    Virtual Cycling For Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle

    The pandemic era has brought a rapid change in the human health lifestyle. Considering the importance of a healthy lifestyle, many companies have started to promote indoor exercises to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Recently, virtual cycling is one of the popular virtual sports in Asia, European Countries, and the USA. This paper presents the evaluation of virtual cycling for promoting a healthy lifestyle. This paper aims to share a virtual cycling exercise's strengths and challenges based on empirical studies. Document analysis was done on the existing empirical studies from the online journal and news papers articles. The finding suggests that virtual cycling is healthy, fun, and a low-impact virtual form of virtual exercise that becomes a lifestyle. Some recommendation was suggested for the development of virtual cycling for the sustainable health community

    Doctors and paramedics  as health resources are the main component of health care providers to the public to achieve health development goals by national goals. Doctors and paramedics  are the vanguard of treating Covid-19 patients with a very high risk of transmission of the virus. Legal protections for Doctors and paramedics  are often overlooked as if society is apathetic and opinionated that it is already a duty and responsibility as medical personnel. Legal protections for the safety of Doctors and paramedics  are less noticed, even though medical personnel are the vanguard in the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. Speaking of legal protections certainly cannot be released from rights and obligations. Unprotected health workers, in this case, the profession of health workers. Violation of the rights of Doctors and paramedics related to covid-19 patient services that often occur is that the patient does not provide honest information on his condition as a Person in supervision or Patient In Supervision, so the more prone to the transmission of the Covid-19 virus that certainly has a domino effect on both doctors, Doctors and paramedics, other patients and also their families. Legal protection of Doctors and paramedics  should be a serious concern of governments and hospitals. The patient must need and trained to be honest with what he feels and does. Legal protections that will surely make Doctors and paramedics  feel protected in carrying out their humanitarian duties. All good measures of the assessment until evaluation will be carried out properly. Synergy together is the way to be done for all to realize quality health care

    This study aims to determine whether there is a variable influence of Attractiveness, Credibility, and Charisma partially, simultaneously and most dominantly on the Shopee Brand Image. It is suspected that there is a significant effect partially and simultaneously, and the most influential variable is credibility. using quantitative descriptive methods. The sample was determined as many as 89 respondents. The data analysis methods used are: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, t test, and F test. In the Reliability Test, it is known that all items are reliable. In the Multiple Regression Analysis, the value is 3,100. If all the independent variables increase by one unit, the Brand Image increases with the value of the regression coefficient. The coefficient of determination test results showed that R2 = 0.756 contributed 75%. In the Multiple Correlation Test, it is known that each variable has a degree of closeness. The t test results show that partially there is a significant effect on the Attractiveness and Credibility variables, while the Charisma variable has no significant effect. In the F test it is known that there is a simultaneous significant effect of all independent variables on the dependent variable. The conclusion is that there is a significant effect both partially and simultaneously of the Attractiveness, Credibility, and Charisma variables on the Brand Image. The variable that has the most dominant influence is the credibility variable

    The Measurement of Impulse Buying toward Emotional Responses

    The objective of this research aims to know the influence of sales promotions and store atmosphere towards impulse buying with emotional responses as an intervening variable. The research method explores the primary data using quantitative approach for analysis.  The research data of 310 respondents, come from the questionnaire disbursement by google form. The data analysis using SPSS 23.0 and SEM methods (Structural Equation Modeling) 88.0 LISREL. The research results of the analysis stated that sales promotions has no effect towards impulse buying with t value 1.28 (< 1.967); store atmosphere has no effect towards impulse buying with a t value -2.25 (< 1.967); emotional responses affect the impulse buying with t value 4.56 (> 1.967); sales promotion affect to emotional responses with t value 7.68 (> 1.96) and store atmospheric affect on impulse buying with value t of 10.12 (>1.967)

Sugar isan agricultural commodity that, thus far, is a public good that needs governmentregulation. This study aims to determine the social capital of Indonesia's sugarinterest groups and to determine the dominant variable in Indonesia's sugarindustry. Materials and Methods: This research uses a type of explanatory researchthat has a high relationship level because it not only has independent andcomparative values but also serves to explain and predict the relationship with aqualitative approach between variables. Relationship analysis using DecisionExplorer version 3.3 software. Results: analysis of the relationship of and variablein the sugar industry, the more variables involved in the loop, the most importantrelationship between variables in the loop, the most important loop is loop 4consisting of economic rent, the refined sugar market, entrepreneurs in food andbeverage, lobbying, government. Conclusion: It is concluded from the findings ofthis study that the social capital of Indonesia's sugar interest groups consists of 9loops, Almost every variable has a weak strength to social capital and leads todamage

    The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age, leverage, and independent commissioners on intellectual capital in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research time period used is 3 years, namely the 2016-2018 period. The population of this study includes all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Leverage and Independent Commissioner had no influence on Intellectual Capital. However, the variable company age has an influence on intellectual capital

    One of the famous tourist attractions in Jember and became the icon of the agritourism village since 2009 in Jember Regency is Kemuning Lor Village, Arjasa subdistrict, Jember regency. This case makes the background of the research entitled the development of Agrowisata Village in Kemuning Lor Village, Arjasa District, Jember Regency. The objectives of this research are: 1) to know the economic empowerment of the community in the village of agritourism; 2) to identify the impact of tourism village development on community income; 3) to identify regional cooperation in the management of agritourism areas; and 4) to analyze the appropriate policy to the development of agritourism areas. This research uses descriptive research type. Research results are (1) the empowerment that already exists in the village of agritourism for example economic learning through the formation of skill groups with training models, economic learning through the formation of art groups, empowerment models through agent of change ,; (2) The impact of tourism village development on community income does not affect the income of the community. The increase of community income that occurred at the time of the study was due to the outside income of the farm, not the existence of an agritourism village. (3) Local government cooperation in managing the agritourism area included aspects: 1) Human Resource; 2) capital; 3) production; 4) distribution; 5) marketing; 6) competitiveness; and (7) Analysis of development policy of agritourism village in Kemuning Lor in, Arjasa sub-district, Jember regency as follows: tourism development policies especially agritourism villages already exist but have not run optimally in accordance with the vision and mission of the Tourism Office

    The Economic Development Impact To Environment Quality : Kuznet’s Curve Hyphothesis and Non Linier Regression Approach

    This study aims was to identify impact of economic development factors to the the environment quality by using Kuznet's Curve Hyphotesis and non linear regression.  The determinants studied are indicators of economic development such as Gross Domestic Regional Income (GDRI) of the industrial sector, mining sector, agricultural/plantation /forestry/fishery/livestock sectors, poverty, unemployment and human development index (HDI).  While the environmental quality indicators used are Water Quality Index (WQI), Air Quality Index (AQI) and Land Cover Quality Index (LCQI).  The data used is secondary data from the Department of Environment, the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources,  and also the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Kalimantan Province.  Secondary data types used include WQI, AQI, LCQI, GDRI, poverty, unemployment and HDI data for the period 2006 – 2020. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitatively using Kuznet's Curve hypothesis and non linear regression.   The final results obtained from this study include (1) The influence of economic development indicators on environmental quality is in accordance with Kuznet's Curve hypothesis and shows non-linear relationships. (2) Only the unemployment indicator is not identified non-linearly due to the adjusted value of R Square < 0 and the significance of the > 0.05
