Implementation of Human Resource Management to improve the performance of youth organizations in Port Moresby
This research work focuses on HRM practices in youth organizations in Port Moresby- Papua New Guinea and the resultant effect on organizational performance. Carrying out qualitative case study research with five youth organizations the study examines the recruitment; training; performance management and staff motivation strategies adopted by the youth organizations’ human resource management systems. Qualitative data were obtained by conducting 20 interviews with key informants: organizational leadership, human resource management, and programmed staffs; consulting documents. The study outcomes show that despite the presence of the practices, HRM has issues of limited resources, adopted systems, and high turnover rates that affect the implementation of the strategies. The study further establishes that absence of formal HR systems, and difficulties in maintaining motivated workforce, affect the organizational performance. In relation to the HRM literature, these findings add to the limited research that has been done on practicing HRM in non-profit youth organizations with specific focus on the developing nations. Aid from the study is that HRM should be a context that requires the identification of suitable strategies that may offset the scarcity of resources and lead to enhanced organizational performance

Potential for the 2024 Election and Consolidation of Indonesian Democracy
The 2024 Indonesian elections hold great potential for the consolidation of the country's democracy. Indonesia has made significant strides towards becoming a democratic country since its transition from authoritarian rule in 1998. However, challenges such as corruption, political polarization, and the role of the military in politics still exist. The upcoming elections provide an opportunity for Indonesian citizens to exercise their democratic right to choose their leaders and hold them accountable. To consolidate democracy, the Indonesian government needs to ensure a fair and transparent electoral process. Furthermore, political leaders need to work towards bridging the gap between different segments of society and addressing the root causes of political polarization. The government must also make efforts to reduce corruption, strengthen the rule of law, and promote transparency in government operations. Overall, the 2024 elections provide an opportunity for Indonesia to further consolidate its democracy and build a more prosperous and inclusive society. It will require the collective efforts of political leaders, civil society, and citizens to make this a reality

The experiments included experimentally infected the animals with candida albicans Rats were infected with a 1 ml inoculum (3 × 109 yeast/ml) on day 0 and stressed immediately after the infection and during the following 2 days as single dose (3 ml) after dilution the main culture. After that the ZNO and coconut oil were using to know the effect of both on the reduction the oxidative effect of fungus infection. The doses of 5 mg/kg of ZnO, and 0.5 ml of coconut oil were administrated to infected Wister rats. Hormonal and oxidative, parameters were accessed after (30) days of experiment. The histopathological evaluations of tissues were also performed for uterus and ovary. The level of (LH, FSH, and progesterone) was observed to detect the effect of both treatments on the fertility level and oxidative markers. All the treated groups were comparable to control group at the end of the experiment. The results showed a significant decrease of hormones in infected female with Candeda albicans, while the level of these hormone begin to return to its normal value after ZNO and coconut oil treatment. Significant differences of oxidation marker were obtained in this study

Violence, Alienation, Cruelty in Harold Pinter's Selected plays: A Social and Political Study
This paper aims to elucidate the themes of violence, alienation, loneliness, and cruelty found in Harold Pinter's selected plays. It makes an effort to offer a fresh interpretation of these ideas and tackle the subject of when cruelty, violence, estrangement, and loneliness are justified. Harold Pinter frequently uses violence in his plays to highlight control, power dynamics, and the more sinister sides of interpersonal interactions. Pinter is renowned for exploring conflict and tension in seemingly commonplace relationships in his works. Although physical violence can also occur, political and societal violence predominates in his plays' acts of cruelty. Pinter employs subtle and complex forms of cruelty and violence to both challenge and unnerve audiences, as well as highlight the darkest facets of human nature and society. They frequently provide freedom for the audience's interpretation and introspection since they are unclear. Pinter's plays clearly explore the issue of man's estrangement and loneliness as a result of the cruelty that permeates contemporary society. The main characters experience social isolation and loneliness. They avoid social situations and the outdoors out of a fear of uncertainty or antagonism. They stay alone in society and misunderstand one other, making it difficult for them to maintain meaningful relationships with others around them. Either by nature or as a consequence of external pressure, they are alienated and lonely. These people grow far and alone from the society they live in as a result of the experiences they have. Ultimately, The Caretaker depicts cruelty and alienation while The Birthday Party and One for the Road lay more focus on violence via the interactions between the individuals, illuminating the subtleties of power struggles, deceit, and exploitation in interpersonal relationships. Pinter examines how a variety of impulses, including insecurity, power, and survival, may lead to overt or covert acts of violence, estrangement, cruelty, and alienation. In order to accomplish this goal, the study will mostly rely on post-Marxist scholars such as Hannah Ardent and Erich Fromm. The article will use their ideas of power, subjugation, alienation, and violence to decode the intricate manipulation of violence, cruelty, alienation, and loneliness in these plays. The researcher attempts to expose and evaluate these issues socially and politically from the perspective of post-Marxist theorists
