    The Strategy of Ambiguous Content Advertising Used by Nestle to Convince the Customers

    This study aim to describe on analyzing ambiguous advertising content from Nestle Company products. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The data are gathered, handled, processed, examined, and descriptively presented. Three videos were selected for study: "Bear Brand Bear Milk Advertisement from Nestle," "Take a Japanese-Inspired Break with KitKat Green Tea," and "Nestle MILO ad 2017 - Grow with sports." The results of study showed that a brand is better recalled and recognized when it is advertised on a creative medium instead of a traditional medium. Those selected advertisement contain the mediation effects of perceived surprise, perceived humor, and perceived persuasive intent on consumer cognitive, affective and behavioural responses. In conclusion, analyzing advertising content requires examining various elements, including visual and textual elements, target audience, emotional appeal, and placement and medium, as well as social and cultural impact

    The ability of local and foreign workers affects the acceleration and efficiency of development. The participation of local labor increases the effectiveness of development. This research evaluates user satisfaction with local labor using the Kano method and quantitative case studies. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. A sample of 30 respondents was selected using purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. Satisfaction variables tested include must be, one dimensional, and attractive. User satisfaction is influenced by the coefficient of satisfaction level (better value) between 0 and to 1, while dissatisfaction is influenced by the coefficient of dissatisfaction (worse value) between -1 and 0. Dissatisfaction coefficient (worse value) between -1 and 0. highest satisfaction value is obtained on the attractive variable of 0.50, while the highest dissatisfaction value is on the one dimensional variable of 0,46. The results showed several variables that need to be improved to increase the satisfaction of local labor service users

    Analisis Kinerja Pelayanan Pelabuhan RoRo Sei Selari Pakning Terhadap Kepuasan Penumpang (Metode Customer Satisfaction Index)

    RoRo Sei Selari Pakning Port is a port that connects between Sumatra Island, which is precisely in Sungai Selari Pakning to Air Putih Port on Bengkalis Island as the main route. RoRo Sei Selari Pakning Port also has other routes such as to the Port of Kampung Balak, Telaga Punggur and Tanjung Balai Karimun. Every day people from various regions use Ro-Ro Ship services at Sei Selari Pakning Port for all matters, both personal and government affairs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of passenger services at the Ro-Ro Sei Selari Pakning crossing port using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method and to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on service user satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the level of service to passenger satisfaction using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, the results are 0.57. Which means that the level of passenger satisfaction shows that they are quite satisfied with the performance of passenger services related to the questions on the questionnaire that has been distributed

    This research aims to develop a digital library website for the Language Study Program at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. The digital era has brought significant developments in various aspects of life, including education, by offering faster and easier access to information, improving learning effectiveness, and encouraging student creativity and independence. However, the Language Study Program currently only has a physical mini-library, which limits access to knowledge resources and may reduce interest in reading. This study aims to address this issue by creating a digital library that provides access to general knowledge books and a database of final projects from 2022 to the present. The focus of this study is on the development process of the website, as well as its significance to students and the department. The digital library is expected to assist students in finding important resources for their final projects and theses, as well as facilitate the department in archiving project data each year

    Pengaruh Kualitas Website Terhadap Minat Beli Pelanggan Pada E-Commerce Shopee (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Bengkalis)

    This study aims to analyzing the effect of website quality on buying interest, the effect of buying insterest in Shopee e-commerce, and to determine effect of website quality on customer buying interest in Shopee e-commerce. The object of this research is the Bengkalis community who use shopee e-commerce. The type of research used in this research is associative research by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using the non probability sampling method with Snowball Sampling. The results of respondents' responses about website quality on Shopee website users are high, with a total mean score of 3.96 with data security and privacy indicators obtaining the highest mean value, namely 4.09. The results of respondents' responses about buying interest in Shopee e-commerce users are high, with a total mean score of 4.14 with the transactional interest indicator obtaining the highest mean value, namely 4.51. The test results show that website quality has a positive and significant effect on buying interest The coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.647 or 64.7%, which means that the amount of website quality affects buying interest by 64.7% while the remaining 35.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
