PENDAMPINGAN LITERASI DIGITAL PADA REMAJA UNTUK MENCAPAI RUANG SEHAT DALAM PENGGUNAAN MEDIA
Get PDFOrphanage have smartphones and use their gadgets without guidance, so they still need to understand media exposure. They also need to learn about the limits of using media. Therefore, this digital literacy activity aims to provide training and digital literacy assistance regarding Healthy Spaces in Using Media by using several methods: brainstorming, games, group discussions, and reflective discussions. The results of this literacy activity have a positive impact on participants, namely that participants can group and understand the excellent use of social media as well as the negative impacts of their use of social media.

No full textPada dasarnya penyelenggaraan program pemagangan untuk mencapai kadar kualitas dan kompetensi kerja dibidang tertentu sebagai bagian dari sistem ruang lingkup pelatihan kerja dalam rangka penguasaan keterampilan bidang tertentu. Dalam penguasaan materi, peserta magang diposisikan pada pekerjaan paruh waktu melalui perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu, dan bukan pekerjaan bersifat utama yang umumnya dilakukan karyawan tetap pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini melakukan studi kasus pada PT. Yhi Shen Industrial, untuk menganalasis permasalahan mengenai apakah perjanjian pemagangan yang telah dibuat sudah di penuhi oleh PT. Yhi Shen Industrial dan bagaimana penyelesaian sengketa yang dilakukan secara Non-Litigasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif-yuridis, penelitian ini menggunakan teori kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum dengan pendekatan kasus dan bahan hukum primer yang digunakan Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945, Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata, Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Pemagangan Di Dalam Negeri dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program magang pada PT. Yhi Shen Industrial ditemukan fakta dilapangan bahwa perjanjian magang pada PT. Yhi Sen Industrial belum sepenuhi di penuhi. Hal ini di sebabkan masih adanya penyimpangan ketentuan hukum yang dilakukan oleh penyelenggara pemagangan.

Legal Consequences For Companies For Violations Of Collective Bargaining Agreements

Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) made between companies and workers' unions must refer to the Law governing Manpower in Indonesia in order to guarantee workers' basic rights, guarantee equality and opportunity and treatment without discrimination for the welfare of workers. If the Collective Labor Agreement made is contrary to applicable laws, it can result in the Collective Labor Agreement being null and void by law. In this research, the writer wants to examine the Juridical Review of the Collective Labor Agreement between PT x and the Workers' Union y. The type of legal research in this thesis is normative legal research and uses qualitative data analysis methods. In the application of the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) by PT x with the Labor Union y, there are several discrepancies between the contents of the clauses contained in the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) and the provisions contained in the Law governing Manpower in Indonesia. Even though there are some discrepancies in the contents of the Collective Labor Agreement clause made between PT x and y. However, the substance and other components contained in the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) are in accordance with the laws governing employment in Indonesia.

Potensi Penurunan Nilai Perpindahan Panas Menyeluruh Bangunan melalui Konfigurasi Desain Peneduh Efektif
Get PDFRadiasi panas melalui bukaan menyumbang nilai yang cukup signifikan terhadap perpindahan panas bangunan. Komponen utama penentu radiasi panas tersebut adalah rasio bukaan terhadap dinding, faktor matahari dan koefisien peneduh. Menentukan desain perangkat peneduh yang tepat adalah salah satu cara efektif untuk mengurangi panas ke bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensimulasikan fenetrasi panas ke bangunan pada gedung Kampus 1 Universitas Pradita melalui konfigurasi desain peneduh. Untuk memperoleh nilai koefisien peneduh sebanyak 8 (delapan) desain, meliputi; peneduh horizontal, vertikal dan kombinasi disimulasikan menggunakan software Sketch Up. Analisis penurunan nilai perpindahan panas menyeluruh terhadap bangunan awal dilakukan dengan menerapkan 38 konfigurasi desain. Dari analisis diperoleh bahwa 22 dari 38 konfigurasi desain berpotensi menurunkan nilai menyeluruh panas ke bangunan. Dari 22 konfigurasi tersebut diperoleh bahwa konfigurasi peneduh horizontal, louvre horizontal dan louvre vertikal adalah yang peneduh yang paling efektif diantara desain lainnya dalam menurunkan nilai radiasi bukaan
The analysis of BUMDes management and its contribution towards village genuine income: a study on BUMDes Pamsimas Sendang Sari Desa Kunir
Get PDFThe study aimed at exploring deeply the business management and process of BUMDes Pamsimas Sendang Sari Desa Kunir and its contribution towards the village's genuine income (read: Pendapatan Asli Desa or PAD). The research used descriptive qualitative methodology with a semi-structured interview. The five informants of the research were the staff of the BUMDes PAMSIMAS as the chief, secretary, treasurer, and two field technicians. The data analyzed was assisted by Computer Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis Software such as Nvivo 11. The research result showed that in the business process, BUMDes Sendang Sari has not to get profited from the clean water distribution since the setting of clean water tariffs below market prices, lack of public awareness to pay monthly fees, the existence of a village head program that makes clean water free for all public facilities without any subsidy, and the existence of a tax on water wells in Kabupaten Demak. Therefore, the BUMDes Sendang Sari is still unable to contribute to the PAD of Desa Kunir, however, the social impact has been felt by residents with the distribution of clean water to residents' homes. This research only focuses on business processes and has not looked at other factors that can affect the BUMDes performance. The research contribution of each of the village governments is as input for the management to fix the BUMDes Sendang Sari thus able to optimize the roles of the BUMDes in contributing towards the village's genuine income

