    Peningkatan Pemahaman Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) Pada Siswa-Siswi SMK Hasyim Asy’ari Bojong, Kabupaten Tegal

    The purpose of this community service activity is that students of Hasyim Asy'ari Vocational High School of Bojong, Tegal Regency are able to understand the Management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDES) that increases today.  hopefully, they are expected to be able to understand every aspect of APDES thoroughly. This community service was participated by 20 students of Grade 12, majoring in accounting. The methods used in this community service activity include the lecture method, discussion method, and tutorial method in the delivery. Besides, the team also conducted a direct survey, observation as well as interviews with the student of Hasyim Asy'ari Bojong Vocational School, Tegal Regency in order to find problems for this community service activity. The results of this community service activity are that students are able to understand both in theory and in the field (Village) regarding the management of the village income and expenditure budget which is obtained from the results of discussions and question and answer. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah siswa-siswi mampu melakukan pemahaman mengenai Peningkatan Pemahaman Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Desa (APBDES) Pada SiswaSiswi SMK Hasyim Asy’ari Bojong Kabupaten Tegal. Siswa-siswi mampu memahami pengelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa secara mendalam agar nantinya mampu memahami secara praktiknya setiap permasalahan yang ada di desa dengan mudah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dihadiri oleh siswa-siswi Kelas 12 jurusan akuntansi sebanyak 20 siswa dari SMK Hasyim Asy’ari Bojong Kabupaten Tegal. Jarak tempuh kampus dengan sekolah lebih kurang sekitr 37,9 km dengan menggunakan transportasi mobil. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diantaranya ada metode ceramah, metode diskusi, metode tutorial dalam penyampaiannya, selain itu juga tim melakukan survai langsung ke lokasi SMK Hasyim Asy’ari Bojong Kabupaten Tegal untuk pengumpulan data awal. Tim juga melakukan observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak sekolah dalam rangka mencari permasalahan untuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini siswa-siswi mampu memahami baik secara pemahaman teori maupun yang ada di lapangan (Desa) tentang pengelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa yang diperoleh dari hasil diskusi dan Tanya jawab. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah siswa-siswi mampu melakukan pemahaman mengenai Peningkatan Pemahaman Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Desa (APBDES) Pada Siswa-Siswi SMK Hasyim Asy’ari Bojong Kabupaten Tegal.     PENGARUH PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL, BUDAYA ETIS ORGANISASI DAN KETAATAN ATURAN AKUNTANSI TERHADAP KECENDERUNGAN KECURANGAN AKUNTANSI PADA DINAS PPKUKM DKI JAKARTA

    Accounting fraud is an act of manipulating or falsifying financial statement data, engaging in acts of corruption, or using assets improperly to generate profits. Central and local governments currently experience corruption cases every year. This is due to the factors that influence the occurrence of fraud. This study aims to determine the effect of internal control, organizational ethical culture and compliance with accounting rules on the tendency of accounting fraud at the DKI Jakarta PPKUKM Office. The population in this study were 95 employees of the DKI Jakarta PPKUKM Office. The sampling technique is using total sampling. The data collection method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that internal control has a significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, this is evidenced by the t value (2.176) > t table (1.670) and a significance value of 0.033 <0.05. Organizational ethical culture has a significant negative effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, this is evidenced by the t value (-2.335) > t table (1.670) and a significance value of 0.023 <0.05. Obedience to accounting rules has a significant negative effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, this is evidenced by the t value (-2.204) > t table (1.670) and a significance value of 0.031 <0.05.     Exploring the Potential of Innovation on Rice Straw Fluff (RSF) in Roofing System

    The metal deck is a building material used on the roof of the house for protection. While rice straw is a plant that forms after the rice is harvested. Rice straws will usually be burned by rice farmers to produce fertile soil; however, this will encourage open burning which can destroy the sustainability of the environment which needs to be avoided. However, there are also many types of metal decks, including metal decks with Polyurethane foam (PU Foam) which are considered good sound absorbers and contain a mixture of chemicals that may be harmful. The existence of Rice Straw Fluff is expected to help those who are less able to get metal decks that are as good as metal decks with Polyurethane foam (PU Foam). Several tests were conducted to detect whether the products produced exceed the effectiveness and can work well. The first test is the Impedance Tube Method which is a method to detect and evaluate the efficient sound frequency level. By using this method, Rice Straw Fluff is tested, and the results and data taken are good and effective if used by consumers. The next test is the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy Method (FTIR) which is a method to detect the chemicals contained in Rice Straw Fluff and existing products. The result of this finding clearly shows that rice straw mixed with silicone rubber is alkaline in nature which is influenced by silicone rubber. While Polyurethane foam (PU Foam) is acidic which is influenced by the chemicals mixed to produce foam. Finally, Rice Straw Fluff is an innovative product that can maintain the sustainability of the environment and can help low-income users to get a metal deck that has the same uses and benefits as existing products

