    Perbandingan kuat tekan beton menggunakan pasir pantai dengan bahan aditif dan tanpa aditif serta perendaman air tawar dan air laut

    This study evaluates the effect of silica fume additives on concrete compressive strength and concrete characteristics. Silica fume is known to improve the quality of concrete through pozzolanic reactions that improve microstructure and reduce porosity. In this study, concrete with silica fume content of 6%, 7%, 8%, and 9% of the weight of cement was produced and tested. Testing was carried out at the age of 14 days to assess the compressive strength of concrete and concrete density. With the maximum increase recorded in the mixture with 8% silica fume in construction, concrete is an important component. This study indicates that the addition of silica fume additives to concrete can increase the compressive strength of the material. Based on this, ordinary concrete is not very resistant to sulfuric acid solutions found in seawater. After 14 days of immersion, the effects of sulfuric acid began to reduce the compressive strength of concrete in both freshwater and seawater, with normal concrete dropping from 19.60 MPa to 19.42 MPa, 6% silica fume concrete in freshwater from 20.04 MPa to 19.91 MPa, seawater concrete with 7% silica fume from 20.09 MPa to 19.95 MPa, with 8% silica fume from 20.22 MPa to 20.10 MPa, and with 9% silica fume from 20.18 MPa to 20.06 MPa. In conclusion, silica fume additives can increase the compressive strength of concrete; the higher the percentage of silica fume additives used, the higher the compressive strength.Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan silica fume terhadap kekuatan tekan dan karakteristik beton. Silica fume, sebagai bahan tambah pozzolan, diketahui dapat meningkatkan kualitas beton melalui reaksi pozzolanik yang memperbaiki struktur mikro dan mengurangi porositas. Dalam penelitian ini, beton dengan kadar silica fume sebesar 6%, 7%, 8% dan 9% dari berat semen diproduksi dan diuji. Pengujian dilakukan pada umur 14 hari untuk menilai kekuatan tekan dan kepadatan beton. dengan peningkatan maksimum tercatat pada campuran dengan 8% silica fume. Beton merupakan bahan yang sangat penting digunakan dalam bidang konstruksi. Pada penelitian kali ini hasil perpaduan antara beton dengan bahan tambah silika fume seluruhnya berpengaruh positif pada kekuatan tekan beton. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa beton normal memiliki ketahanan yang lemah terhadap larutan asam sulfat yang terkandung dalam air laut. Reaksi beton terhadap asam sulfat mulai terlihat pada rendaman 14 hari namun kuat tekan rata-rata yang terjadi mengakibatkan penurunan atau selisih terhadap kuat tekan awal antara redaman air tawar dan air laut yaitu: Beton normal 19,60 Mpa menjadi 19,42 Mpa umur 14 hari. Beton dengan campuran sika fume 6% 20,04 Mpa air tawar menjadi 6% 19,91 Mpa air laut 14 hari. Beton dengan campuran sika fume7% 20,09 Mpa air tawar menjadi 19,95 Mpa air laut Mpa 14 hari. Beton dengan campuran sika fume 8% 20,22 Mpa air tawar menjadi 20,10 Mpa air laut Mpa 14 hari. Beton dengan campuran sika fume 9% 20,18 Mpa air tawar menjadi 20,06 Mpa air laut Mpa 14 hari. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan bahan tambah silika fume dapat menaikkan kuat tekan beton,semakin besar persentase penggunaan bahan tambah sika fume maka semakin tinggi pula kuat tekan yang dihasilkan.     The large number of fraud cases that occur in Bangkalan regency results in the increasingly important role of internal auditors in helping prevent and detect fraud. Many cases occur, namely falsifying financial reports that are made as good as possible, but the realisation is a lot of fraud. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the aim of being able to describe in depth like the original. The data sources used are primary data sources because through interviews which are then analysed so that they become understandable writing. The role of internal audit is definitely needed by local government organisations in minimising fraud. Prevention and detection of fraud is not underestimated because it can have an effect on the continuity of a company in the future. The role of internal audit can be divided into 3, namely as a supervisor who can also conduct examinations, then become a consultant who can provide advice and recommendations, and finally as a catalyst that helps the management of a company. If the role of internal audit is appropriate, then fraud in an organisation can be detected early and can be resolved more quickly. To achieve this goal, management must make decisions quickly and accurately. This situation requires top management to delegate authority accompanied by a system of control, supervision and performance assessment of managers below. This can be achieved by implementing accounting accountability. At PT. SUR, the author has not seen the application of accounting accountability. Therefore, the author tries to discuss and interpret the data in the production section by comparing the realization of financing and budget deviations that are known to have occurred. Through accountability reports from the Outfitting Department, Construction Department and Production Support, management can measure the effectiveness and efficiency of production costs in the company. Oleh karena itu, penulis mencoba membahas dan menginterpretasikan data pada bagian produksi dengan cara membandingkan antara realisasi pembiayaan dan penyimpangan anggaran yang diketahui terjadi. Melalui laporan pertanggungjawaban dari Departemen Outfitting, Departemen Konstruksi dan Production Support, manajemen dapat mengukur efektivitas dan efisiensi biaya produksi pada perusahaan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan tidak akan kesulitan dalam menentukan biaya mana dari sekian banyak biaya yang akan mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

