    Analisis pengembangan kepemimpinan pendidikan di SMP Islam Darussalam Kotagede Yogyakarta

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the leadership development carried out by Mr. Ussaid Uzza, S.Pd in developing his leadership as the Principal of SMP Islam Darussalam Kotagede Yogyakarta. This research uses qualitative research methods with case study shortfalls. The method of data collection uses interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display and drawing/verification or drawing conclusions. The results of this study explained that in developing leadership, principals participated in various activities such as the Independent Curriculum Implementation Workshop and the Principal Working Group (K3S). From the various activities that were participated in, these activities were included in leadership development through the Independet Study activity  , which is an independent study activity carried out by the principal of SMP Islam Darussalam which aims to develop individual abilities in leading educational units by utilizing supporting resources such as various activities that he participates in. The advantages  of independent study activities  are able to improve the personality competence of the principal. The weakness of independent study is  that it is only able to develop personality competencies and has not been maximized in developing managerial competencies, entrepreneurial competencies, supervisory competencies and social competencies

    Background: The research is motivated by the rapid development of the times so that there is a need for the latest innovations for students so as not to be left behind, especially in the field of technology. Purpose: The purpose of this research is about the application of Quizizz to increase students' responses to Pascal's law material. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods.. Method: The method used in this study used a survey method. with respondents totaling 19 MA Darul Ulum Karangpandan class XI MIPA students in physics subjects in the Pascal Law material. This research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 10 statement items. Data analysis techniques using percentage descriptive analysis. Findings: The results of the analysis of student responses to the application of Quizizz are that students are interested and happy to learn to use Quizizz. This is evidenced by the results of the questionnaire data, namely the answers to the results of class XI MIPA with 19 students having an average of 78% strongly agree, 100% agree, 12% doubt, 0% disagree, and 0% strongly disagree. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Quizizz on increasing student responses to Pascal's legal material

    Vygotsky's theory and its application in cooperative learning in primary schools have significant importance in the educational context. Cooperative learning is student-centered learning with the hope that students will find it easier to find and understand concepts from material or a problem by discussing it with their group mates. The aim of this study is to examine the research landscape related to cooperative learning of elementary school students from 1987 to 2023. The method used is descriptive bibliometric analysis. Source of data obtained from the Scopus database. This study used a panel method that refers to the PRISM (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) protocol. Based on the initial search, 163 articles related to cooperative learning were obtained, The result  show that The new themes in this research are problem solving, game-based learning, collaborative learning, and learning. Cooperative learning keywords are not directly connected with social behavior, human, gender, controlled study and behavior disorder. The focus of research in this field is, 1) teaching, problem solving, and e-learning; 2) human, gender, and student.

    Background: SD Negeri Tahunan is not yet a driving school, but SD Negeri Tahunan is one of the schools that has implemented the Phase B independent curriculum (grades I and IV), and the independent curriculum implemented in this school, namely the independent independent curriculum, has changed. Purpose: This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of science learning based on the independent curriculum in class IV SD Negeri Tahunan Yogyakarta. Method: The design of this study uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This research data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model.   Findings: The results of this study indicate that: (1) the science lesson plan made by the teacher has been adjusted to the criteria for an independent curriculum, the teacher has analyzed learning outcomes, made learning objectives, learning goal lines, methods, models, approaches, materials, learning resources, assessments, then poured into teaching modules, (2) the implementation of science learning in class IV is carried out in accordance with the lesson plans that have been made previously. Teachers create collaborative, interactive, and contextual learning. Activities in science learning vary so that learning is easy to understand, not boring, fosters an attitude of independence, high responsibility and curiosity, and makes learning fun, (3) the form of evaluation of science learning in class IV SD Negeri Tahunan is carried out by carrying out diagnostic assessments, formative assessments and summative assessments. The diagnostic assessment that has been carried out is a non-cognitive diagnostic assessment. Formative assessments are given by the teacher at the end of science learning at each meeting. Summative assessments are carried out during daily assessments, midterm assessments, and end of semester assessments