    Perancangan Fin-tube Surface Cleaning System Untuk Pembersihan Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger

    Maintenance cleaning of the outer surface of the fin-tube on air-cooled heat exchangers is essential to maintain optimal performance. Performance degradation occurs due to the accumulation of dust and impurities on the fin-tube surface, forming crusty deposits when exposed to water. Currently, manual cleaning using water spray takes 80 hours to cover the entire surface. To improve cleaning efficiency, an innovative design of a water flow system using pipes and nozzles was developed. The design was based on calculations using Bernoulli's law and simulations with Ansys Fluent. The design achieved sufficient working pressure and nozzle inlet velocity of 0,37 m/s for 648 nozzles to cover 18 fans. With this design, cleaning can be completed in 59 minutes, removing 2,40×10-8 kg of dust per nozzle, covering a cleaning area of 0,75 m2. The cleaning system is manually operated in monthly stages, requiring a total cleaning time of 17,70 hours. Effective cleaning is achieved by ensuring the fans are not in operation during the cleaning process.Pemeliharaan pembersihan permukaan luar fin-tube pada air-cooled heat exchanger dilakukan untuk menjaga performa agar tidak terganggu. Penurunan performa terjadi karena pengendapan zat pengotor berupa debu di permukaan luar fin-tube. Debu terakumulasi di atas sirip dan di antara sirip, debu terkumpul dalam bentuk bubuk halus dan bila terkena air dapat membentuk endapan berkerak. Pemeliharaan pembersihan masih dilakukan dengan menyeprotkan air melalui selang yang dilakukan sepenuhnya menggunakan tenaga manusia selama 80 jam untuk keseluruhan permukaan fin-tube. Untuk meningkatkan efektifitas pembersihan diperlukan inovasi perancangan sistem pembersihan dengan mengalirkan air melalui pipa dan nozel. Rancangan dilakukan secara manual menggunakan perhitungan berprinsip dasar hukum Bernoulli serta dilakukan simulasi menggunakan Ansys Fluent. Rancangan menghasilkan tekanan kerja yang cukup untuk menyuplai air dan kecepatan inlet nozel 0,37 m/s pada masing – masing nozel berjumlah 36 buah setiap fan atau 648 buah untuk mencakup 18 fan. Pembersihan dapat dilakukan dengan baik ketika kecepatan masuk nozel sebesar 0,37 m/s yang membutuhkan waktu pembersihan 59 menit dan mampu membersihkan debu sebanyak 2,40×10-8 kg dengan area pembersihan sebesar 0,75 m2 setiap nozelnya. Sistem pembersihan dioperasikan secara manual bertahap setiap bulan, jika diakumulasikan akan membutuhkan waktu 17,70 jam untuk membersihkan secara keseluruhan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik proses pembersihan hanya dapat berlangsung ketika fan tidak beroperasi

    Karakteristik Hidropobik Bulu Burung Predator Nokturnal

    Sifat mampu basah sebuah permukaan padat menggambarkan kemampuan fluida cair untuk mempertahankan kontak dengan permukaan tersebut. Sifat hidropobik bulu burung dapat menjadi bahan pengembangan material di bidang aviasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan karakteristik hidropobik bulu burung jenis predator nokturnal. Jenis burung yang dikaji adalah burung predator nocturnal yaitu Cabak Mees (Caprimulgus meesi) dan burung hantu jenis Serak Jawa (Tyto alba). Bulu yang dikaji adalah bulu bagian sayap. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan droplet yang divariasi volumenya sebesar 0,025; 0,05 dan 0,1 ml untuk bulu sisi atas dan bawah. Pengukuran sudut kontak droplet dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Visio Professional 2002 SR-1. Kontur permukaan bulu diamati menggunakan mikroskop digital USB. Foto kontur permukaan diolah dengan aplikasi ImageJ versi 1.53k untuk mendapatkan surface plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bulu burung Cabak Mees dan burung hantu memiliki sifat hidropobik.     Soft soils have low strength and easy to compress when they are loaded. A soil compaction test is performed to measure maximum soil density at the optimum water content to evaluate the strength of soft soil. To maintain these circumstances, however, efforts are necessary to preserve the water content at optimal levels, which is not easy. In actual condition the compacted soil can still be penetrated by water through soil cracks occurred especially on the slopes. The shear strength of the soil will decrease if rainwater infiltration is excessive. In a laboratory investigation, direct shear testing (ASTM D3080 - SNI 3420:2016) was used to determine how changes in the value of the Hambalang clay soil shear strength as reflected by the cohesion value (c) and the soil shear angle (f). Creating soil samples with a fixed density and variations in water content (w). The test results at w = 14.47% obtained c = 0.047 kg/cm2, f = 45.75⁰; at w = 21.75% obtained c = 0.203 kg/cm2, f = 33.39⁰, at w = 26.62% obtained c = 0.186 kg/cm2, f = 24.10⁰, at w= 31.59% obtained c = 0.086 kg/cm2, f = 21.90⁰ and at w = 33.70% obtained c = 0.082 kg/cm2, f = 21.21⁰. From these results it can be concluded that the largest of cohesion and angle of internal friction or strength parameter values will reach at optimum moisture content

