The Branding Process Of The Information And Documentation Management Officer (PPID) Through Social Media Content At The Directorate General Of Horticulture
This research examines the branding process of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) through social media content at the Directorate General of Horticulture. The rapid development of information and communication technology has significantly impacted how government agencies disseminate information. In the digital era, social media serves as an effective and efficient communication tool for reaching the public broadly and in real-time, also strategically building a positive institutional image, strengthening public relations, and encouraging participation in governance. PPID plays a crucial role in ensuring information openness and public services, being responsible for accurate, transparent, and accessible information. This study aims to explain the branding process, identify the types of social media and content used, and present the obstacles encountered and solutions implemented to enhance PPID's branding. The findings highlight the importance of social media in public sector branding and contribute to understanding how government agencies can leverage digital platforms for greater transparency and accountability
Design of a Project Management Information System (PMIS) Tailored to The Information Requirements of a Web-Based Project
The rapid development of information technology, especially the internet, has revolutionized the way we access and utilize information. In the construction industry, the demand for timely, accurate, and centralized project information has become paramount. By employing web-based dashboards, stakeholders can monitor project progress in real-time, with weekly updates visualized for easy comprehension. A thorough analysis of project information requirements is fundamental to designing a web-based Project Management Information System (PMIS), ensuring that the system effectively meets the specific needs of project monitoring and management. At Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardiono Jakarta, which is where the research was conducted, the project management information system uses Ms Teams. In addition. With the use of previous PMIS, deficiencies can still be found, such as network connection problems, limited features, and data quality so that in this casefurther research is needed to obtain a more effective system. However, if there are limitations in the delivery of information, obstacles in supervision can occur.
This study was conducted with those aim, and also to find out information on the construction process, to analysed the efficiency of the project monitoring relationship with website-based PMIS, and to see the effectiveness of website-based PMIS for the Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardiono Jakarta. The study was then conducted by collecting data on needs from at least 12 respondents through interviews, questionnaires, to parties who are considered to have a significant influence on the success of this project, such as project managers and informatics engineering experts.
The research results show a tendency that website-based PMIS can fulfil and answer information needs in construction projects and increase time efficiency, especially in document distribution. Tindakan Perbaikan Sistem Pengendalian Internal Pengelolaan Kas: Studi Kasus Pada Yayasan Ihya Ul Ummah
Yayasan Ihya Ul Ummah merupakan lembaga yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan mental spiritual dan bantuan sosial bagi kaum dhuafa, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan kas akibat belum optimalnya sistem pengendalian internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem pengendalian internal atas kas di Yayasan Ihya Ul Ummah menggunakan kerangka COSO, mengidentifikasi celah kontrol, dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap komponen COSO telah diterapkan namun masih terdapat celah pengendalian. ANALISIS PENERAPAN PHASES EMBOK DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN EVENT FESTIVAL KULINER PANDALUNGAN 2025
This study aims to analyze the application of the Phases dimension in the 2025 Pandalungan Culinary Festival event. The background to this study is that Jember is a regency with a Pandalungan culture and potential for culinary sector development, but this potential has not been fully optimized.. One effort to introduce Pandalungan cuisine in Jember Regency is through a Project-Based Learning activity conducted by students of the D4 Tourism Destination Program at Jember State Polytechnic, which involves organizing a culinary event over sixteen days. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that while some adjustments were made, all dimensions of the EMBOK Phases could be applied in organizing the 2025 Pandalungan Culinary Festival, ensuring its successful implementation.
Keyword: Event, Festival Culinary, Project Based Learning.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan dimensi Phases dalam event Festival Kuliner Pandalungan 2025. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah bahwa Jember merupakan kabupaten yang memiliki budaya Pandalungan dan berpotensi dalam pengembangan sektor kuliner, namun belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan dengan optimal. Salah satu upaya mengenalkan kuliner Pandalungan di Kabupaten Jember melalui kegiatan Project Based Learning yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Program Studi D4 Destinasi Pariwisata, Politeknik Negeri Jember melalui penyelenggaraan event kuliner selama enam belas hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya beberapa penyesuaian yang dilakukan, namun seluruh dimensi Phases EMBOK dapat diterapkan dalam penyelenggaraan event Festival Kuliner Pandalungan 2025 yang menjadikan event tersebut terlaksana dengan baik.

