Parental Mentoring on Gen Z's Social Media Information Access Ahead of the 2024 Kendari Mayoral Election
Kendari City as one of the areas carrying out Pilkada in 2024 where many participants from generation Z as novice voters get information, especially what they usually access is through the use of Media Social in the form of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Whatsapp, Telegram and other social media. Parental assistance is needed so that in receiving information, Gen Z can always be directed and shown about good and correct information. From good information, political awareness is expected to arise, including later exercising their rights and obligations as citizens ahead of the democratic party for the 2024 Kendari Mayor and Deputy Mayor elections. This research uses a Qualitative approach with descriptive methods to find out about Gen Z's social media information access in increasing political awareness. Informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling and analysed using interactive analysis techniques. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the assistance provided by parents to Gen Z on social media access ahead of the election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Kendari 2024 obtained the type of assistance that exists, namely active assistance carried out by parents with awareness of the importance of information obtained by their children on the discourse of selecting leaders and the second is the type of less active assistance carried out due to busy work and earning daily family livelihoods so that they rarely pay attention to children in accessing information on social media in the election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Kendari 2024.Gen Z gets a variety of information from social media in order to choose leaders who can bring prosperity to the people in Kendari City
The The Dominant Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Import Procurement for Construction Projects Using Analysis Relative Importance Index (RII) and Hierarchical Clustering: a Case of Indonesia
In early 2020 in the city of Wuhan, China there was COVID-19 and it spread to most countries such as Indonesia. The impact on the development of construction projects is the procurement of imports. The affected sectors of import procurement include materials, labor, shipping processes, schedules, and mobilization that are directly related to the pandemic COVID-19 which can cause uncertainty in its implementation. So the right import procurement strategy needs to be implemented so that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic provides benefits for contractors. International trade using imports into Indonesian territory carried out by individuals or companies has 4 general stages, 1) preparation, 2) delivery of goods, 3) arrival of goods in Indonesia, and 4) receipt of goods in the warehouse. Each of these general stages has an impact that needs to be studied by brainstorming with experts. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed and 95 respondents were obtained. Primary data is analyzed using the relative important index (RII) and hierarchical clustering analyzed to determine the dominant impact at each stage of import procurement. The results of the analysis which are the dominant impacts on import procurement during the COVID-19 pandemic are that suppliers of imported goods increase prices, increase in shipping prices, delays in the arrival process of imported goods, and damage to goods
Chrono-Psychobiology: Aligning Daily Rhythms for Enhanced Mental and Physical Performance
This studies delves into the complex relationship among circadian rhythms and cognitive overall performance in the realm of Chrono-Psychobiology. The Influence of Discipline and Learning Management on Student Learning Outcomes in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMP Negeri 12 Gorontalo
Discipline, as an integral component of education, holds significant sway in shaping and molding behavior to align with the values imparted through education. It serves as a powerful tool to influence, motivate, guide, and foster personal growth. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of discipline on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 12 Gorontalo. 2) The objective of this study is to examine the impact of learning management on students' learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 12 Gorontalo. 3) The aim of this study is to examine the impact of discipline and learning management on students' learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 12 Gorontalo. The research methodology employed is quantitative in nature, utilizing a survey-based approach and employing various data collection techniques such as questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The findings of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation between discipline (X1) and learning outcomes (Y). This is supported by the statistical significance value. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the discipline variable (X1) has a significant influence on the learning outcome variable (Y). The significance value of 0.90 indicates that the influence is greater than the accepted threshold of 0.05. Additionally, the calculated t value of 1.717 is also greater than the critical t table value of 1.293, further supporting the significance of the relationship. Based on the analysis, it can be inferred that the hypothesis H1 is accepted, indicating that the discipline variable (X1) has a significant impact on the learning outcome variable (Y). The relationship between Learning Management and the learning outcome variable is evident in this study. Based on the statistical analysis, the significance value for the influence of the learning management variable (X2) on the learning outcome variable (Y) is 0.740, indicating that it is greater than the threshold of 0.05. Additionally, the calculated t value is 0.334, suggesting a small effect size. Based on the t table value of 1.293, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, indicating a significant influence of the learning management variable (X2) on the learning outcome variable (Y). The significance value of the influence of the discipline variable (X1) and the learning management variable (X2) on the learning outcome variable (Y) is 0.164, indicating a small effect size. The calculated f value is 1.852, while the f table value is 3.12
Effect of Fixed Asset Turn Over, Return on Net Worth, Plowback Ratio And Inventory to Net Working Capital
