    This study aims to identify the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on debt policy in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. The independent variables in this study are managerial ownership and institutional ownership. The dependent variable in this study is debt policy (DAR). The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2022 period. This research period was conducted for 5 years. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique with a sample of 40 companies obtaining a sample of 120 based on certain criteria. This analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPPSS statistic 25. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has a negative effect on debt policy while institutional ownership has a positive effect on debt policy

    Asam Paya fruit is a type of forest salak processed by UMKM Gerai Oleh-oleh Pancur Jaya into several products that can be marketed offline and online with the help of digital marketing. Digital Marketing is something that is no longer foreign today, many business actors market their products digitally, with the reason that the application of digital marketing in marketing can increase product sales. This digital marketing implementation project aims to analyze how to apply digital marketing to asam paya fruit products produced by Gerai Oleh-oleh Pancur Jaya and to analyze the obstacles and solutions faced during the implementation of the digital marketing implementation project on asam paya fruit products. UMKM Gerai Oleh-oleh Pancur Jaya uses digital marketing as a medium to market and promote its products by utilizing social media Instagram business, WhatsApp business, Facebook business and Facebook market place to communicate with consumers. The result of this project is an increase in business turnover and more consumers are starting to know about the existence of this business, thus making the market reach of this business even wider. However, obstacles still arise that UMKM face in implementing digital marketing, including unstable internet connections, lack of human resources, lack of understanding of social media, and increasingly tight competition between UMKM

    The iPhone is known as a symbol of a modern lifestyle which is in great demand by the public, including in Bengkalis District. Even though the price is quite high, it still has a strong appeal compared to other brands. This research aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle and reference groups on purchasing decisions for iPhone brand smartphones in Bengkalis District. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out using non-probability sampling techniques. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The population in this research is people in Bengkalis subdistrict who use iPhone brand smartphones with a sample of 100 consumers. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of research that has been carried out based on the t test and f test, it can be concluded that lifestyle and reference groups have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision

The aim of this research was to determine the income, operational costs and profits at the Entertainment Plaza. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this research show that: 1. Operational expenses greatly influence revenue in increasing profits at the Entertainment Plaza. 2. Revenue at Entertainment Plaza increases every year through effective marketing strategies, service diversification and attractive promotions. The main source of income comes from renting billiard halls, karaoke, selling food and drinks, and other facilities. 3. Factors that influence operational expenses are increasing due to maintenance and utility costs

    Roads are land infrastructure that continues to experience an increase in economic growth in Indonesia which causes an increase in vehicle volume. Therefore, to support the smooth construction of road pavements, quality materials must be used as regulated in the 2018 Bina Marga Agency Regulation Revision 2. To increase the durability of the asphalt mixture, one of them is to use aggregates that are substituted with spent leaching earth (SBE). Replacing fillers with SBE is predicted to increase durability. This study aims to determine how much influence the characteristics of the marshall on the AC-WC asphalt mixture replaces the filler with SBE. The results of the study showed that the Optimum Asphalt Content (KAO) used was 5.5%, this KAO was used to make test objects with SBE filler using SBE variations of 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, 75%, and 90%. From the test results, the most effective variation used as a substitute for fly ash was obtained at 60% variation because its overall characteristics met the specifications with Stability values = 2305.73 kg, VITM = 3.10%, VMA = 15.26%, VFWA = 79.82%, Flow = 2.5 mm, MQ = 938.73 kg, and Density = 2.320

    This study aims to analyze and improve the financial management of madrasahs through the implementation of relevant applications. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, involving data collection through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that the use of EDM and E-RKAM applications can enhance accountability and transparency in the financial management of madrasahs. Additionally, these applications assist in more effective financial planning and reporting. This research is expected to contribute to madrasahs in improving the quality and performance of financial management, as well as serve as a reference for future researchers interested in similar topics

This research aims to determine the determination of the cost of production using the full costing method. The calculation result of the cost of production according to the company is IDR. 5,057,000.     This study aims to analyze the Marketing Mix in UMKM Lempuk Durian Citra Rasa. In this study, the research approach used is using a qualitative method. In this study, the data collection techniques used in the qualitative method are interviews, observations, and documentation. A company’s marketing strategy plays a very important role. One strategy that is often used is the Segmenting means dividing the market into groups with the same needs. Targeting is a matter of how to choose, select, and reach the market. Positioning is how the company places the products marketing greatly influences the success of the products being marketed, this is certainly inseparable from the strategy that supports the success of marketing, this cannot be separated from the price of the product, marketing location, and promotion. The discussion of the marketing mix of the lempuk durian citra rasa product has not implemented a marketing strategy so that the development of the lempuk durian citra rasa product does not change the level of sales success because it is influenced by expensive prices, non-strategic logations and promotions carried out outside the region.