Sistem Pemantauan Kualitas Udara Portable Menggunakan GPS Berbasis Internet of Things
As a natural resource, air plays a vital role in sustaining life. Clean air provides significant benefits to living things, while polluted air can disrupt the balance of the ecosystem. Sources of air pollution include motor vehicle exhaust, fossil fuel-based industrial activities, and forest fires. Maintaining clean air quality requires an air quality monitoring device. With the development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, this study designed a portable IoT-based air quality monitoring device using a GPS module, MQ-2, MQ-135, MQ-136 sensors, and an LTE module. This device is designed to be easily carried to various locations. The GPS module is used to obtain precise location data, while the integrated air quality sensor will measure parameters such as particulate concentration, toxic gases, and air humidity. The data displayed on the air quality monitoring device are CO, CO2, SO2 values, and location coordinates. The received air quality data complies with the ISPU (Air Pollution Standards Index) standard. Test results show that the sensor can read measurement values with air quality categories of "Good," "Moderate," and "Unhealthy." The Android application can also display test data sent from the Firebase real-time database to the Android application for CO, CO2, SO2, Longitude, Latitude, time, and date.Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah memungkinkan integrasi yang lebih efektif antara perangkat bergerak dan jaringan komunikasi. Dalam konteks ini, alat pemantauan kualitas udara portable menjadi semakin penting untuk mendukung upaya pemantauan lingkungan. Dalam penelitian ini, dirancang sebuah alat pemantauan kualitas udara berbasis IoT yang menggunakan modul GPS, Sensor MQ-2, MQ-135, MQ-136 dan Modul LTE. Alat ini dirancang agar mudah dibawa ke berbagai tempat. Modul GPS digunakan untuk memperoleh data lokasi yang tepat, sementara sensor kualitas udara yang terintegrasi akan mengukur parameter-parameter seperti konsentrasi partikulat, gas beracun, dan kelembaban udara. Data yang ditampilkan pada alat pemantauan kualitas udara yaitu nilai CO, CO2, SO2 dan koordinat lokasi. Nilai CO dan CO2 pada rentang 0 – 400 ppm mendapatkan kualitas udara Baik. Sedangkan nilai SO2 pada rentang 0 – 20 ppm mendapatkan kuliatas udara Baik. Data kuliatas udara yang diterima sudah sesuai dengan standar ISPU (Indeks Standar Pencemaran Udara). Data yang terkumpul akan dikirimkan secara nirkabel melalui jaringan IoT untuk dianalisis dan divisualisasikan secara real-time. Alat ini dapat membantu pemantauan kualitas udara di berbagai lokasi dengan cepat dan efisien, serta memberikan informasi yang relevan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait lingkungan
PLACE NAME CHANGES AND THREATS TO CULTURAL PRESERVATION: AN ANTHROPOLINGUISTIC STUDY IN BANTUL REGENCY YOGYAKARTA, INDONESIA
Place-name changes in Bantul Regency, Indonesia, often driven by modernization, administrative interests, or infrastructure development, threaten the preservation of local culture by erasing the historical and cultural values embedded in the original names. This anthropological study aims to analyze the impact of place-name changes on cultural preservation and provide recommendations for protecting traditional names as part of cultural heritage. This study employs a qualitative approach that utilizes primary data from in-depth interviews with community leaders, cultural experts, and local historians, as well as secondary data from literature studies, historical archives, government documents, and local cultural records. Linguistic and anthropological analyses were conducted to identify the meaning and structure of place names before and after the changes and to understand the cultural and historical values they contain. This study reveals that place-name changes in Bantul, such as the merging of villages such as Gandekan, Teruman, and Bedjen into Bantul or the renaming of Ringinharjo to Bantulkarang, can lead to a loss of cultural and historical meaning, erode local identity, and disconnect communities from their heritage. The impact of these changes is complex and interrelated, with both positive and negative consequences for social, administrative, and bureaucratic aspects. This study emphasizes the importance of involving all stakeholders in the process of changing place names to maximize positive impacts and minimize negative ones. This highlights the need to preserve traditional place names as part of cultural heritage through documentation, promotion, and protection efforts by the government and community.
