Pengaruh Penambahan Limbah Botol Plastik Air Mineral Terhadap Kuat Tekan, Kuat Tarik Dan Kuat Lentur Beton
This study aims to analyze the effect of the addition of mineral water plastic bottle waste on the mechanical properties of concrete, namely compressive strength, tensile strength, and flexural strength. Plastic bottle waste is used as an additional material in concrete mixtures to reduce the environmental impact due to the accumulation of plastic waste and as an alternative to fillers. Variations in the percentage of plastic bottle waste addition to the weight of cement were carried out to evaluate its changes to the mechanical strength of concrete. The results showed that the addition of plastic bottle waste had a significant effect on the mechanical properties of concrete. In certain variations, the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete decreased due to uneven distribution of aggregates, while the tensile strength of concrete can increase in the optimal amount of addition. Thus, the addition of plastic bottle waste can be one of the solutions in plastic waste management, but further testing needs to be done to achieve the ideal mix composition to still meet the expected concrete strength standards.As for the results of testing the bending strength of beams without a mixture of plastic bottle fiber is 2.92 MPa, while in a mixture of 5% plastic bottle fiber, the value of bending strength is obtained

The increasing availability of electricity results in an increase in electricity demand. In Indonesia, water is one of the most common forms of energy that we know about. This water can be used as a micro hydro power plant (PLTMH) by utilizing the water flow to drive a generator turbine. From the test results, variations in the valve parameters used will affect the water discharge capacity in the storage tank. The greater the valve is open, the greater the water flow used. From the test results, the water discharge will affect the turbine rotation and generator rotation. So the voltage produced by the generator will also increase if the discharge produced is greater. In the load test, 50% valve parameters produce a voltage of 8.3 vdc, 75% valve parameters produce a voltage of 8.59 vdc. Meanwhile, with 100% valve parameters, it can produce a voltage of 9 vdc. The power that can be generated by this generator is 4 to 6 watts

The purpose of this final assignment is as one of the requirements for completing a third diploma. The problem formulation found by the author at the PTK Kabil port in Batam at PT Gardatama Anugerah Segara Sejahtera, what are the factors that cause delays in loading and unloading coal at the PTK Kabil Port at PT Gardatama Anugerah Segara Sejahtera and what are the efforts to overcome delays in loading and unloading coal at the PTK Kabil Port at PT Gardatama Anugerah Segara Sejahtera. The aim of this research is to find out and explain the factors of delays in the coal loading/unloading process at the PTK Kabil port, Batam and to find out how to overcome delays in coal loading and unloading at the PTK Kabil port at PT Gardatama Anugerah Segara Sejahtera. The methods used for data collection were observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of this research, the first regarding the factors of delays in the coal unloading process, are caused by damage to equipment such as cranes, trucks, loaders, lack of facilities, problems with limited cranes, trucks, loaders and docks and bad weather. Analisa Pengaruh Penambahan Pipa Air dan Pipa Economizer pada Boiler Vertikal Pipa Api Kapasitas 100 Kg/Jam Terhadap Kapasitas Uap yang Dihasilkan
The problem with this boiler is that during the distillation process, the steam produced is not continuous, with a pressure of 1 bar, the steam lasts for around 2 minutes, so the citronella distillation process is less than optimal. Apart from that, the boiler heating time is also quite long, namely 95 minutes to reach a temperature of 100°C. The aim of this research is to analyze its effect on heating time, steam retention time, fuel consumption and boiler efficiency. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with an experimental approach. The test results show that the heating duration before modification is 45 minutes, after adding the economizer 40 minutes, adding the water pipe 36 minutes, and after combining the water pipe and economizer 33 minutes. Steam resistance before modification was 4 minutes, after adding the economizer 2 minutes 62 seconds, with the addition of a water pipe without an economizer 4 minutes 42 seconds, and after combining the water pipe and economizer 5 minutes 20 seconds. Wood fuel consumption before modification was 33.2 kg, with the addition of the economizer 29.5 kg, the addition of the water pipe 27 kg, and after combining the water pipe and economizer 25.4 kg. The resulting efficiency before modification was 66.6%, after adding the economizer 69.8%, adding the water pipe 74.5%, and after combining the water pipe and economizer 81.7%
