Full text linkThis research uses a variable frequency drive (VFD) inverter, a 3 phase electric motor with a power capacity of 0.37 Kw, the Blynk application as a motor on/off controller, and NodeMCU as a communication medium. The tool testing in this study used frequency changes that varied from 10-50 Hz. The results of testing the relationship between changes in frequency and motor speed, where when the frequency is increased from 10-50 Hz, the motor will rotate from 436- 2980 RPM. When the frequency is 10 H z, the voltage on line to neutral is around 144-145 V, while the line to line voltage is 44 V, then the frequency is increased to 50 Hz so the line to neutral and line to line voltage is around 229-230 V. When the frequency varied by 10 Hz, the current in the motor is 0,43 A, while when the frequency is increased to 50 Hz the current in the motor is 0,99 A. When the frequency is 10 Hz the apparent power is 32,7 VA, the input power is 27,8 W, while the motor output power is 24,7 W, when the frequency is increased to 50 Hz the apparent power is 393,3 VA, the input power is 335.2 W, and the motor output power is 298,3 W. The cos phi value ranges from 0,84-0,85 and the motor efficiency value is 89 %

No full textThis research aims in analyze the influence of the price fresh fruit bunches of palm oil on the welfare of farmers. The benefit of this study is to determine the extent of changes in palm oil prices on farmers' welfare, besides that farmers are more observant in caring for and reducing expenditures in caring for oil palm land so that agricultural productivity and palm oil prices are in line with farmers' expectations. This of research is a type of associative research with questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS software. The amount of influence between the palm oil price (X) on welfare of palm oil farmers(Y) simultaneously can be seen from the magnitude of the correlation between the variables of price and welfare of palm oil farmers with the squared (R square) variable of welfare of palm oil farmers. The coefficient of determation is defined as the square of the correlation coefficient squared then multiplied by100%. Based on the result of the analysis R square = 0.81 which means that 81% variables price can affect the variable of welfare of palm oil farmers and 19% other variable that affect outside of this study

No full textThe social principle role and innovation are very important in the sustainability of the business, because the social role includes corporate social responsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR), namely the company's efforts to make a positive contribution to the surrounding community and environment. This research aims to identify social principle role and innovation aspects approach forward to MSMEs, such as local community support, and relationships between MSMEs owners. As well as contribution of the MSMEs the owner understanding forward social capital role and innovation aspect approach in running their business. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The implication of this research is that by referring to the research results, MSMEs owners in Bengkalis should apply the role of social capital and innovation in encouraging the success and sustainability of their business