Perubahan nama tempat di Kabupaten Bantul, Indonesia, yang sering kali didorong oleh modernisasi, kepentingan administratif, atau pembangunan infrastruktur, mengancam kelestarian budaya lokal dengan menghapus nilai-nilai historis dan budaya yang tertanam dalam nama-nama asli. Penelitian antropologi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak perubahan nama tempat terhadap pelestarian budaya dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk melindungi nama-nama tradisional sebagai bagian dari warisan budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dari wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh masyarakat, budayawan, dan sejarawan lokal, serta data sekunder dari studi literatur, arsip sejarah, dokumen pemerintah, dan catatan budaya lokal. Analisis linguistik dan antropologi dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi makna dan struktur nama-nama tempat sebelum dan sesudah perubahan, serta untuk memahami nilai-nilai budaya dan sejarah yang dikandungnya. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perubahan nama tempat di Bantul, seperti penggabungan desa-desa seperti Gandekan, Teruman, dan Bedjen menjadi Bantul atau penggantian nama Ringinharjo menjadi Bantulkarang, dapat menyebabkan hilangnya makna budaya dan sejarah, mengikis identitas lokal, dan membuat masyarakat tercerai berai dengan warisan budaya mereka. Dampak dari perubahan ini sangat kompleks dan saling terkait, dengan konsekuensi positif dan negatif pada aspek sosial, administratif, dan birokrasi. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan dalam proses perubahan nama tempat untuk memaksimalkan dampak positif dan meminimalkan dampak negatif. Hal ini menyoroti perlunya melestarikan nama-nama tempat tradisional sebagai bagian dari warisan budaya melalui upaya dokumentasi, promosi, dan perlindungan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat.
 
IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI INTEGRATION REVIT TO ROBOT DALAM ANALISIS STRUKTUR JEMBATAN
Structural analysis is currently evolving toward data integration systems, such as those developed with BIM. One such structural analysis tool is Revit Structure and Robot Structural Analysis. To gain recognition in the structural design industry, these new analysis tools must be proven reliable. Therefore, this study compares the reliability of Revit to Robot Integration with SAP 2000 software. The case study used is the Cimake arch bridge in Serang, Banten. The structural analysis used loads in accordance with SNI 1725-2016. The structural analysis results show that Robot Structural Analysis produces results nearly identical to those obtained with SAP 2000, with insignificant differences. The differences in the analysis results indicate variations in several parameters. For axial forces, the difference ranges from 0.00% to 6.67%. For shear forces, the difference ranges from 0.00% to (-1.89)%. In the moment force the difference ranges from 0.00% - (-1.49)%. In the cross-section ratio, it ranges from 0-75)%. In weight, there is no difference, and in deflection, there is a difference of 0.005%. This discussion concludes that the use of Revit to Robot Integration provides a number of benefits, including providing ease of data transfer, information coordination, efficiency, and productivity. However, it should be noted that there are differences in the results of the analysis of the two programs, although the differences are not significant.Analisa struktur saat ini berkembang menuju sistem Integrasi data seperti yang dikembangkan dengan BIM.Salah satu analisa struktur yang dikembangkan adalah Revit Struccture dan Robot Structural Analysis.Untuk mendapatkan pengakuan di dunia industri perancangan struktur maka analysis yang baru ini harus di buktukin kehandalanya, untuk itu dalam kajian ini saya melakukan pembahasan dengan membandingkan kehandalan Integration Revit to Robot dengan software sap 2000. Kasus yang saya jadikan objek pembanding adalah jembatan rangka pelengkung Cimake serang banten. Dalam analisa struktur digunakan beban-beban yang sesuai SNI 1725-2016. Hasil analisa struktur menunjukan bahwa Robor Structural Anysis memiliki hasil yang hampir sama dengan analisa struktur dengan SAP 2000, dengan perbedaan yang tidak signifikan. Perbedaan hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi pada beberapa parameter. Pada gaya aksial perbedaannya berkisar 0,00% - 6,67%, Pada gaya geser perbedaannya berkisar 0,00 % - (-1.89) %, Pada gaya momen perbedaannya berkisar 0,00 % - (-1.49) %, pada rasio penampang berkisar antara 0 - (-75) %, pada berat tidak ada perbedaan, dan pada lendutan memiliki perbedaan sebesar 0,005%. Kesimpulan dari pembahasan ini adalah penggunaan Integration Revit to Robot memberikan sejumlah manfaat diantaranya memberikan kemudahan transfer data, koordinasi informasi, efisiensi, dan produktivitas. Namun, perlu dicatat bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil dari analisis kedua program meskipun perbedaannya tidak signifikan
AMBIDEXTERITY UMK MELALUI PROGRAM ENTREPRENEUR DEVELOPMENT 2024 DI INDONESIA
This paper, adapted from a Master’s thesis, analyses how the 2024 Entrepreneur Development program (hereafter Entredev 2024) fosters organizational ambidexterity in Indonesian micro and small enterprises (MSEs). Ambidexterity is the capability to jointly pursue exploitation (process discipline, efficiency, reliability) and exploration (innovation, experimentation, market development) within the same organization. Using a descriptive qualitative design, six MSEs from technology, agribusiness, and health–beauty–wellness sectors were studied through in‑depth interviews, observations, documentation review, and a focus group discussion (FGD). Thematic analysis with source/method triangulation was applied to secure credibility and confirmability. Findings show that Entredev 2024’s sharing goals approach acts as a mechanism that aligns behavioral discipline (exploitation) with guided experimentation (exploration). Program elements—structured