    This research explores the Implementation of the Inauguration and Training Event for the Recycling Center Facility in Metro Lampung City, with the goal of supporting the city's waste management efforts. The research utilizes qualitative descriptive data analysis with an observational approach. The study highlights critical steps in event preparation, especially the development of a Detailed Budget Plan (RAB) and an Event Checklist. The RAB ensures the smooth execution of operations within the established budget, while the Event Checklist aids organizers in coordinating various event aspects. In conclusion, the research emphasizes the importance of meticulous preparation for a successful event.Penelitian ini membahas Pelaksanaan Event Peresmian dan Pelatihan Fasilitas Pusat Daur Ulang di Kota Metro Lampung dengan tujuan membantu Pemerintah Kota Metro Lampung dalam penanganan sampah. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada pengambilan data melalui metode observatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam persiapan event, terdapat tahapan penting, terutama dalam penyusunan Rincian Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan Checklist Event. RAB diperlukan untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan operasional sesuai dengan anggaran yang telah ditetapkan, sementara Checklist Event membantu penyelenggara dalam mengorganisir berbagai aspek event.     Implementasi Metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) dalam Perbandingan Mobil Blind Van di Indonesia

    This research was conducted to implement the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to evaluate and compare blind vans available in Indonesia. Blind vans are important in the context of distribution of goods and services in various economic sectors. However, with a variety of options available, the process of selecting the right one requires careful thought. The ARAS method is a multi-criteria decision evaluation tool that allows objective assessment of different criteria, such as price, reliability, fuel consumption, load capacity, and safety features. There are 4 alternatives involved for comparison, namely Daihatsu Gran Max, Suzuki New Carry, Wuling Formo, DFSK Gelora. This research will involve data collection from various sources, including information from manufacturers, customer reviews, and market data. Once the data is collected, the ARAS method will be applied to evaluate different blind vans, assign weights to relevant criteria, and generate a relative ranking for each model. The results of this study ranked the Suzuki New Carry Blind Van first with a utility degree value of 0.844 and the DFSK Gelora Blind Van last with a utility degree value of 0.628.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) dalam mengevaluasi dan membandingkan mobil blind van yang tersedia di Indonesia. Mobil blind van menjadi penting dalam konteks distribusi barang dan layanan di berbagai sektor ekonomi. Namun, dengan beragam pilihan yang tersedia, proses pemilihan yang tepat memerlukan pemikiran yang cermat. Metode ARAS merupakan alat evaluasi keputusan multi-kriteria yang memungkinkan penilaian objektif terhadap kriteria yang berbeda, seperti kapasitas muatan, keandalan, fitur keselamatan, harga, konsumsi BBM. Terdapat 4 alternatif yang dilibatkan untuk perbandingan, yaitu Daihatsu Gran Max, Suzuki New Carry, Wuling Formo, DFSK Gelora. Penelitian ini akan melibatkan pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber, termasuk informasi dari produsen, ulasan pelanggan, dan data pasar. Setelah data terkumpul, metode ARAS akan diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi mobil blind van yang berbeda, memberikan bobot pada kriteria yang relevan, dan menghasilkan peringkat relatif untuk setiap model. Hasil penelitian ini menempatkan Suzuki New Carry Blind Van pada peringkat pertama dengan nilai derajat utilitas sebesar 0,844 dan DFSK Gelora Blind Van pada posisi terakhir dengan nilai derajat utilitas sebesar 0,628

    Peningkatan Coefficient of Performance (COP) Motor Generator Set 1500 Rpm Menggunakan Metode Optimasi Sistem Transmisi

    Motor generator set (genset) merupakan solusi alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi di era modern. Namun genset masih memiliki kelemahan berupa efisiensi energinya yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Koefisien Kinerja (COP) generator set melalui pengembangan sistem transmisinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan merancang ulang sistem transmisi menggunakan pemanfaatan pulley dan flywheel sehingga akan meningkatkan efisiensi energi. Pengujian sistem dilakukan pada dua kondisi, yaitu kondisi tanpa beban dan kondisi berbeban. Variasi beban dimulai dari 1000 watt, 1400 watt dan 2600 watt. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa COP yang didapatkan sebesar 3,2 untuk besar pembeban 2600 watt. Nilai COP ini berhasil melampaui hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang mencatat nilai COP sebesar 2. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sistem transmisi ini memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi energi dan kinerja keseluruhan motor generator set