This type of research is an explanatory study. This study tried to test hypotheses about the relationship between variables. The results of this study concluded that in the current friendly business environment, entrepreneurial orientation has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the batik industry in Pekalongan city, environmental conditions have a positive and significant influence, but the future business environment conditions cannot be predicted so it is necessary to anticipate several alternative problem solving that will occur. Therefore, it is necessary to run a business efficiently. The condition of the business environment can force companies to take advantage of entrepreneurial orientation to achieve business performance, but the company is not necessarily able to overcome this

Analysis of relaxation of local government budgeting on the achievement of the Bengkulu City government’s key performance indicators during the covid-19 period
Get PDFThis study explores the impact of relaxation on the Bengkulu City local government budget during the Covid-19 period on key performance indicators. This study used a qualitative approach with documentary methods and interviews at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency and the Health Office involving Budget Users, PPTK, Treasurer, and financial management staff as informants. The data analysis used is a content analysis using the Nvivo software. There are two findings in this research, the first is that budget reallocation during the pandemic can affect the achievement of the Main Performance Indicators of Regional Apparatus Organizations which have indicators of financial ratios, such as the Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency. Financial indicators, such as financial ratios and PAD, have declined due to the weakening economy, decreased tax revenue during the pandemic, and budget reallocations. However, the budget reallocation during the pandemic was not directly affected by the Main Performance Indicators of Regional Apparatus Organizations that do not use financial indicators such as the Health Service. Where the two KPI indicators of the Bengkulu City Health Service were all achieved according to the targets set. The implications of this research are as input to the Bengkulu City Government related to refocusing and reallocating the budget so that it can still achieve the main performance indicators

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and foreign ownership on corporate tax aggressiveness in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. Tax aggressiveness is the dependent variable The independent variable, while foreign ownership is the independent variable. This type of research is quantitative with secondary data sources obtained from annual reports and financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is 30 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for 2018-2020. The sample is 27 companies obtained by the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 26. The result showed that capital structure has a negative and significant effect on tax aggressiveness and foreign ownership has a positive and significant impact on tax aggressiveness. To get better results, further research can add other variables, use companies other than manufacturing, and extend the research period
THE DIALECTIC STRENGTH IN SOCIAL CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN COMMUNITY FOR PREVENTING STUNTING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Get PDFIn Palembang, Indonesia, toddlers who suffer from stunting, a condition marked by a failure to develop, are the subject of this study. This study analyses and assesses the function of urban social construction in avoiding infant stunting during the first 1,000 days of life using a qualitative approach and Berger and Luckmann's theory of social construction. According to the study's findings, this social construction is influenced by socioeconomic elements like education, the surrounding community, and cleanliness, as well as the reality of pregnancy, delivery, and raising children. This study stresses the importance of dialectics in this social construction by demonstrating how clashes and interactions between social systems and people have an impact on efforts to prevent stunting. This work is groundbreaking because it recognises dialectics as a fundamental component of social construction that affects stunting prevalence and prevention. The dialectic offers fresh perspectives for preventing stunting in urban areas like Palembang and highlights the social factors that affect preventative efforts.
