Performance Analysis of Earthquake-Resistant Building Structures with Conventional Columns and Flat Columns
The structural integrity of a building depends on the ability of its column components to support the loads above them. The strength of a column is greatly influenced by its shape and dimensions. This study aims to analyze the performance of earthquake-resistant building structures with conventional columns and flat columns. This research was conducted by modeling two variations of an 8-story building structure using ETABS software, which are Model 1 with conventional columns and Model 2 with a combination of conventional columns and flat columns using L-shaped and T-shaped columns. The analysis of earthquake loads was performed by using the response spectrum analysis method, while the structural performance and the collapse mechanism of the building were performed by using the pushover analysis method. The results showed that Model 1 had smaller values of internal force, base shear, displacement, and inter-storey drift than Model 2. The results of the structural performance level in both models had the same level, which is Damage Control (DC). The structural collapse mechanism in Model 1 has qualified the requirement of strong column weak beam, while Model 2 has not met this requirement and falls into the column sway mechanism because the first collapse happened in columns. Based on the statistics analysis, there is no significant difference between Model 1 and Model 2, but in terms of maintaining the room area and aesthetic interior, Model 2 with flat columns has more value
Techno POL4T sebagai Teknologi Alternatif terhadap Kebersihan Lingkungan Area Pantai
Pantai merupakan tempat ekosistem yang menampung keanekaragaman hayati, berkembangkan spesies laut, keindahan alam yang perlu dijaga kebersihannya agar tidak menimbulkan endemic, penurunan hasil tangkapan ikan, kerusakan laut dan penurunan kunjungan wisatawan. Upaya pembersihan pantai diperlukan alat bantu yang meringankan dan meningkatkan kapasitas serta kualitas agar lebih efisien. Proses perancangan alat bantu pembersih pantai disesuaikan dengan karakteristik, lokasi pantai dan jenis sampah yang ada. Tujuan penelitian adalah 1) untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi rancangan teknologi tepat guna dalam meningkatkan kebersihan pantai techno POL4T; 2). Mengidentifikasi tingkat kebersihan pantai sebelum dan setelah penggunaan alat Techno POL4T; 3) Menganalisis jenis sampah yang paling dominan di pantai sebelum dan setelah penggunaan alat; 4) Menilai efisiensi dan kepraktisan alat pembersih pantai Techno POL4T. Metode penelitian adalah deskripsi kualitatif. Tahap penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi study pendahuluan, desain penelitian, pengumpulan data, analisis data dan evaluasi alat techno POL4T. Hasil penelitian adalah alat pembersih pantai POL4T dirancang sesuai dengan kondisi dan karakteristik pantai dengan efektif secara kuantitas. Tingkat kebersihan pantai meningkat sebesar 40% dibanding yang manual. Jenis sampah yang paling dominan adalah sampah dari sungai dengan perbandingan sebesar 75% dibandingkan sampah yang berasal dari kegiatan atau aktifitas dipantai. Implementasi Solar Charging Controller Pada Penggerak Sirkulator Air Kolam Ikan di Kampung Setaman, Kota Depok
The community needs-based community service activity of the Industrial Electronics Study Program, Department of Electrical Engineering (JTE) in Kampung Setaman, is an effort to solve the problems of the residents starting from the Covid-19-2020 period, where the residents of Kampung Setaman have around 100 pools, currently the remaining ones have decreased. In the 80s, most homeowners objected to paying for electricity to drive pump motors in fish ponds. As a result, some of the fish ponds died due to inactivity, ironically fish became a source of protein for the residents. Based on this, a solution emerged to create a Solar Power Generation System (PLTS). This is to provide solutions to residents' problems, so that the burden of electricity payments is reduced. Based on the objections to the electricity payment costs that emerged, the design of the PLTS included planning and empowering the pool as a healthy facility and business plan. This PLTS design refers to the concept of electricity distribution from one solar cell house (consisting of 4 cells) to 8 battery units. The aim of this PPIBM is to build a small-scale PLTS of 100 WP (400 WP), with the target of being able to activate 8 units of DC water pump motors for fish pond water circulation. The indicator of PPIBM's success is ensuring the process of storing unused electrical energy from solar cells for each battery. The solar cells are installed on a holo stand at a certain angle according to the direction of the sun, the position can be adjusted. Technical considerations get maximum solar intensity and excess energy can be stored in batteries. PLTS installation refers to the solar cell manual book, the service provider's contribution to