    The Directorate General of Highways in 2021 described the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a mandatory requirement in road and bridge projects. The many BIM software options have caused uncertainty among construction companies, especially in the context of accuracy testing. This study aims to test the Quantity Take-Off (QTO) accuracy of three BIM applications (Autodesk Revit, Nemetschek Allplan, and Tekla Structures) with conventional methods on the Gadang 2 Bridge. The research methods include preparation, data collection, modeling and reinforcement, QTO calculation, and data analysis using Z-score, Bland-Altman plot, ANOVA, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results of the Z-score analysis showed that all values were below the threshold of 2, with no significant outlier data. Bland-Altman plot analysis indicated that the differences between the methods were within the specified limits of agreement. ANOVA results showed no significant difference between the tested methods. QTO accuracy, based on MAPE, was 0,018% for Autodesk Revit, 0,043% for Nemetschek Allplan, and 0,046% for Tekla Structures on concrete volume; 0,457% for Autodesk Revit, 0,962% for Nemetschek Allplan, and 0,965% for Tekla Structures on reinforcement. The QTO for Unibridge and Elastomeric bearings showed a MAPE of 0,000% in all three BIM applications. The difference in accuracy is due to the way the applications treat the reinforcement radius and the application's default feature of limiting the reinforcement hook length

    This study aims to evaluate internal controls in the cash receipts and disbursements system at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Terubuk, Bengkalis Regency. This study is important to conduct so that Perumda Air Minum can understand and evaluate the internal controls in the cash receipts and disbursements system that have been implemented. Data collection techniques used include interview, documentation, and direct observation. Data analysis technique employed involves comparing the internal control components in the cash receipts and disbursements system implemented at Perumda Tirta Terubuk with the five components according to COSO, namely control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring activities. The findings of this research are: (1) The cash receipts system is associatedwith activities such as billing water bills to customers, and the cash disbursements system includes two activities: petty cash disbursements and large cash disbursements; (2) Internal controls in the cash receipts system at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Terubuk, Bengkalis Regency, are not fully aligned with the five internal control components according to COSO.     Bos Salad is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) whose potential for growth is faster than other UMKM in Bengkalis City. From the owner of Bos Salad who only opened a food stand at home and events to having a Bos Salad outlet which was founded in 2018. From the beginning of its stand, Bos Salad has implemented a marketing strategy through Digital marketing and Word of mouth. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of Digital marketing on purchasing decisions at UMKM Bos Salad. (2) the influence of Word of mouth on purchasing decisions at UMKM Bos Salad. (3) the simultaneous influence of Digital marketing and Word of mouth on purchasing decisions at UMKM Bos Salad. This research is a type of quantitative research using primary data sources. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 20 with Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Correlation Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Test (T Test) and (F Test). The results showed that: (1) there is an influence of Digital marketing on purchasing decisions at UMKM Bos Salad. (2) there is an influence of Word of mouth on purchasing decisions at UMKM Bos Salad. (3) there is a simultaneous influence of Digital marketing and Word of mouth on purchasing decisions at UMKM Bos Salad

    This study aims to determine the management of village assets in Bantan District based on Permendagri No. 1 of 2016 concerning Village Asset Management, starting from planning to utilization. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data. Research data were obtained from 4 villages in Bantan District. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and documentation. The results of this research on the implementation of village asset management in Pasiran Village, Berancah Village, Selat Baru Village, Bantan Tengah Village, Bantan District have gone quite well in accordance with Permendagri No. 1 of 2016 concerning Village Asset Management. However, there are still shortcomings in several stages of village asset management, namely village assets that are not in accordance with their uses so that village asset management is not optimal

    Evaluasi Struktur Slab Jembatan Menggunakan Pemodelan Elemen Hingga Abaqus Cae (Studi Kasus: Jembatan Bengkalis)

    The Slab Design for Bridge Deck needs to be strong enough to withstand the load that works during bridge service life. In bridge design, one of the factors that need attention is bridge displacement. The displacement value of the bridge must not exceed the permissible deflection value. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the displacement of the bridge. Bridge slab modeling using Abaqus CAE software in this research is expected to get results that are close to displacement tests in the field using the dial gauge tool. Based on research, displacement testing in the field using a dial gauge tool showed displacement results of 0.37 mm with a palm oil truck loading of 10.87 tons. Meanwhile, the results of the Abaqus CAE modeling obtained a displacement result of 0.59 mm with the same loads. This means that the bridge can still withstand a greater load because the permitted displacement value is 4.75 mm, which is converted to a field load of 139.55 tons and for the Abaqus CAE analysis of 87.51 tons