    Writing scientific papers is a very important activity for a professional teacher. This activity not only needs to be carried out in order to obtain credit points for promotion or for certification purposes through a portfolio, but moreover it needs to be carried out in order to improve the quality of class management, service quality to students, and also increase professionalism. Training and assistance in accelerating the publication of scientific papers will be held on March 12, 2022. This activity will be held in the front hall of MAN 2 Jember. The activity was attended by 22 teachers from the fields of mathematics, Indonesian, English, Physical Education, Pancasila and Citizenship Education, and Biology. This training consists of four stages, namely the training stage, question and answer session, practice or practice and mentoring. Competence in writing articles, adjusting writing to the journal template to be addressed, as well as partners getting knowledge that is indeed in accordance with partner needs

    The current tourism is certainly the primadonna sector, expected to become the locomotive for Indonesia's economic recovery. The Development of Tourism in the term of Agro-tourism in an area can help to increase the community and government income, if it is handled maximally. This activity aims to generate the potential in rural areas through empowerment and management activities of agriculture with tourism activities (agrotourism). Telaga Madiredo has the potential that can be developed as agro tourism destination in Malang Regency. This agrotourism development uses participatory rural appraisal (PRA) method using focus group discussion (FGD) techniques. The results of this service activity can be concluded that there is an understanding created regarding the marketing aspects of the offered tourism products, and an understanding of the duties and functions of the employees at Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism. This is proven with the diversion of marketing contents developed by Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism Managers. In addition, the community service team has succeeded in assisting the management of Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism in compiling the main tasks and functions that can be set as a reference to maximize the performance of the employees at Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism

    The socialization targets involved in this activity were students who are members of the Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM). The participants took part in educational and outreach activities related to financial literacy in the community. The purpose of this activity was to provide knowledge and insight to the Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) so that participants gain knowledge and insight regarding financial literacy. In addition, the participants also participated in the dialogue process carried out by the service team. There were 45 students who attended on January 13-14 2023 at the BT Building, UNM Faculty of Economics. The method used in this outreach activity is an analysis of partner needs, socialization of financial literacy, and the discussion and evaluation stages

    Indicators or references for scientific papers can be said to be good if they are avoided duplication or plagiarism elements. Plagiarism often occurs among students, especially in writing/compiling scientific works. Many students write citations in their scientific paper but do not include references in the reference list and vice versa. This phenomenon occurs because there are still many students who are not familiar with reference tools such as Zotero, End-note, etc. Based on this, this community service is carried out with the objectives: 1. providing an introduction to the importance of using reference tools to students in compiling scientific papers to reduce the percentage of plagiarism, and 2. showing how to get references to students. This community service is carried out through introduction (socialization) and online training with students of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Pawyatan Daha University. This community service is carried out using lectures, discussions, and assignments to students to do installations, create accounts, and finally make citations and references. Community service activities have results showing that students can install and use Zotero in making citations and reference lists

    Gamification is one strategy that can be applied to develop students' interest in learning mathematics. The aim of this training is to introduce gamification to elementary school teachers in learning mathematics, to introduce teaching modules (MA) to elementary teachers who have not yet implemented the independent curriculum, and to train teachers to be able to integrate elements of gamification into MA. This training was held at SD N Penanggungan, Malang City. The training was held on November 20, 2022. The training participants were twenty teachers at SD N Penanggungan. The training was carried out using discussion and question and answer techniques. After that, the presenters accompany the teacher to practice the theory learned by making MA integrated with gamification. The result of this training is that teachers can develop MA that is integrated with gamification. In addition, the teacher is also able to recognize the characteristics of gamification and MA stages that are in accordance with the gamification

    Pregnancy is a very valuable event in a woman's life. During pregnancy, women will experience many changes in their posture, physiological and anatomical changes that occur during pregnancy can cause a decrease in functional activity. Often women will feel pain in the back which is caused by an increase in abdominal volume. This counseling aims to increase knowledge of pregnant women and how to reduce back pain during pregnancy. This outreach activity was carried out on 16 – 31 October 2023. Located at Posyandu Kemuning 512, Kesatrian Village, Malang City. Participants in this activity were pregnant women in the second and third trimesters with a total of 10 participants. The outreach media uses leaflets. Data collection was carried out using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results show that there is an increase in knowledge and it can be concluded that the majority of pregnant women have a better understanding of the back pain they often experience
