Gakumdu consists of elements from Bawaslu, the prosecutor's office and the police. The aim of the establishment of Gakumdu is to encourage the election trial to take place quickly and accurately. This must be done because the election process is bound by a strict schedule and stages, so it is impossible for the election stages to be adjusted to the ordinary judicial process. This study aims to analyze whether the Sentra Gakkumdu Policy in North Sulawesi has had an impact on the effectiveness of election law enforcement in Indonesia. What are the obstacles to the Gakkumdu Sentra Policy in the electoral law enforcement process in Indonesia and what solutions can be made so that the role of the Gakkumdu Sentra Policy is more effective in enforcing election law. Get PDF
The purpose of this research was to examine how educating middle school students about cleanliness and sanitation, enforcing laws on vendors, and implementing school policies affects the students' views and attitudes regarding buying snacks. Methods such as surveys, evaluations of vendors, and discussions in small groups were all part of the overall strategy. While teaching about proper cleanliness and sanitation is crucial, the research found that it may not be enough to get kids to rethink their snack-buying habits on its own. Assessments of vendors also found that many were not in complete compliance with applicable hygiene and sanitation laws, potentially endangering the health of customers. Middle school children may benefit greatly from school regulations that make healthy snack selections more accessible and restrict access to less healthy ones, according to the research. Researchers also found that vendors operating in close proximity to schools with stringent standards were more likely to follow those laws' guidelines for cleanliness and sanitation. Based on these results, it seems that school regulations may be a useful tool for fostering a culture of healthy snacking and assuring the security of school food. This research may help shape public health and food safety regulations and instructional programs that target middle school children and their snacking habits

Knowing how, when, and what types of antibiotics should be used before and after an appendectomy is a very important subject for this very common intra-abdominal procedure that is performed in an emergency setting. This subject reflects the positive results of the procedure on the reduction of infectious complications, such as surgical site infection or intra-abdominal abcess.  Post-operatively, we divided patients who had a non-perforated appendix into two groups: group A received pre-operative antibiotics half an hour before surgery with a single dose of 3rd generation cephalosporin (ceftriaxone)1g and metronidazole 500mg, and group B received antibiotics half an hour pre-operatively and continued antibiotics post-operatively within 24 hours. Both groups received antibiotics post-operatively. 240 patients were randomly selected and separated into two groups with an identical number in each. Of the 120 patients in group A, eight of them developed a wound infection (6.67%), and the same number of patients in group B also became infected. The 30-day follow-up period came and went without anyone developing an intra-abdominal infection. The use of a single dosage of antibiotic will be sufficient to prevent infection at the surgical site, and the advantage of post-operative antibiotic treatment in non-perforated appendix will be imperceptible
