Full text linkIn general, each university has its own Sports Center Building which functions as a sports center for students and academics. As the number of students increases and academic activities increase, the need for adequate supporting facilities also increases. One of the facilities that is needed is the Sports Arena Building (GOR).
The method used in this final assignment uses qualitative analysis which is explained descriptively regarding the plans that will be designed to make it easier to design 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional images. The planning for the Sports Arena Building is based on the guidelines of the Minister of Youth and Sports Regulation No. 5 of 2019.
The design results in this design plan have met the criteria for an effective and targeted design that has a modern appearance and contains elements around the planning location, namely waves or waves, the use of wave or wave elements on the facade of this building because the location of this building is on Bengkalis Island. which is surrounded by a vast ocean that has waves or waves. Later, this image design can become a reference in the construction of the Sports Arena Building (GOR) in the future

Analisis Pengaruh E-Responsiveness Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah (Aplikasi M-Banking Bank BSI KCP Duri Hangtuah 1)
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the quality of E-Responsiveness services on customer satisfaction at Bank BSI Kcp Duri Hangtuah 1. Research using quantitative data types. This type of research is associative research where service quality is the independent variable and customer satisfaction is the dependent variable. The population in this study were all customers of Bank BSI Kcp Duri Hangtuah 1 with a sample of 100 customers. Sampling was carried out using non-probability sampling techniques. The data collection technique was carried out by questionnaire. The data analysis used is correlation technique and simple regression analysis technique using SPSS 20 application. From the results of respondents' responses to the E-Responsiveness variable, there were ten with an average value of 4.50 which was classified in the very high category. The results of respondents' responses to customer satisfaction variables were ten statements with an average value of 4.00 classified in the very high category. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the quality of E-Responsiveness services has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. E-Responsiveness service quality has a proportion of influence on customer satisfaction of 43.5% and the remaining 56.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study
Desain Kapal Ambulance Untuk Daerah Operasi Rawa Didesa Tasik Serai, Kecamatan Talang Mandau, Kabupaten Bengkalis
Full text linkTasik Serai Village is one of the villages located on the island of Sumatra, precisely in Talang Muandau District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. Tasik Serai Village has 5 hamlets, one of which is Bagan Benio Hamlet. Bagan Benio Hamlet is the farthest hamlet from the hamlets in Tasik Serai Village, because Bagan Benio Hamlet is located in the middle of a lake or swamp in Tasik Serai Village. Tasik Serai Village Bagan Benio hamlet does not yet have a health center facility or inpatient treatment facilities, causing the people of Tasik Serai Village Bagan Benio hamlet difficulties if they need long-term care or treatment. The people of Tasik Serai Village, Bagan Benio Hamlet, really need health facilities such as water ambulances to support the health of residents to carry out treatment at the nearest puskesman or hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the main size of the swamp Ambulance ship according to the characteristics of the swamp area in Tasik Serai Village, Bagan Benio Hamlet, Talang Mandau sub-district, to determine the 3D design, tru lines plan and stability and to determine the amount of resistance, propulsion motor power and swamp Ambulance ship equipment for swamp operation areas. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection and processing is using observation and editing and verifying. The results of this study are the main size of the ship determined by the linear regression method, with a comparison ship so as to obtain L = 7 meters, B = 2.1 meters, H = 1 meter and T = 0.44 meters. The total resistance value (RT) is 3.7 KN using numerical methods and obtained a resistance value of 3.79 KN for calculations using computational methods (maxsurf software) and a SHP value of 50.00 hp (horse power). The stability of the ambulance ship in accordance with IMO standards this design ship stability meets IMO (International Maritme Organization) regulation A. 749 (18) with angular values of conditions 1 and 2, 53.6 degrees and conditions 3 and 4, 43.6
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di “Floor Coffe & Space Bengkalis”
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze how service quality affects customer satisfaction at Floor Coffee & Space Bengkalis. This type of research is associative. This study uses nonprobability sampling method with Accidental Sampling technique, with a total of 100 respondents. . The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. the results of the calculation of the significance test of the service quality variable that t_hitung 31.314> t_table 1.984 with sig 0.000 < α = 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so that the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The magnitude of the correlation or relationship value (R) is 0.953, and the obtained R square or called the coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.909 or equal to 90.9% which implies that the effect of the independent variable (Service Quality) on the dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction) is 90.9%. the rest is caused by variables other than Service Quality which are not discussed in this study
Analisa Perbandingan Jumlah Intake Terhadap Efisiensi Destilasi Asap Cair
Full text linkThis study is entitled "Comparative Analysis of the Amount of Intake on the Efficiency of Liquid Smoke Distillation". The purpose of this study was to influence the amount of intake on the efficiency of the liquid smoke distillation device. The study was conducted using a distillation device with 1 intake and 2 intakes. The results showed that the mass efficiency between combustion of 1 intake and 2 intakes showed that combustion with 2 intakes provided a slightly higher efficiency, which was 17% compared to 16% in combustion of 1 intake. The liquid smoke produced by the device with 1 intake was 166.2 Kg while for the device with 2 intakes it was 97 Kg. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that ambient temperature, inlet temperature, and outlet temperature had a significant effect on the quantity of liquid smoke produced. For the device with 1 intake, the coefficient of determination (R²) was 35.78%, while for the device with 2 intakes it was 29.88%. This study concluded that the efficiency of liquid smoke distillation was influenced by the amount of intake and the cooling media used

Corrosion occurs when steel reinforcement is placed too close to the concrete surface in a concrete cover situation in an inadequate concrete cover situation or due to its poor quality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the capacity of corrosion influence on the bending capacity of the beam and compare the pattern of collapse or crack of paphrem due to corrosion. From the results of the corrosion beam test analysis, there was an increase in the bending load capacity of 22.84% when compared to the control beam, the control beam as a reference obtained a maximum load value of 27.67 Kn. While the corrosion beam obtained the load value from the test results which was 33.99 kn. eflection on the beam

Additionally, offering discounted holiday packages aims not only to pique tourist interest but also to stimulate positive economic impacts within the local community. Collaborative efforts with regional authorities and associated institutions stand out as crucial pillars supporting promotional campaigns, facility enhancement, and overall tourism development. These strategies, coupled with intensive media promotions, have significantly bolstered tourist arrivals, with objectives extending beyond visitor numbers to encompass economic growth, community welfare, and environmental preservation. Despite existing facility limitations, visitors express satisfaction, acknowledging the normalcy of disparities between social media depictions and actual on-site conditions. However, its location on an island and far from the city center of Riau Province makes it difficult for this village to develop as a tourist village. There needs to be concrete efforts to promote Selatbaru Village and introduce its existing potential. Information systems are needed for tourism promotion in an area because they have a very important role in conveying information to potential tourists. As a solution to this problem, researchers created a website with features that are easy to understand and useful for users to get information on tourist destinations from Selatbaru Village.