    This study aims to determine the effect of tax corruption perception, tax transparency, and normative expectations on the compliance of individual taxpayers. The research was conducted on individual taxpayers registered at the KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Senapelan, with a total of 100 respondents. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the study indicate that tax corruption perception, tax transparency, and normative expectations have a significant influence on taxpayer compliance. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the perception of tax corruption, the better the tax transparency, and the stronger the normative expectations perceived by individual taxpayers, the higher their level of tax compliance.     THE IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT, KNOWLEDGE, OHS MANAGEMENT, SAFETY CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR ON SAFETY PERFORMANCE OF PATIMBAN TOLL ROAD ACCESS PROJECT

    The construction industry in Indonesia, including the Patimban Toll Road Access project, faces safety challenges due to high accident rates, unsafe working conditions, and hazardous work environments. The high accident rate, as evidenced by 2,971 accidents in 2023, highlights the urgent need for enhanced implementation of OHS standards. This study focuses on key factors influencing safety performance at the Patimban Toll Road Access project, including organizational commitment, OHS management, knowledge management, and safety citizenship behavior. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment, knowledge management, and occupational health and safety management (K3) on Safety Citizenship Behavior (SCB) and safety performance in the Patimban Toll Road Access project. The research also explores the mediating role of knowledge management, K3 management, and SCB in these relationships. A quantitative causal research approach was used, involving 98 direct workers from the Patimban Toll Road Access project. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the aid of SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on knowledge management and K3 management. Both knowledge management and K3 management positively influence SCB, which in turn contributes to improved safety performance. Furthermore, knowledge management and K3 management were found to significantly mediate the relationship between organizational commitment and SCB, as well as between SCB and safety performance. These findings suggest that effective knowledge management and K3 practices not only enhance safety citizenship behavior but also improve overall safety performance in the Patimban Toll Road Access project

    Manajemen Kepariwisataan pada Praktikum Perjalanan Insentif Mahasiswa MICE PNJ Angkatan 2021

    This study discusses incentive trips organized by one of the vocational colleges, the Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ). In this case, D4 ​​MICE students master the practice of courses, especially regarding tourism management. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of incentive trips as a practicum for students of the PNJ MICE study program batch 2021 and to explain tourism management to manage incentive trips for the PNJ MICE study program batch 2021. The research method used by the author is qualitative research, with primary and secondary data collection methods. Primary data is data that is first collected from original sources through observation, interviews with participant representatives from students who take part in incentive trips, and notes while in the field. While secondary data comes from libraries or journals as a review of the theory of research preparation. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the implementation of incentive trips as a practicum for students of the 2021 PNJ MICE study program can run smoothly with effective communication that has occurred so far. The implementation of communication during the bidding process to the evaluation is considered effective in making the incentive trip event process to Anyer Island carried out by the committee successful. Meanwhile, tourism management to manage incentive trips for the 2021 PNJ MICE study program requires caution, especially when making a decision. For example, in choosing bus transportation for travel incentives. On the other hand, the selection of accommodation is not only seen from star hotels. Keywords: Tourism Management, Incentive Trips, and D4 MICE PNJ.Penelitian ini membahas perjalanan insentif yang diselenggarakan oleh salah satu perguruan tinggi vokasi, Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ). Dalam hal ini mahasiswa/i D4 MICE untuk menguasai praktik mata kuliah, khususnya mengenai manajemen kepariwisataan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan pelaksanaan perjalanan insentif sebagai praktikum mahasiswa/i program studi MICE PNJ angkatan 2021 dan menjelaskan manajemen pariwisata untuk mengelola perjalanan insentif program studi MICE PNJ angkatan 2021. Adapun metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu data yang dikumpulkan pertama kali dari sumber asli melalui observasi, wawancara terhadap perwakilan peserta dari mahasiswa/i yang mengikuti perjalanan insentif, dan catatan selama di lapangan. Sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari pustaka atau jurnal sebagai tinjauan teori penyusunan penelitian. Dari penjelasan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan perjalanan insentif sebagai praktikum mahasiswa/i program studi MICE PNJ angkatan 2021 dapat berjalan lancar dengan komunikasi yang efektif yang terjadi selama ini. Pelaksanaan komunikasi selama proses bidding hingga evaluasi dianggap efektif memberikan proses event perjalanan insentif ke Pulau Anyer yang dilaksanakan panitia berhasil. Sementara manajemen pariwisata untuk mengelola perjalanan insentif program studi MICE PNJ angkatan 2021 dibutuhkan kehati-hatian, khususnya saat mengambil suatu keputusan. Misal dalam memilih transportasi bus untuk insentif perjalanan. Di sisi lain, untuk pemilihan akomodasi juga bukan hanya dilihat dari hotel berbintang saja.     OPTIMALISASI PENGELOMPOKAN JENIS PRODUK DALAM PENENTUAN STRATEGI PENJUALAN MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA K-MEANS DI TOKO CIREBON VAPE STORE

    Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma K-Means untuk mengelompokkan produk vape di Cirebon Vape Store berdasarkan pola penjualan, dengan tujuan mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Dari 5.090 entri penjualan selama satu tahun, data dianalisis melalui tahapan pra-pemrosesan, transformasi numerik, implementasi algoritma, dan evaluasi menggunakan Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada K=4 dengan nilai DBI 0,541, menghasilkan empat klister Utama berdasarkan penjualan, Harga, dan transaksi. Visualisasi menggunakan scatter plot dan heatmap memperjelas distribusi produk dalam klister, yang meliputi produk dengan penjualan tinggi, produk unik dengan transaksi besar, produk mahal dengan penjualan terbatas, dan produk dengan penjualan moderat.     Studi Komparatif Metode Naive Bayes dan Support Vector Machine dalam Menganalisis Sentimen Ulasan Ask-AI

    The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes in the field of information and communication. The Ask-AI application is popular and has many reviews on the Google Play Store platform. The purpose of this study is to analyze user review sentiments towards the Ask-AI application and compare the performance of two text classification algorithms, namely Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) in classifying reviews into positive and negative sentiment categories. A total of 628 reviews were used as a dataset consisting of 314 positive reviews and 314 negative reviews. The dataset has gone through a text preprocessing stage including letter transformation (transform cases), tokenize, common word removal (stopword removal), and dictionary-based stemming. Data analysis using RapidMiner software and for model performance evaluation using the k-fold cross-validation approach which can provide more stable and representative results for the entire data. The evaluation results produce a performance value of the SVM algorithm which has very good performance. SVM produces an accuracy of 94.08%, a precision of 96.23%, a recall of 92.31%, and an Area Under Curve (AUC) value of 0.981. Meanwhile, the Naive Bayes algorithm provides an accuracy of 78%, a precision of 85.23%, a recall of 68.37%, and an AUC of 0.801. The results of the study indicate that the SVM method is superior to Naïve Bayes in classifying the sentiment of Ask-AI application user reviews because it can provide more accurate, consistent, and more sensitive classification results to variations in text data. It is hoped that this study can be a reference for choosing the optimal sentiment classification algorithm for AI-based application user review data.Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam bidang informasi dan komunikasi. Aplikasi Ask-AI populer dan memiliki banyak ulasan di platform Google Play Store. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sentimen ulasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Ask-AI serta membandingkan performa dua algoritma klasifikasi teks, yaitu Naive Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dalam mengklasifikasi ulasan ke dalam kategori sentimen positif dan negatif. Sejumlah 628 ulasan digunaan sebagai dataset yang terdiri atas 314 ulasan positif dan 314 ulasan negatif. Dataset telah melalui tahapan preprocessing teks meliputi transformasi huruf (transform cases), tokenize, penghapusan kata umum (stopword removal), dan stemming berbasis kamus/dictionary. Analisis data menggunakan software RapidMiner dan untuk evaluasi performa model menggunakan pendekatan k-fold cross-validation yang dapat memberikan hasil lebih stabil dan representatif terhadap keseluruhan data. Hasil dari evaluasi menghasilkan nilai kinerja algoritma SVM memiliki performa yang sangat baik. SVM menghasilkan accuracy sebesar 94,08%, precision 96,23%, recall 92,31%, dan nilai Area Under Curve (AUC) sebesar 0,981. Sedangkan algoritma Naive Bayes memberikan accuracy sebesar 78%, precision 85,23%, recall 68,37%, dan AUC sebesar 0,801. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SVM lebih unggul dari Naïve Bayes dalam klasifikasi sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi Ask-AI dikarenakan dapat memberikan hasil klasifikasi yang lebih akurat, konsisten, dan lebih sensitif terhadap variasi data teks. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk pemilihan algoritma klasifikasi sentimen yang optimal pada data ulasan pengguna aplikasi berbasis AI