    Landslides represent one of the natural disasters that cause extensive harm to communities, affecting them morally and materially. Various parties, including the government, have implemented various efforts to prevent and reduce the impact of landslides. Because landslide potential areas are difficult to do directly, a tool is designed that is able to monitor areas that have the potential for landslides. The purpose of this research is to design hardware and monitor soil movement in a potential landslide location. The device uses ultrasonic sensor and accelerometer sensor to measure the ground movement. Early warning system is made as an effort to provide warnings to local residents if there are indications of land movement that has the potential to become a landslide disaster. In the process of sending data, LoRa module is used. For remote monitoring of soil movement, the data taken by the sensor will be sent to the Thingspeak IoT platform so that soil movement can be monitored in graphical form. This system can send data up to a radius of 1200 meters, and has a fairly low percentage error value below 1% for measurements using ultrasonic sensors and can monitor the movement of tools using accelerometer sensors.Tanah longsor merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang banyak menimbulkan kerugian bagi masyarakat baik dari segi moril maupun materil. Berbagai upaya pencegahan serta penanggulangan bencana telah dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak termasuk pemerintah untuk mencegah terjadinya bencana longsor. Karena aktivitas pemantauan daerah potensi tanah longsor sulit dilakukan secara langsung, maka dari itu dirancanglah sebuah alat yang mampu melakukan pemantauan terhadap daerah yang memiliki potensi terjadinya tanah longsor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang perangkat keras dan memantau pergerakan tanah pada lokasi yang berpotensi terjadi tanah longsor. Alat yang dibuat menggunakan sensor ultrasonik dan juga sensor akselerometer sebagai pengukur pergerakan tanah. Dalam upaya pencegahan terjadinya bencana longsor dibuatlah sebuah Early Warning System yang dapat memberikan peringatan kepada warga sekitar apabila ada indikasi terjadinya pergerakan tanah yang berpotensi menjadi tanah longsor. Pada proses pengiriman data digunakan modul LoRa. Untuk pemantauan pergerakan tanah secara jarak jauh maka data yang telah diambil oleh sensor akan dikirimkan menuju ke platform IoT Thingspeak agar pergeseran tanah dapat dipantau dalam bentuk grafik. Sistem ini dapat mengirim data hingga radius 1200 meter dengan persentase error di bawah 1% untuk pengukuran sensor ultrasonik, serta mampu memantau pergerakan alat melalui sensor akselerometer.     Kata kunci : Akselerometer, LoRa, Sensor Ultrasonik, Tanah Longso

    Rancang Bangun Geographic Information System (GIS) dengan Algoritma A-star untuk Data Pelanggan dan ODP (Optical Distribution Point)

    Geographic Information System (GIS) is a technology used to manage spatial data in various applications. This study creates a web-based GIS system design for PT. Aba Telekomunikasi Indonesia, which faces challenges in managing customer data and ODP. The A-star algorithm is applied to find the shortest route between ODP and customers. The system is developed using the CodeIgniter framework, PHP, MySQL, and leaflet.js for map visualization. Testing is carried out by comparing the results of the A-star algorithm with Google maps and using UAT (User Acceptance Test) for user acceptance analysis. The results show an average distance difference of 0.0095 km, meeting a tolerance of 0.2 km, and a user acceptance rate of 84.06%. This study proves that GIS can improve the operational efficiency of small-scale telecommunications companies.Geographic Information System (GIS) adalah teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengelola data spasial dalam berbagai aplikasi. Penelitian ini membuat perancangan sistem GIS berbasis web untuk PT. Aba Telekomunikasi Indonesia, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data pelanggan dan ODP. Algoritma A-star diterapkan untuk mencari rute terpendek antara ODP dan pelanggan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter, PHP, MySQL, dan leaflet.js untuk visualisasi peta.     TRANSLATION ANALYSIS OF QUESTIONING RESPONSES ON THE NOVEL THE KILL ORDER AND THE TRANSLATION QUALITY