the electronic system is so that the electrical energy activates the motor and some of it is stored in the battery (30%). The performance of the PLTS electrical system activates 8 motors during the day, 3 batteries supply electricity at night. Keywords - battery, fish pond, solar energy, Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat Prodi Elektronika Industri, Jurusan Teknik Elektro (JTE) di Kampung Setaman, merupakan suatu upaya solusi dari permasalahan warga dimulai dari sejak masa covid-19 yang mana warga Kampung Setaman memiliki sekitar 100 kolam, saat ini menyusut tersisa 80-an, sebagian besar pemilik rumah keberatan pembayaran listrik sebagai penggerak motor pompa di kolam ikan. Akibatnya sebagian kolam ikan tersebut mati karena tidak aktif, ironisnya ikan menjadi sumber protein warga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut muncul solusi pembuatan Sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS). Hal tersebut untuk memberi solusi permasalahan warga, agar beban pembayaran listrik berkurang. Berdasarkan keberatan biaya pembayaran listrik tersebut muncul, perancangan PLTS dengan perencanaan dan pemberdayaan kolam sebagai sarana sehat dan rencana usaha. Desain PLTS ini mengacu pada konsep distribusi listrik dari satu rumah solar sel (terdiri dari 4 sel) untuk 8 unit accu (baterai). Tujuan PPIBM ini adalah membangun PLTS skala kecil 100 WP (400 WP), dengan target dapat mengaktifkan 8 unit motor pompa air DC untuk sirkulasi air kolam ikan. Indikator keberhasilan PPIBM adalah memastikan prose penyimpanan energi listrik yang tidak terpakai dari solar sel untuk setiap accu. Solar sel dipasang di atas dudukan holo dengan kemiringan tertentu sesuai arah matahari, posisi bisa diatur kemiringannya. Pertimbangan teknis mendapat intensitas matahari tinggi energi maksimal dan berlebih dapat disimpan ke accu/ baterai. instalasi PLTS mengacu pada manual book solar sel, kontribusi pengabdi pada sistem elektronika agar energi listrik mengaktifkan motor dan sebagian tersimpan ke accu ( 30%). Pengembangan Keterampilan Pengelasan Kelompok Usaha CV Bahrur Ulum Karya Teknik, Serang, Banten
This community service is a program for applying appropriate technology to CV Panancangan service partners which aims to develop a welding workshop and engineering workshop business unit which is engaged in making hospital equipment, located in Panancangan Village, Serang City. The problem currently faced by service partners who are engaged in the field of hospital equipment manufacturing services, where the welding process still uses SMAW welding and GTAW welding, so that the results of welding service products still contain many weld defects produced and the production process is less efficient. This welding defect often appears when welding thin plates, especially when welding is carried out completely or continuously. The solution that has been provided is to manufacture and provide grants for Seam Welding machines with small energy input specifications so that they can be used by Small and Medium Industries. Seam Welding applications are still very minimal, only limited to large industrial scales. The method used is using a welding transformer with 1 phase electrical input and 5 kVA output, so that it can be used in Small and Medium Industries which mostly use 1 phase electricity. This Seam Welding machine is designed to be able to adjust the voltage and amperage output according to needs. Keywords: Welding, Panancangan, Development Pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan program penerapan teknologi tepat guna pada mitra pengabdian CV Bahrul Ulum yang bertujuan untuk pengembangan unit usaha bengkel las dan workshop engineering yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan peralatan rumah sakit, terletak di Kelurahan Panancangan, Kota Serang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini oleh mitra pengabdian yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pembuatan alat-alat rumah sakit, yang mana proses pengelasannya masih menggunakan las SMAW dan las GTAW, sehingga hasil dari pengelasan produk jasa masih terdapat banyak cacat lasan yang dihasilkan dan proses produksinya kurang efisien. Cacat pengelasan ini sering muncul pada pengelasan pada plat yang tipis, terlebih lagi pengelasan dilakukan secara penuh atau kontinu. Solusi yang telah diberikan yaitu melakukan pembuatan dan pemberian hibah mesin Seam Welding dengan spesikasi input energi yang kecil sehingga dapat digunakan oleh Industri Kecil Menengah. Aplikasi Seam Welding masih sangatlah minim, hanya sebatas skala industri besar saja. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan trafo las dengan input listrik 1 phase dan output 5 kVA, sehinggadapat digunakan pada Industri Kecil Menengah yang sebagian besar menggunakan listrik 1 phase. Mesin Seam Welding ini dirancang untuk dapat diatur output voltase dan ampere sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Putaran roda elektroda digerakkan menggunakan motor penggerak dengan pengaturan rpm putaran.

