Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to determine the influence of social values, expectations, gender and personality on career choices in taxation. The formulation of this research problem is to see whether variable X has an effect on variable Y. This research was conducted at the Bengkalis State Polytechnic campus. The population in this study is students of the Public Financial Accounting Study Program batch 2019-2022. Sampling in this study used the saturated sample method and obtained a sample of 307 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research instrument uses questionnaires that are distributed using google forms and online. The results showed that social values, expectations and personality influenced career choices in taxation by students of the Public Financial Accounting Study Program of Bengkalis State Polytechnic, while gender did not affect career choices in taxation by students of the Public Financial Accounting Study Program of Bengkalis State Polytechnic
Utilization Of Digital Marketing In Increasing Sales Of Msme In Bengkalis Regency (Case Study On Msme Of Martabak Mandor, Gatot Subroto Street, Bengkalis City)
Full text linkThis research project aims to utilize digital marketing to increase sales of Msme Martabak mandor, Gatot Subroto street, bengkalis city. Project implementation is carried out through 4 stages, namely (1) project preparation planning (2) project implementation planning, third (3) project completion stage, and Fourth(4) Project Reporting Plan. Digital marketing used is email marketing and social media marketing. The results of this project were From implementing of digital marketing, the sales of Sweet Martabak and Egg Martabak products per October are 2132 boxes. With 1677 boxes of Sweet Martabak products and 455 boxes for Egg Martabak. With a total sales turnover of Rp.37,763,000. In November, sales of Sweet Martabak products total 1532 boxes and 418 boxes of Egg Martabak with a total sales turnover of Rp.37,839,000. MSME Martabak Mandor experienced an increase in sales revenue of 27.9%. This also proves that the implementation of digital marketing is able to increase sales of MSME Martabak Mandor .The average increase is 2-3 boxes of each martabak product sold consumers are interested in ordering online and repurchasing outside the Bengkalis city area and Gatot Subroto Street, and there are also people or consumers who come directly to the Msme Martabak Mandor place

This final project uses 3 methods consisting of a project preparation plan, project implementation plan and project achievement plan. The results of the implementation of this final project are e-commerce platforms, namely shopee and tiktok shop, a business brand in the form of "Leni's Hijab". Which is packaged with standard online delivery packaging and also the use of logos. Promotion using the e-commerce application itself. The obstacle faced during project implementation is the government policy regarding the use of the tiktok shop application. The solution is to maximize promotion from the Shopee platform. The implementation of this final project will start from July to December 31, 2023

The Impact of Free Trade Zone Policy on the Workforce Aspect in Batam City
Full text linkThis thesis examines the impact of the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) policy on the workforce aspect in Batam City. Implemented since the 2009, the FTZ policy aims to boost investment and economic growth in Batam. The study finds that the FTZ policy has had significant positive impacts on Batam's workforce. There has been consistent growth in labor force participation and total employment, indicating increased job opportunities from growing industries like manufacturing, electronics, and shipbuilding. The minimum wage has also substantially increased, reflecting improving worker welfare. However, challenges remain regarding equitable opportunities, rights, and social welfare for local and migrant workers. The thesis concludes that sustained policy support, upgraded skills training, and collaboration between government, industry, and communities are important to optimize FTZ benefits for the workforce. While the FTZ has spurred job creation and economic growth, continuous efforts are required to promote inclusive and sustainable workforce development in Batam City.

With the rapid development of technology today, one of which is the development of the internet, it has a huge impact on all aspects of life such as the business sector. Online shopping is one of the most popular payment methods for online buying and selling transactions. Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method that is widely used by business people as a strategy in attracting buyers or finding customers so as to increase sales of their products. The payment method in question has mutated and provides a variety of e-commerce payment methods. In this study, researchers analyzed the effect of the seller's level of trust on consumers with the COD payment transaction system in Indonesia.This research uses quantitative methods using Random Sampling. with purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, data processing using the IBM SPSS version 20 application with multiple linear regression analysis testing which includes validity test reliability test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the RSquare value of 0.457, which means that the seller trust level variable (X) can affect the COD payment system variable (Y) by 4.57 and the remaining 54.3% is explained by other variables that affect the COD payment system. other variables that affect the COD payment system COD payment system outside of this study

Full text linkSexual violence is a serious problem that often occurs to women and children in various parts of Indonesia, including on Bengkalis Island. People who experience sexual violence need to get the best service in handling and prosecuting the perpetrators of violence. However, in the current reporting, the community must come directly to the Bengkalis Regency Women's Protection and Child Empowerment Unit to report. This is of course less efficient. Therefore, an appropriate system is needed to improve this reporting process so that the community can consult and report more easily and quickly online. The purpose of this research is to create a sexual violence consultation and reporting application. The research method used is Extreme Programming Method. The result of this research is that the community is satisfied with this application because they can report and consult to the UPT of Women's Protection and Child Empowerment of Bengkalis Regency online in accordance with the expected results
Analysis Of The Effect Of Customer Service Through Ai-Powered Chatbot On Shopee For Customer Satisfaction Among Generation-Z
Full text linkE-commerce has now spread worldwide, including in Indonesia. Indonesia is one of the countries with the fastest growth in e-commerce, with the number of internet users continuously increasing from year to year. Every ecommerce platform utilizes unique methods to interact with their customers. Some have their own Ai chatbots and others personally respond to their customer’s concerns. Including shopee, Shopee has integrated AI-powered chatbots into their customer service system to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and assistance requests. In this study, researcher analyzed the effect of customer service through ai-powered chatbot on shopee for customer satisfaction among generation-z. This study uses a quantitative method using a non- probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 100 respondent’s, data processing used the IBM SPSS version 25 application with simple linear regression analysis testing which included validity tests, reliability tests, T-tests, F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: 1. customer service through Aipowered chatbot simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. 2. The result of the calculation of R square value or the coefficient of determination is 0.840. This means that the variables of Customer service through Ai-Powered Chatbot variable can affect the customer satisfaction variable by 84% and the remaining 16 % is explained by other variables that affect customer satisfaction outside of this study
Analisis Penggunaan Eco Diesel Terhadap Daya Dan Torsi Pada Mesin Diesel Type 2gd Common Rail
Full text linkThe objective of this research is to examine the effect of Eco Diesel on the power and torque of a 2GD Common Rail diesel engine. This research model includes the fundamental theory of diesel engine power and torque as well as the
operational principles of the Common Rail system. The research method employed is experimental with a quantitative approach, utilizing a dynotest to measure the engine's power and torque output. Data from various Eco Diesel blend experiments were collected and statistically analyzed using Minitab software. The study demonstrates that Eco Diesel improves fuel efficiency, reduces emissions, and delivers power and torque comparable to conventional diesel fuel. The test results indicate that Dexlite blended with Eco Diesel achieves a power increase of 3.88% and a torque increase of 10.29% at 2100 RPM, and at 3400 RPM, the power and torque both increased by 4.69%. These findings suggest that Eco Diesel significantly impacts the torque and power of the 2GD