    This study is about the translation quality on questioning responses in the novel entitled The Kill Order and its translation. This study aimed to describe the function of directive speech act specifically questioning responses and its translation in the novel The Kill Order. Besides it also described the translation techniques used in the translation version. This study used descriptive qualitative by focusing on single case. Data sources used was the novel The Kill Order and its translation. The data of the study was the sentences containing the questioning responses. The results of the study based on 23 data found that there were nine responses of direct speech and two indirect responses. Those functions included asking, commenting, denying, requesting, suggesting, insulting, ridiculing, reviewing, pleading and disagreeing. Whereas for response of indirect speech was no response/answer from the hearer and only face expression. No exists answers and expressions face. The translation technique used in the translation version were six techniques by applying single and couplet techniques. The couplet technique used 23 times while six techniques were single technique. Generally, the technique found in the research were including literal, established equivalence, amplification, reduction, discursive creation, and transposition. While for couplet technique were reduction and addition. The use of those techniques tends to produce the translation quality which less accurate yet they are sill acceptabl

    The Uzlifatil Jannah Islamic Boarding School Cooperative was founded to provide practical learning experiences for students in terms of business management and business development. However, the cooperative business does not yet have an identity (branding) on its shopping bag packaging and does not have the knowledge and skills to produce bag packaging. This service activity aims to share knowledge and skills in the production of bag packaging (totebags) so that it becomes an effective branding medium for Islamic boarding school cooperatives. The methods used are observation and interviews, material lectures, and training. Participants in this activity are students and Islamic boarding school managers. Material and training (practice) were in accordance with participants' needs to increase knowledge and skills in the tote bag production process.     Pengembangan Kompetensi Digital Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan SDM Posyandu di Beji Timur, Depok, Jawa Barat

    This community service aims to improve the digital competence of regional administrators in Beji Timur Village, Depok City, through Microsoft Office and Google Apps training. The background of this activity is the need of residents, especially for pos pelayanan terpadu (posyandu, or integrated health service post) cadres, to improve their skills in using the software to support administrative tasks. The training was conducted face-to-face, with a demonstration approach and direct practice accompanied by lecturers and students from the Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (Jakarta State Polytechnic). The evaluation of the activity included a pretest, posttest, and participant satisfaction questionnaire, which showed a significant increase in participant abilities and a positive response to the experience and benefits of the training. The results of this activity showed that this training was effective in improving the digital competence of participants, with an average score of 4.5 for training benefits, 4.8 for training experience, and 4.9 for interest in participating in similar training in the future. This activity is expected to have a long-term impact on improving the quality of human resources in Beji Timur Village. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah kebutuhan warga, terutama kader pos pelayanan terpadu (posyandu), untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak guna mendukung tugas administratif. Pelatihan dilakukan secara tatap muka, dengan pendekatan demonstrasi dan praktik langsung yang didampingi oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dari Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Evaluasi kegiatan meliputi pretest, posttest, dan angket kepuasan peserta, yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta serta respons positif terhadap pengalaman dan manfaat pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital peserta, dengan skor ratarata 4,5 untuk manfaat pelatihan, 4,8 untuk pengalaman pelatihan, dan4,9 untuk minat mengikuti pelatihan serupa di masa depan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak jangka panjang pada peningkatan kualitas SDM di Kelurahan Beji Timur.     This research aims to explain the transformation process carried out by the Selasari Tourism Village, which continues to develop and has been awarded an Advanced Category Tourism Village by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of Republic Indonesia. The development of the Selasari Tourism Village in carrying out this transformation is an illustration of how an ordinary village becomes a national class tourist village and gradually carries out its digital financial transformation independents. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research through field and library methods. The research results show that the payment system used in the Selasari Tourism Village is cash and non-cash payments. The digital financial transformation of the payment system in the Selasari Tourism Village has been ongoing since 2017, starting from transfers between management accounts only. In 2019, accounts began to be created in the name of BUMDes Selasari. So far,  Selasari Tourism Village has 3 general accounts. Other payment systems adapt to the requests from visitors, E-money and QRIS.
