of Export Strategy: Evidence from Vietnamese Firms

This study investigates the factors driving export decisions in Vietnam, a crucial aspect of the country's economic resilience in a volatile global landscape. Employing a pooled dataset of 3,045 firms observed over three years (2009, 2015, and 2023), the paper examines the influence of innovation and ownership structure on firm-level export performance. The result findings reveal that innovation is a significant driver of export success, particularly for firms operating in knowledge-intensive industries. Moreover, foreign ownership emerges as a key determinant of export strategy, as foreign firms often bring advanced technologies, management practices, and global market access. However, the impact of ownership structure may vary across different industries and market contexts. The findings offer valuable insights for policymakers and businesses in Vietnam. In the context of global economic instability, innovation emerges as a crucial resilience mechanism, enabling firms to adapt to changing market dynamics, mitigate risks, and seize new opportunities. Foreign-owned enterprises, with their access to global markets and advanced technologies, may be better positioned to navigate turbulent times. By understanding the interplay between innovation, ownership structure, and export performance, policymakers can formulate effective strategies to enhance the resilience of emerging economies in the face of global challenges