business consultation, intensive mentoring, stakeholder networking, and reflective training—shape a contextual work environment that enables ambidextrous actions. Consequences include improved product/process innovation, higher operational reliability, and greater resilience. The study offers an actionable model of how a public entrepreneurship program can cultivate ambidexterity at MSE scale and suggests design implications for policy and program management.Artikel ini, yang diadaptasi dari tesis, menganalisis bagaimana Program Entrepreneur Development 2024 (selanjutnya disebut Entredev 2024) membentuk ambidexterity organisasi pada usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) di Indonesia. Ambidexterity merujuk pada kemampuan mengejar eksploitasi (disiplin proses, efisiensi, keandalan) dan eksplorasi (inovasi, eksperimen, pengembangan pasar) secara serempak. Dengan desain kualitatif deskriptif, enam UMK dari sektor teknologi, agribisnis, dan kesehatan‑kecantikan dikaji melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, kajian dokumentasi, dan diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD). Analisis tematik dengan triangulasi sumber/metode digunakan untuk memastikan kredibilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Temuan menunjukkan pendekatan sharing goals Entredev 2024 bekerja sebagai mekanisme yang menyelaraskan disiplin perilaku (eksploitasi) dengan eksperimen terarah (eksplorasi). Komponen program—konsultasi bisnis terstruktur, mentoring intensif, jejaring pemangku kepentingan, serta pelatihan reflektif—membentuk konteks kerja yang memungkinkan tindakan ambidextrous. Dampaknya berupa peningkatan inovasi produk/proses, reliabilitas operasional, dan resiliensi. Studi ini menawarkan model praktis bagaimana program publik menumbuhkan ambidexterity pada skala UMK, berikut implikasinya bagi perancang kebijakan dan pengelola program
FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENENTU KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN PADA PERUSAHAAN KEUANGAN ASEAN-5
This study analyzes various factors determining dividend policy. Using a quantitative approach, a purposive sample was taken from 194 companies in the financial sector in ASEAN-5 (Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore) during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2022). The data analyzed in this study is secondary data covering financial reports and information published on each company's official website. The data analysis technique applied was Generalized Least Square regression using EViews 12 software. The factors examined as independent variables included business risk, profitability, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), board size, and female directors, while Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and inflation served as control variables. The findings reveal that business risk, DER, and GDP have a negative effect on dividend policy. Conversely, profitability, board size, and inflation have a positive effect. However, female directors do not have a significant effect. These findings need to be considered by company management as financial managers to improve company performance while ensuring that shareholders receive optimal dividends.Penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai faktor penentu kebijakan dividen. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel diambil secara purposif dari 194 perusahaan pada sektor keuangan di ASEAN-5 (Thailand, Indonesia, Filipina, Malaysia, dan Singapura) selama masa pandemi COVID-19 (2020-2022). Data yang dianalisis dalam studi ini merupakan data sekunder yang mencakup laporan keuangan serta informasi yang dipublikasikan pada situs web resmi masing-masing perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah regresi Generalized Least Square dengan software EViews 12. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti sebagai variabel independen mencakup risiko bisnis, profitabilitas, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), ukuran direksi, dan direksi wanita, sementara Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan inflasi berperan sebagai variabel kontrol. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa risiko bisnis, DER, dan PDB memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sebaliknya, profitabilitas, ukuran direksi, dan tingkat inflasi berpengaruh positif. Namun, direksi wanita tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini perlu dipertimbangkan oleh manajemen perusahaan sebagai pengelola keuangan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan sekaligus memastikan pemegang saham memperoleh dividen yang optimal
UNVEILING STUDENTS' ENGAGING EXPERIENCES WITH WHATSAPP IN ENHANCING ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS
This research aims to investigate the experiences of students in using WhatsApp for English language learning, particularly in the context of speaking. The study was conducted with 34 third-semester students from the STIPARY Tourism Academy of Yogyakarta. A mixed-method approach was employed, wherein the researcher utilized a questionnaire to gather quantitative data. Additionally, qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 9 randomly selected students and observations during the use of WhatsApp in speaking lessons. The students' experiences with WhatsApp were assessed over 3 months. The questionnaire underwent validity and reliability testing, focusing on the student's learning experiences in speaking from three aspects: linguistic (vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and fluency), psychological (motivation and self-confidence), and environmental (flexible learning, collaborative learning, access to learning materials, and challenges related to negative reactions from the surrounding environment during speaking practice). Data analysis results indicated that students perceived positive experiences regarding the use of WhatsApp in speaking, addressing the aforementioned aspects.
