Problematika Pengelolaan dan Pengembangan Tanah Wakaf: (Studi Kasus di Kecamatan Meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat)
Get PDFWaqf is a very noble deed. Each waqf property must be managed and developed in accordance with the philosophical values of wisdom, which is to be good for social life and charity that always flows to the waqf. Such a goal, will not be achieved if the management of waqf is contrary to Islamic law and legislation, such as the management that occurred in Meureubo District caused a lot of problems. Therefore, this study formulates the management of waqf land, obstacles, and strategies for developing waqf land in Meureubo Sub-district, West Aceh District. This research is qualitative descriptive with a case study method or approach, carried out at KUA and Meureubo District communities. Data collection technique’s through interviews is observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification to formulate the concept of findings based on waqf management theory. The result of the research shows that: (1) Management of waqf land management in Meureubo is not implemented well, because the manager is in the form of an individual. This form does not give birth to two management indicators that are: planning and organizing. (2) Obstacles in the management of waqf land are lack of community understanding about waqf, lack of awareness of wakif and nazir waqf, weak government institutional role, low-quality human resources, and lack of supervision. (3) The strategies are a) synergy between agencies or institutions, b) socialization of the representatives, c) improvement of the quality of the waqf ruling

Get PDFTeachers occupy a key position in education and are the ones who influence the ethics of their students. Therefore, a teacher is someone who can be used as a role model, digugu and imitated; both from the personal aspect, knowledge and behavior. The problem is that the reality that occurs in the field, many teachers do not understand this role, so they pay less attention to its implementation in the school environment and in the classroom. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) Teachers\u27 understanding of SMA Babul Maghfirah Kuta Baro and MA Darul Ihsan Darussalam Aceh Besar about teacher ethics in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education, and (2) Implementation of teacher ethics in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Babul Maghfirah Kuta Baro and MA Darul Ihsan Darussalam Kuta Baro Aceh Besar. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that: (1) PAI teachers have a good understanding of ideal teacher ethics based on Islamic ethical values that refer to the Qur\u27an and al-Hadith as well as books related to adab / morals; including: the book of ta\u27lim muta\u27allim and the book of al Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalah al-Quran, and (2) PAI teachers are able to implement good Islamic ethics in schools with no conflicts that occur, both with fellow teachers and with students. Even PAI teachers are able to be good role models for all school residents, both in attitudes, deeds, speech and actions

Get PDFKeputusan belanja adalah beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen sebelum melakukan keputusan belanja suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan belanja gadget dalam perspektif konsumsi Islami. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan belanja gadget pada sebesar 0,302. Kualitas produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan belanja gadget sebesar 0,366. Harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan belanja gadget sebesar 0,342. Maka secara simultan gaya hidup, kualitas produk, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan serta positif terhadap perilaku mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan belanja gadget
Upaya Sekolah dalam Melibatkan Ayah pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini: (Studi Kasus di PAUD Griya Ceria Banda Aceh)
Get PDFA father has taken very important role in his children\u27s life. The involvement of a father in the life of his child could considerably help his child’s growth in education. Therefore, a father should not put his responsibility in educating children on to his wife’s shoulder (to the mother) only, by having the reason that he is quite busy with his works. Simultaneously, the school has a great opportunity to help the child’s father to be involved in early childhood education. The objective of this study is to analyze the role of the child’s father in early childhood education, its correlation to the school’s programs and its strategies in involving the child’s father in early childhood education in the PAUD of Griya Ceria, and then to find out the constraints experienced by the school in involving the father in early childhood education in this school. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data was collected through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The result of the data analysis disclosed: (1) the role of the father in early childhood education in PAUD of Griya Ceria. This includes caring, spending for the living, shaping the intelligence, loving and giving good examples to the child. (2) The PAUD of Griya Ceria has carried out some programs to involve the father in early childhood education. Among them are parenting, art performances, communication with parents, and report card distribution. (3) There are some constraints faced by the school in involving fathers in early childhood education such as the children’s fathers who are busy, the working mothers and the absence of male teachers in the school

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CAR, OER dan FDR terhadap ROA pada BNI Syariah periode 2010-2019, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan populasi sasaran laporan triwulan pada PT. Bank BNI Syariah selama 10 tahun. Hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa, secara simultan semua variabel independen yang terdiri dari CAR, FDR dan OER berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu ROA. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel CAR berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA, FDR berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA dan OER berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA

Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada nasabah BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Banda Aceh, sedangkan yang menjadi responden penelitian adalah nasabah BNIS dengan jumlah 50 nasabah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber data penelitian meliputi sumber data primer yaitu kuesioner dan sumber data sekunder yaitu artikel-artikel terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, metode analisis data menggunakan model regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Customer Relationship Management dengan menggunakan indikator continuity marketing, one to one marketing, dan partnering programme berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank BNI Syariah KC Banda Aceh

Implementasi Model Peta Konsep dalam Peningkatan Kemampuan Bercerita Siswa SDN 69 Kota Banda Aceh
Get PDFImplementing the concept map learning model is one of the efforts to improve the ability of grade fives tudents in telling the Prophets stories at SDN (public elementary school) 69 in Banda Aceh. In this study, the concerns were on the teacher’s activity in the implementation of the concept map learning model, the students’ activity in the concept map learning model, and the improvement of the students\u27 story telling skills within the concept map learning model. The subject of this study was the improvement of storytelling skills by using the concept map model. This study employed a three-cycle classroom action research, in which each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected by oral test and observation, and analyzed quantitatively.The results of the study showed that there was an increase in the students’ storytelling test results, including prior to the intervention, and in all three cycles. The classical average score reached 60.62 in cycle I,63.87 incycle II, and increased to 75.87 in cycle III. The results achieved in cycle III have fulfilled the average score target of 73, meaning that thestudents’ ability in telling story had improved after using the concept map model. This improvement also suggested that the concept map learning model was successful, as it was further reflected by the increase of the teacher’s and the students’ activities. Theobservation results revealed that the teacher’s activity in cycle I was 67.5%, rose to 75% in cycleII, and to 92.5% in cycle III. In terms of the students’ activity, in cycle I the proportion was 59.37%, and then rose respectively to 74.47% in cycle II, and 85.97% in cycle III

Get PDFThis study examines the effectiveness of using the iqra\u27 method to improve the ability to read the Qur\u27an to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. Based on the facts in the field, the convert students who are already young have not been able to read the Qur\u27an well. This institution seeks to improve the quality of convert students in the Qur\u27an reading, which aims to be one of the motivations for other students to study the Qur\u27an well. This research has two objectives, namely: How is the ability to read the Qur’an, and the use of the iqra\u27 method to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were teachers and students. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation and interviews. From the results of the study found by researchers that the use of iqra\u27 method has been effective against the ability to read for convert students, although there are difficulties in the learning process, caused by lughat (pronunciation) their tongues are still stiff. From this study it can be concluded that every educational institution that is specifically in charge of the education of the Qur\u27an must be able to improve its quality in carrying out the Qur\u27anic learning process especially in terms of reading the letters, so that every student, especially converts, can learn the Qur\u27an \u27s well and correctly so that they can instill Islamic laws based on the Qur\u27an and as-Sunnah