This research aims to determine the influence of Fixed Asset Turn Over, Return On Net Worth, Plowback Ratio and Inventory To Net Working Capital on Profit Growth of Energy Sector Companies Listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. The type of research used is associative. The population in this study was 75 companies with a sample of 51 companies using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis techniques used in this research are classical assumption tests and statistical tests. Based on the results of the classical assumption test, it is stated that the data is normally distributed, there are no symptoms of multicollinearity, there is no heteroscedasticity, there is no auto correlation, and the data is linear. The results of the simultaneous influence test (F Test) show that the Fixed Asset Turn Over, Return On Net Worth, Plowback Ratio and Inventory To Net Working Capital variables show that the independent variables together do not have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely profit growth. The results of the partial influence test (t test) show that Fixed Asset Turn Over, Return On Net Worth, Plowback Ratio and Inventory To Net Working Capital do not have a significant influence on profit growth

The 20th century saw the emergence of feminist theory and gender studies as literary concepts. The Increase Hemoglobin (Hb) Levels in Teenage Girls: The providing of Striped Catfish Dumplings with Moringa Leaf Puree and Tuna Fish with Chayote Leaf Puree to Increase Hemoglobin (Hb) Levels in Teenage Girls in Nelayan Indah District
This objective of study employeed the effectiveness before and after providing pureed moringa leaf of Striped Catfish dumplings and tuna pureed leaves dumplings on increasing Hemoglobin (Hb) levels in teenagers in Nelayan Indah District. The research method used a pre-experimental design method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The intervention group was given treatment for 30 days. The population was all teenage girls who experienced mild anemia, namely 21 teenage girls. The data analysis technique was bivariate analysis to determine the analysis of the effect of giving Striped Catfish dumpling puree from moringa leaves and tuna fish puree from chayote leaves in increasing hemoglobin (Hb) levels in teenage girls using the one way ANOVA statistical test. The results of the statistical test used a paired simple T-test obtained a p-value of 0.000<0.05 which shows that there was an increase in the hemoglobin (Hb) levels of teenage girls in the Fisherman Indah sub-district when given the pureed moringa leaf fish dumplings and given the tuna pureed pumpkin leaf pureed fish dumplings equally. -The average hemoglobin level for teenage girls has a difference of 1.5429 gram/dl. Meanwhile, giving tuna dumplings with an average hemoglobin level had a difference of 1.1286 grams/dl between before and after the intervention. For this reason, it is recommended that young women consume good foods such as processed Fish Striped Catfish Puree Moringa Leaves dumplings and processed Tuna Fish Dumpling Puree Chayote Leaves to increase Hemoglobin level

Strengthening of Archives Governance Based on E-Government in The Gorontalo City Government
The study aims to determine and analyze (1) strengthening of E-Government-based archival governance in the Gorontalo City government environment & (2) determining factors for the success of strengthening E-Government-based archival governance in the Gorontalo City government environment. The research approach used is a qualitative method with a descriptive research method and research procedures are carried out by observation and interviews with informants. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis of the miles and huberman models. The results of the study show that (1) Strengthening E-Government-based archival governance in the Gorontalo City Government is a strategic effort to create a more efficient, transparent, and accountable administration system. In the creation of archives, the application of technology allows documents to be produced digitally, integrating data from various work units in a more organized manner. In terms of archive maintenance, digitalization provides higher security through system-based storage, minimizing the risk of loss or physical damage to archives. In the use of archives, the application of the E-Government system supports fast and efficient accessibility, allows both internal and external users to obtain information in real time, and supports responsive public services. Meanwhile, in the reduction of archives, this system allows the identification of archives that are no longer relevant to be carried out automatically, optimizing storage capacity and ensuring compliance with regulations. With this step, the Gorontalo City Government is able to present modern archival governance, meeting increasingly complex administrative demands. (2) The success of strengthening archival governance based on E-Government in the Gorontalo City Government is influenced by several key factors that must support each other, namely the archive storage system, qualified archival infrastructure and facilities, archival officers, and archival communication and work environment. A good and digitally integrated archive storage system is a very important basis for archives to be easily searched and accessed. Archival infrastructure and facilities that meet standards provide a solid foundation for the operational management of archives. Then, the existence of competent archival officers in management and information technology greatly determines the efficiency of this system. Finally, conducive communication and work environment between agencies and work units facilitate coordination and collaboration in archive management. By paying attention to and optimizing these factors, strengthening E-Government-based archival governance can be realized effectively, supporting better public services
Strategies for Handling Delays in Building Projects (Private) during the Construction Period in Badung Regency
Delay in construction projects is the inaccuracy of completion time in each activity or overall project activity that exceeds the time limit in the contract document.From the results of observations and interviews with several contractors who carry out building construction work, especially privately owned in Badung Regency, where the results show that there are still many projects that experience delays in implementation. This study aims to analyze what factors are dominant in causing delays and provide an overview of strategies for handling project delays during the construction period.Data collection using a questionnaire survey method. The research population was 16 building construction projects that were under construction in Badung Regency starting from 2022 - 2023 with 64 respondents. The data analysis method used is the Relative Importance Index (RII) method and hierarchical clustering in analyzing the dominant factors causing delays then focus group discussion (FGD) is used to help collect and provide information in discussions for the formulation of SWOT analysis. The priority strategy recommended for the project delay handling strategy is the WT strategy which explains the position of the defensive strategy in minimizing internal weaknesses and external threats so that the contractor as the project manager must be able to minimize existing weaknesses in the project and overcome threats in project implementation. While the recommended alternative strategies are WO, ST and SO strategies.