    ANALISIS STABILITAS TIMBUNAN DENGAN PERKUATAN GEOTEKSTIL DAN CERUCUK

    On the Serpong–Balaraja Toll Road Section 1A (STA 4+550–SSTA 4+900), there is a swamp area that is designed to have an embankment, so repair and reinforcement of the soil are needed. Therefore, this analysis aims to analyze the safety factor and consolidation settlement on the original soil. In addition, this analysis was carried out on soil replacement, geotextile, a combination of soil replacement and geotextile methods, and cerucuk using Plaxis 2D v20. The original soil conditions were also analyzed by the Fellenius method. The analysis results on the original soil conditions with Plaxis 2D v20 indicated a collapse, while with the Fellenius method the safety factor was 1.5, so it was not safe. Based on the methods used, only the geotextile method with variations of five layers of geotextile in post-construction is not safe. In soil replacement and soil replacement with geotextiles, the safety factor is relatively the same between 5.5 and 8 meters of replacement soil. Therefore, the thickness of the replacement soil has an optimum point where the addition of the thickness of the replacement soil is not linear with an increase in the safety factor. The consolidation settlement in the geotextile method is greater than in other methods. The detailed explanation will be developed on the writing paper below.     STABILISASI TANAH CAMPURAN VOLCANIC ASH TERHADAP NILAI KUAT GESER PADA TANAH QUARRY MEUNASAH RAYEUK KAWAY XVI ACEH BARAT

    A clay-silty located in the quarry Meunasah Rayeuk, Kaway XVI, West Aceh is a source of stockpile material that is often used as road construction material in West Aceh. Based on the color this land is divided into three, namely red, yellow, and gray soil. These three types of soil have bad properties that make them unfit for use as road base layers. Therefore, it is necessary to stabilize it with a mixture of volcanic ash taken from Wih Pesam, Bener Meriah. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mixing soil with volcanic ash on the shear strength of the soil. This research method was carried out in the form of standard compaction tests, and direct shear strength on mixed volcanic ash soils. Variations in the addition of volcanic ash are 12.5%, 15%, 17.5%, and 20% of the dry weight of the soil. The research results show that these types of soil belonged to the A-7-6 of soil classification according to AASHTO identified as containing montmorillonite minerals in gray soil. The addition of volcanic ash to the three types of soil can increase the value of the shear strength of the original conditions at certain variations. The results of shear strength values ​​for volcanic ash mixture variations of 0%, 12.5%, 15%, 17.5% and 20%, were 0,8, 1,0, 0,8, 1,0, and 0,7 in units of kg/cm2 for red soil respectively. In the yellow soil of 1,0, 1,0, 0,9, 1,2, and 0,9 in units of kg/cm2. On gray soil as much as 0,7, 1,1, 1,0, 0,9, and 1,1 in units of kg/cm2

    Pembangunan Kamar Mandi Untuk Masjid Baitussalam Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Kesehatan dan Sanitasi

