    The Relationship Between Career Maturity and Quarter-Life Crisis Among Final-Year Students at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh

    The quarter-life crisis is a period of turmoil in which individuals experience anxiety and restlessness as they begin to question their life goals, direction, achievements, and overall life satisfaction. Based on field observations, many final-year students experience this phenomenon, including students at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. This may occur because final-year students are in a transitional phase from the academic world to the professional world, leading them to begin questioning their future careers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career maturity and quarter-life crisis among final-year students at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The population in this study consisted of 4,913 final-year students, with a sample of 239 students. The instruments used were the Career Maturity Scale, developed based on the aspects proposed by Super (as cited in Saifuddin, 2018), and the Quarter-Life Crisis Scale, constructed based on the aspects proposed by Robbins and Wilner (2001). The hypothesis testing technique used was the Pearson Product-Moment correlation analysis, which produced a correlation coefficient of r = -0.544 with a significance value of p = 0.000. These results indicate a significant negative relationship between career maturity and quarter-life crisis, meaning that the higher the career maturity, the lower the quarter-life crisis experienced by final-year students at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh

    The Relationship Between Task Aversiveness and Academic Procrastination Among Psychology Students at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh

    Task aversiveness has an impact on students’ tendency to engage in academic procrastination. This study aims to determine the relationship between task aversiveness and academic procrastination among Psychology students at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The instruments used in this study were the Task Aversiveness Scale and the Academic Procrastination Scale. The sample consisted of 221 Psychology students at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Sampling was conducted using the probability sampling method with the stratified random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Spearman’s rho correlation test. The results showed a correlation coefficient (rho) of 0.492 with a significance value (p) = 0.000, indicating a significant positive relationship between task aversiveness and academic procrastination among Psychology students at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. This means that the higher the level of task aversiveness, the higher the academic procrastination, and conversely, the lower the task aversiveness, the lower the academic procrastination

    The purpose of this research is to find out the following things: 1). Principal\u27s leadership style in improving teacher discipline in SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam, 2). Principal\u27s leadership style in improving teacher performance in SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam, 3). Principal\u27s leadership style in improving teacher careers in SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam, 4). To analyze the obstacles faced and the principal\u27s solutions in applying the leadership style at SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documents. Data analysis techniques use: data reduction, data display, and conclusions or verification. The research location is at SDN 2 Subulussalam, Subulussalam City. The findings of this study are as follows: 1). In an effort to increase the Discipline of PAI teachers at the SDN 2 Subulussalam school, the Principal sets a good example for other teachers in terms of time discipline and rules at school, as well as supervising and controlling each teacher. 2). In improving the performance of PAI teachers at SDN 2 Subulussalam, Subulussalam City, the school principal provides support and motivation to teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The school principal also supervises, assesses and evaluates teacher performance and provides rewards for achieving teacher performance. 3). Among the programs and things that the Principal does to improve the career and performance of teachers is to provide opportunities for PAI teachers to receive coaching and attend training related to their respective fields, and provide other opportunities in a transparent manner, the principal also supports teachers who continue their Masters and Doctoral studies. 4). Obstacles faced by school principals in implementing leadership styles at SD Negeri 2 Kota Subulussalam include: Some teachers are still lacking time discipline, some teachers are late to school because of damaged infrastructure, do not use teaching tools, violate school rules, are not motivated to improve their performance, do not respond to exemplary from the principal, the lack of school infrastructure. Solutions made by the school principal in overcoming obstacles in increasing teacher professionalism at SDN 2 Subulussalam Subulussalam City include providing encouragement/motivation to teachers through self-help schools, implementing Fingerprint attendance in increasing time discipline for teachers, continuing teacher education through study permits. In addition to submitting requests for assistance to the government in overcoming the shortage of teachers, especially teachers in the field of study by hiring honorary teachers and a shortage of school infrastructur

    The aims of this study were: (1) to find out the role of the teacher in learning the Islamic religion in SD Suka Maju, Subulussalam City. And the teacher guides the learning process well and effectively to achieve learning goals. 2). The learning strategies used in Islamic religious education at SD Suka Maju Kota Subulussalam are expository, inquiry learning strategies, problem-based learning strategies, and contextual learning strategies. 3). There are several supporting factors in the formation of Akhlakul Karimah at SD Suka Maju, including Student enthusiasm in the learning process of forming Akhlakul Karimah, Religious activities at school become routines that are carried out at school such as reading Surat Yasin every Friday, Rules that support the realization of the essence of the formation of Akhlakul karimah for SD Suka Maju students, qualified and disciplined teachers, a conducive extracurricular school environment that helps in the formation of Akhlakul karimah for students, and the support and active role of parents and guardians While the inhibiting factors in the formation of Akhlakul Karimah in SD Suka Maju include: different backgrounds of students, lack of interest and enthusiasm of students in learning religion, awareness of less disciplined students, and influence of the environment outside the school

    This study aimed to investigate the level of competence of certified Islamic religious education teachers in implementing the Islamic religious education curriculum, to describe the challenges and opportunities encountered by certified Islamic religious education teachers in implementing the Islamic religious education curriculum, and to explore the form of the implementation of the Islamic religious education curriculum in elementary schools in Sultan Daulat Sub-district, Subulussalam City. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method, collecting data by means of interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification. The findings of this study showed that certified teachers of Islamic religious education possessed a number of competencies in implementing the Islamic religious education curriculum. The competencies included competence in planning and carrying out the learning process, competence in managing the learning process, intellectual competence, social competence, and personality competence. Further, in general, the opportunity experienced was teaching Islamic religious lessons directly by certified teachers of Islamic religious education. The challenges faced by the teachers were the low level of student motivation in Islamic religious education lessons and the inadequate infrastructure that supported learning Islamic religious education