Kepemilikan Institusional Terhadap Tax Avoidance: Peran Moderasi Kinerja Laba
This research tests whether the type of institutional ownership influences tax avoidance practices carried out by an agency with the profitability variable (ROA) as a moderator. Then, this research further tests whether state-owned (government) or privately owned (non-government) companies have more potential for tax avoidance. This research involved 59 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and companies included in the BUMN-20 Index during the 2016-2018 period. The purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample, using four specific criteria. Research data was obtained from annual reports taken from the IDX website and each company's website. The analysis utilized a multiple regression model with SPSS version 25 software to evaluate the strength and direction of the association among the dependent variable, moderating variable, and independent variables. This research shows the results of the relationship between institutional ownership and tax avoidance which is moderated by ROA and there are indications that government companies have more potential to practice tax avoidance.Penelitian ini menguji apakah jenis kepemilikan institusi mempengaruhi praktik penghindaran pajak yang dilakukan sebuah instansi dengan variabel kinerja laba (ROA) sebagai pemoderasi. Kemudian, penelitian ini lebih lanjut menguji apakah perusahaan milik negara (pemerintah) atau milik swasta (non-pemerintah) yang lebih berpotensi melakukan penghindaran pajak. Penelitian ini melibatkan 59 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan perusahaan yang termasuk dalam Indeks BUMN-20 selama periode 2016-2018. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel, dengan menggunakan empat kriteria tertentu. Data penelitian diperoleh dari laporan tahunan yang diambil dari situs web IDX dan situs web masing-masing perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model regresi berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25 untuk menilai magnitudo dan arah hubungan antara variabel dependen, variabel moderasi, dan variabel independen. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil adanya hubungan kepemilikan institusi terhadap penghindaran pajak yang dimoderasi oleh ROA dan terdapat indikasi bahwa perusahaan milik pemerintah (BUMN) lebih berpotensi melakukan praktik penghindaran pajak
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PRODUK DAN PERHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI PADA USAHA HOME INDUSTRY KERIPIK PISANG SALAI IBU HERYATI
This research aims to understand how the quality of the Smoked Banana Chips product from Keripik Pisang Salai Ibu Heryati Business can improve and determine the calculation of the production cost of the business. This study is descriptive research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research data were obtained from the owner of Keripik Pisang Salai Ibu Heryati Business. Data collection techniques included interviews and document studies. The research results indicate that in product development strategy, the strategies implemented by Keripik Pisang Salai Ibu Heryati include improving existing products, adding new products, and imitating competitor strategies. There are eight systematic stages in the process of developing a new product carried out by this business, namely idea collection, screening, concept development and testing, marketing strategy development, business analysis, product development, market testing, and commercialization stages. However, the market testing and commercialization stages have not been implemented. The calculation of the production cost of Keripik Pisang Salai is done using the process costing method with a variable costing approach. The purpose is to provide an accurate comparison in determining effective production decisions in a relatively short time. The determination of the selling price charged to consumers is based on the expected profit estimate of Ibu Heryati Business to meet operational needs and achieve more adequate profits.

Pengaruh LDR dan CAR terhadap Harga Saham Bank Rakyat Indonesia Periode 2017-2023
Information that is relevant and capable of providing signals in considering investment decisions, to predict stock prices is really needed by investor. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect LDR and CAR on the stock price at Bank Rakyat Indonesia period 2017-2023. The secondary data used comes from the Quarterly Financial Statements published on the official BRI website for 2017-2023. Purposive sampling technique is the technique applied in sampling. The analysis method applied is multiple linear regression. Data processing and analysis using the application SPSS version 29. The results of this research partially show that LDR has no effect on the stock prices, meanwhile CAR have a positive and significant effect on the stock prices. Simultaneously, LDR and CAR have a significant effect on the stock prices.

Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengkaji pengaruh LDR dan CAR terhadap harga saham Bank Rakyat Indonesia periode 2017-2023. Data sekunder yang dipakai berasal dari Laporan Keuangan Triwulan yang diterbitkan melalui laman resmi BRI periode 2017-2023. Teknik purposive sampling ialah teknik yang diterapkan dalam pengambilan sampel. Metode analisis yang diterapkan ialah regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan dan analisis data melalui bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa secara parsial LDR tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan CAR mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan, LDR dan CAR memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON STEEL AND POLYPROPYLENE FIBERS MORTAR BOND STRENGTH UNDER UNIAXIAL TENSION
The present study aims to investigate the bond behavior between fibers and mortar matrix in fiber-reinforced concrete, which was explored through a uniaxial tension test. The bond behavior was studied for different types of embedded fibers: steel fibers, polypropylene fibers, and hybridizations of steel and polypropylene fibers. The mixture proportion was determined based on the absolute volume method with a water-to-binder ratio (w/b) of 0.29 to achieve high-strength mortar. The high-strength mortar was cast by utilizing an industrial waste by-product of both silica fume and fly ash as a partial cement replacement. The compressive strength and uniaxial tension tests on high-strength mortar were conducted at the ages of 28 and 140 days. The long-term bond-strength behavior was investigated at the age of 140 days. The results showed that the average compressive strengths of hardened mortar on 28 and 140 days were 54.82 MPa and 69.37 MPa, respectively. Whereas, the average fiber-mortar bond strengths with steel, polypropylene, and hybridized fibers were 8.62 MPa, 8.37 MPa, and 7.30 MPa, respectively, at 28 days and 11.22 MPa, 10.21 MPa, and 11.82 MPa, respectively, at 140 days. Compared to the equivalent bond strength of the steel fiber, the polypropylene fiber had an equivalent bond strength of 2.90% and 9.00% lower at the ages of 28 and 140 days. Meanwhile, the equivalent bond strength of hybridized fiber was 15.31% lower than that of steel fiber; however, the long-term behavior of the hybridized fiber showed its performance was about 5,35% higher than that of steel fiber at 140 days
Menangkap Photographic Moments di Pelelangan Ikan Muara Baru melalui Pendekatan Komposisi dan Etnografi Fotografi
In photography studies, composition is essential in capturing images to arrange visual elements within the photo frame. There are at least nine compositions that we analyze in this paper. These compositions are important for communicating the message the photographer wants to convey to the audience, thus creating a dialogic communication effort. This paper uses traders at the Fish Auction in Muara Baru, Jakarta, as the subject of photography, and the resulting photos become photographic moments in photographic ethnography. By capturing photographic moments through the correct composition, this paper demonstrates that photographs can produce meaning from the moments captured by the camera. This study is called visual ethnography, in which ethnographic photography is included as a sub-discipline that emphasizes the interpretive aspect of the subject's and object's expression in photos. Photographs with adjusted composition are not only seen as objects without meaning, but also as subjects that convey the expression of meaning and cultural communication. This can be a way for anthropologists and communication scholars to understand the socio-cultural phenomena of the communities being studied. The research in this paper finds that the combination of photography studies on composition and the method of ethnographic photography is still rarely undertaken, even though the study of photographs as both subjects and objects can provide a comprehensive picture of 'socio-cultural' conditions.In photography studies, composition is essential in capturing images to arrange visual elements within the photo frame. METAFORA BERANJAK DEWASA DALAM LIRIK LAGU “TAKUT” KARYA IDGITAF: KAJIAN LINGUISTIK KOGNITIF
This study aims to analyze the metaphor of "beranjak dewasa" in the song lyrics of “Takut” by IDGITAF. Utilizing the Conceptual Metaphor Theory by Lakoff and Johnson (1980), the structural metaphors in the song's lyrics were examined through the mapping of source and target domains, as well as their image schemas. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data analysis was conducted using the distributional method and advanced techniques for immediate constituent analysis, while data collection was carried out through the observation method with note-taking techniques. The analysis revealed five structural metaphors: (1) ambisiku bergejolak, (2) antusias tak karuan, (3) mimpi yang kukejar, (4) mimpi yang terkubur, dan (5) mengorbankan waktu tidur. The image schema depicted from these metaphors is existence. The metaphor of "beranjak dewasa" represents a process filled with enthusiasm, struggle, and sacrifice. This metaphor provides a depiction for today's youth who are transitioning into their 20s, a phase where they encounter a different world where expectations do not always align with dreams or aspirations. The findings of this study affirm the song's message that every young person will inevitably go through their youth and must prepare to enter adulthood.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan metafora “beranjak dewasa” dalam lirik lagu “Takut” karya IDGITAF. Dengan memanfaatkan Teori Metafora Konseptual Lakoff dan Johnson (1980), ungkapan metaforis struktural dalam lirik lagu tersebut dianalisis pemetaan ranah sumber dan ranah sasarannya, begitu juga dengan skema citranya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode agih dan teknik lanjutan bagi unsur langsung. Sementara itu, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode simak dengan dukungan teknik catat. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan lima metafora struktural, yaitu: (1) ambisiku bergejolak, (2) antusias tak karuan, (3) mimpi yang kukejar, (4) mimpi yang terkubur, dan (5) mengorbankan waktu tidur. Skema citra yang tergambar dari kelima metafora tersebut ialah keadaan (existence). Metafora “beranjak dewasa” merupakan sebuah proses yang penuh dengan semangat perjuangan dan pengorbanan. Metafora “beranjak dewasa” memberikan gambaran bagi pemuda masa kini yang akan memasuki umur 20 tahun ke atas. Pada usia tersebut mereka akan menghadapi dunia yang berbeda, semua harapan tidak selalu sesuai dengan impian atau cita-cita. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan isi lagu bahwa setiap anak muda pasti akan melewati masa mudanya dan harus siap memasuki fase menuju dewasa.