    Baitussalam Mosque is located in the Kalibaru scenic housing estate, Kalibaru Village, Cilodong, Depok city of West Java Province. It was built in 2006 by the help of the red crescent body. In addition to being a place of worship, the Baitusaalm mosque actively carries out humanitarian activities such as free medical treatment, mass circumcision, donations for orphans, qur’anic recital and memorization (tahfiz) houses, and other activities. However, since its inception, the Baitussalam Mosque still does not have its own bathroom for male worshipers. Henceforth, the congregation is diverted to the bathroom of tahfidz's house. Meanwhile, the tahfidz house is still in the process of being renovated. Therefore, the Power Generation Study Program, Mechanical Engineering Department, Jakarta State Polytechnic wants to assist the mosque member in constructing the required facilities and infrastructure. The target of the service is to help build bathroom infrastructure for the mosque in order to improve the health and sanitation of the Baitussalam mosque congregation. The method begins with discussions with mosque administrators, site surveys, making bathroom designs as needed, and then the process of building Baitussalam Mosque toilets. The result of this community development activity is the completion construction of the bathroom which is followed by a small survey that denoted the satisfaction of the administrators and worshipers of the mosque.   Masjid Baitussalam, merupakan masjid yang berada di perumahan Kalibaru Permai Kelurahan Kalibaru, Cilodong, Depok. Masjid ini dibangun pada tahun 2006 oleh bantuan dari red crescent. Selain menjadi tempat ibadah masjid Baitusaalm aktif melakukan kegiatan kemanusiaan seperti pengobatan gratis, khitanaan massal, santunan anak yatim, rumah tahfiz serta kegiatan lainnya. Namun dari tahun 2006 hingga kini, Masjid Baitussalam masih belum memiliki kamar mandi untuk jamaah pria, sehingga jamaah akan dialihkan ke kamar mandi rumah tahfidz. Masalahnya, rumah tahfidz juga masih terus dalam proses pembangunan menggunakan dana donatur. Target pengabdi adalah membantu pembanguan prasarana kamar mandi untuk masjid Baitussalam, dalam rangka meningkatkan Kesehatan dan sanitasi jamaah masjid Baitussalam. Adapun metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan diskusi bersama pengurus masjid, survey lokasi, pembuatan design kamar mandi sesuai kebutuhan, dilanjutkan dengan proses pembangunan toilet Masjid Baitussalam. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah pembangunan kamar mandi yang ditandai dengan kepuasan dari pengurus serta jamaah Masjid Baitussalam menggunakan skala likert.Masjid Baitussalam, merupakan masjid yang berada di perumahan kalibaru permai Kelurahan Kalibaru, Cilodong, Depok. Target pengabdi adalah membantu pembanguan prasarana kamar mandi untuk masjid Baitussalam, dalam rangka meningkatkan Kesehatan dan sanitasi jamaah masjid Baitulssalam.     Awareness and understanding of the importance of preserving the environment and agricultural resources as a prerequisite for sustainable agriculture in the younger generation are still low. Henceforth, information and training activities are needed to overcome this problem. Guidelines for environmentally wise technologies that utilize agricultural land resources must be operational and easy to apply to urban communities. Therefore urban communities can also produce agricultural products that are environmentally wise, consumed safely, and free of pesticides. Hydroponics is a plant cultivation process that uses planting media other than soil such as utilizing water circulation so that narrow land can be used as land for maximum plant cultivation. The hydroponic wick system is one of the simple and easy hydroponic techniques for growing vegetables and ornamental plants in the yard or around schools. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and practice about the cultivation of hydroponic WICK system plants, and types of plants that can be cultivated hydroponically, and provide an understanding of the importance of growing vegetables by utilizing narrow land and maintaining healthy food ingredients to students and teachers at School MAN 1 Aceh Barat. Kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya perlakuan melestarikan lingkungan dan sumberdaya pertanian sebagai prasyarat pertanian berkelanjutan pada para generasi muda masih rendah, sehingga diperlukan penyediaan informasi dan pelatihan guna mengatasi masalah tersebut. Panduan teknologi ramah lingkungan yang bersifat memanfaatkan sumberdaya lahan pertanian harus operasional dan mudah diterapkan oleh masyarakat perkotaan. Sehingga masyarakat perkotaan pun dapat menghasilkan produk pertanian yang ramah lingkungan, aman dikonsumsi, dan bebas pestisida. Hidroponik merupakan proses budidaya tanaman yang menggunakan media tanam selain tanah seperti memanfaatkan sirkulasi air sehingga lahan sempit dapat dijadikan lahan untuk budidaya tanaman secara maksimal. Hidroponik sistem wick (sumbu) menjadi salah satu teknik hidroponik yang sederhana dan mudah dilakukan untuk menanam tanaman sayur mayur maupun tanaman hias di pekarangan rumah atau disekitar persekolahan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan praktik tentang budidaya tanaman hidroponik sistem wick, jenis tanaman yang dapat dibudidayakan secara hidroponik, dan memberikan pemahaman pentingnya menanam sayuran dengan memanfaatkan lahan sempit dan menjaga kesehatan bahan pangan kepada siswa/i dan guru di sekolah MAN 1 Aceh Barat. Awareness and understanding of the importance of preserving the environment and agricultural resources as a prerequisite for sustainable agriculture in the younger generation is still low, so information and training are needed to overcome this problem. Guidelines for environmentally friendly technologies that utilize agricultural land resources must be operational and easy to apply to urban communities. So that urban communities can also produce agricultural products that are environmentally friendly, safe for consumption, and free of pesticides. Hydroponics is a plant cultivation process that uses planting media other than soil such as utilizing water circulation so that narrow land can be used as land for maximum plant cultivation. The hydroponic WICK system is one of the simple and easy hydroponic techniques for growing vegetables and ornamental plants in the yard or around schools. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and practice about the cultivation of hydroponic wick system plants, types of plants that can be cultivated hydroponically, and provide an understanding of the importance of growing vegetables by utilizing narrow land and maintaining healthy food ingredients to students and teachers at School MAN 1 Aceh Barat