    This This study aimed to investigate the effect of preview, question, read, reflect, recite, and review (PQ4R) strategy on students’ learning interest and retention (memory). The study used an experimental method, utilizing a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group model. This study took place at MTsS (private Islamic junior high school) Harapan Bangsa in West Aceh District, Aceh, Indonesia in the even semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The sample of the study consisted of 40 students in the experimental group and 40 students in the control group. The parameters measured in this study were learning interest and retention. Data on learning interest were analyzed by using the ANACOVA parametric statistical test while data on retention were analyzed by using the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that the learning interest of students who used the PQ4R learning strategy was higher than those who studied conventionally, with a score of 83 for the experimental class and 66 for the control class. This could be seen from the results of 30.80 > 3.97 (Fcount > Ftable), indicating the hypothesis Ha was accepted. Further, retention (memory) of students using the PQ4R learning strategy also differed, namely 89 for the control class and 95 for the experimental class. The study concludes that the application of the PQ4R strategy has an effect on the students’ learning interest and retention (memory) in the subject of Islamic Cultural History at MTsS Harapan Bangsa

    The taḥsin program is a program that focuses on reading the AlQuran that is good and correct, as well as motivating it to always read it, providing an understanding of the explanations of the laws contained in the science of tajwid both in terms of letter makharijul, ṣifatul huruf, reading law, fashahah and direction. mahasantri to memorize juz 30. The objectives of this study were (1) to analyze the implementation of the evaluation of the taḥsin program at the Mahasantri Ma\u27had Al-Jami\u27ah UIN Ar-Raniry, (2) to analyze the results of the achievement of the taḥsin program on the mahasantri Ma\u27had Al -Jami\u27ah UIN Ar-Raniry, (3) to analyze the difficulties experienced by students in learning taḥsin at Ma\u27had Al-Jami\u27ah UIN Ar-Raniry. This research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results showed that the evaluation was carried out in 2 ways, namely theory and practice (tilawah), for the theory test which included questions related to Tajweed science, while for practice (recitation) was given maqra\u27 for the Al-Qur\u27an reading test with an assessment including makharijul huruf, punctuation marks,mad, ghunnah and others. (2) The results of the evaluation of the mahasantri taḥsin learning at Ma\u27had Al-Jami\u27ah UIN Ar-Raniry, the number of mahasantri graduations was 773 out of 1266 students, 492 (3) The difficulty is in terms of the learning media used considering the conditions and situations in the COVID-19 state that are not possible in the learning process. Examples of internet networks, limitations and psychological closeness between teachers and students, not focusing on learning, not being serious in learning and triggering students to not be able to understand learning as a whole and making students often forget the material that has been studied

    This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Trust and Electrical Word Of Mouth simultaneously on repurchase interest at the Banda Aceh Textile Permasi Store. The method used is a causal associative method that aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables in a study. Determination of this study sample using accidental sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 96 consumers in textile permasi Banda Aceh who had purchased products more than once and were willing to become respondents. The analysis method applied is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the price partially affected the repurchase interest in Permasi Textile Banda Aceh. Trust partially affects repurchase interest in Permasi Textile Banda Aceh. Electric Word Of Mouth partially affects repurchase interest in Permasi Textile Banda Aceh. Price, Trust and E-WOM simultaneously affect repurchase interest in Banda Aceh textile permasi. The increase in repurchase interest is determined by Price, Trust and E-Wom the more affordable the price, the stronger the trust and the high E-Wom owned by business actors, the greater the opportunity for companies to increase consumer repurchase interest

    Pembelajaran  discovery learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pengolahan serealia, kacang-kacangan dan umbi menjadi makanan dan minuman  di kelas VIII-8 SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 dan 2) Model pembelajaran  discovery learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada materi  pengolahan serealia, kacang-kacangan dan umbi menjadi makanan dan minuman di kelas VIII-8 SMP Negeri 6 Banda Aceh tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian Action Research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas), subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-8 Aceh tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan tes hasil belajar, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari 45% pada Pra Siklus dan meningkat menjadi 60% pada siklus I, kemudian semakin meningkat menjadi 87% pada siklus II. Aktivitas belajar siswa juga meningkat, hal ini dapat dilihat peningkatan dari 60% pada Pra Siklus, kemudian menjadi 67,50% pada siklus I dan terus meningkat menjadi 92,50% pada Siklus II

    Panel Modelling to Analyze Financial Performance On Islamic Commercial Banks

    This research was conducted to determine the influence of CAR, NOM, OCR, FDR on Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2016-2020 period. The population of this study was all Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2016-2020 and obtained 12 samples that met the criteria using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression techniques of panel data with the selection of a Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results showed that: (1) CAR has a positive effect on ROA in Islamic Commercial Banks. (2) NOM has a positive effect on ROA in Islamic Commercial Banks. (3) OCR has a positive effect on ROA. (4) FDR has a positive effect on the ROA of Islamic Commercial Banks
