Analisa Temperatur Suhu Keluaran Terhadap Jumlah Produksi Asap Cair Menggunakan Logika Fuzzy Mamdani
Get PDFThe analysis of temperature output on the production quantity of liquid smoke using Mamdani fuzzy logic was conducted to understand how temperature can affect the production of liquid smoke. Liquid smoke is the result of the condensation of smoke produced through the combustion of charcoal wood in Jangkang Village, Bengkalis Regency. In this study, measurements were taken of smoke flow rate at 121.46 m³/h, ambient temperature at 27.5°C, inlet temperature to the condenser at 44°C, and outlet temperature from the condenser at 28.63°C. From these data, the amount of liquid smoke produced was 14 liters. Using Mamdani fuzzy logic, modeling was performed to predict the production of liquid smoke based on the temperature output. This modeling was done using matlab software, which produced a prediction of 14.1 liters of liquid smoke. The difference between the predicted result and the actual result was only 0.1 liters, indicating that the Mamdani fuzzy logic model used has a high level of accuracy in predicting the quantity of liquid smoke produced. Get PDFRamp door is a ramp door construction that has an important role as access in and out of vehicles. The use of ramp doors with excessive loads will cause damage to the construction such as breaking and bending, so repairs need to be made to improve the strength of the ramp door structure. In carrying out this analysis, the author analyzed the ramp door that was broken. The ramp door was repaired by adding a layer of 15 mm thick plate with a length of 800 mm as a construction reinforcement. To ensure that the ramp door can work properly after repair, it is necessary to analyze to determine the allowable stress, safety factor in accordance with GL regulations and the comparison between the new and repaired ramp doors. The analysis process uses the Finite Element Method and FEM-based software. From the results of the analysis, the Total Deformation value on the repaired ramp door is 1.4469 mm and on the new ramp door is 1.3244 mm for the stress on the repaired ramp door is 102.42 Mpa and for the new ramp door is 52.299 Mpa and for the safety factor on the repaired ramp door is 2.4408 and for the repaired ramp door is 4.7802. The three main components of semiotics used are denotation, contradiction and symbolism. All of these components provide insight into how readers construct and interpret the meaning of the advertisement. The descriptive analysis of this research identifies the key visual elements of the advertisement, including how IKEA products are presented in certain attention-grabbing areas. The result of this study showed that denotative elements showed that the visual presentation of these products emphasizes functionality and aesthetic appeal. The lion, which is usually associated with power and dominance, also emphasizes a healthy lifestyle in this advertisement

Get PDFThe modified vertical sand casting mixer machine with a capacity of 15 kilograms is aimed at improving the quality of print sand melting in the metal casting process. In the molding process, the quality and homogeneity of the printed sand mix is essential for producing a good mold. The mixer that exists in the Materials Testing Laboratory of Bengkalis State Polytechnic cannot be used because there is only a frame, a container, and a simple mixer eye left. The research aims to modify the engine by designing a new mixer eye, selecting components such as: 0.5 HP propulsion engine, 1:20 gearbox, 1" diameter beam, 3" and 6", A42 belt, and determining the optimal combustion time. The process of modification included the design and manufacture of a new mixer eye, the test process was carried out by compressing the printed sand on the cylinder tube using a 35 bar hydraulic crack. After testing with the test method, a sensitivity of 4.4 kgf at 1.5 minutes, 7.8 kgf for 3 minutes, 9.1 kgf in 4.5 minutes, and 10.5 kgf during 6 minutes was obtained. So with the specified components, this machine can stir with a capacity of 15 kilogram
