Implementation And Supervision Of Stakeholders-Based Education Marketing East Java Indonesia
Private schools must try to improve education marketing management in order to get more students that will later support learning activities in schools. Marketing management in this research is how to introduce educational products, invite and influence people to become consumers or service users in an educational institution. This study uses a qualitative approach that has a post positivistic or interpretive paradigm with the aim of understanding the phenomena that occur in the field. This type of research is multisite. The data collection in this study was carried out by means of participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the researchers analyzed the data using two methods, i.e.: on-site data analysis and cross-site analysis using the Miles Huberman interactive model, known as reduction and presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: 1) implementation of stakeholder-based educational marketing management which is carried out by carrying out the placement tests, fulfilling qualifications and improving teacher professionalism, fulfilling facilities and infrastructure, providing opportunities for students to take extra-curricular activities, targeting output (students) who are in good attitudes, smart, healthy, accomplished, and competitive, conducts routine evaluations, assimilates with stakeholders, and achieves customer satisfaction. The optimistic attitude and deep love of the alumni can then be called market fanatics, coming out from market ideology, 2) integrated supervision by combining inherent supervision and follow-up plans. Both institutions strive to guard all plans to achieve perfect targets in terms of educational marketing by eliminating errors or zero defects
The Influence Of Hit Distances And Dimensions Candlenut For Perfomance Improvement On Breaking Machine Candlenut
Candlenut is one of the crops that grow in Indonesia. In Batu Dulang village Batulante sub-district Sumbawa there are candlenut entrepreneurs whose process of breaking candlenut seeds is still manual, person can break 14 – 17 kg/day of candlenut. This reseach was aimed to examine the influence of distance and dimension of candlenut and to increase the performance machines at nutcracker . This reseach was conducted in November to December 2020 at workshop engineering study program, faculty of technique, Sumbawa university. The method used was a case study striking distance (18 mm, 20 mm, 22 mm) small Candlenut dimensions, 18mm to 25 mm, large Candlenut dimension 26 mm to 35 mm, with three levels of treatment and each treatment combination was striking distance of dimensions three time. The parameters of this study ware the parcentage of the whole core, parcentage of split halves, parcentage of core broken and parcentage of seeds escaped. The results of this study indicate that the treatment striking distance of dimensions has a significant effect on percentage of crushed core and percentage of seeds escaped. The highest of the intact core wa found at a small Candlenut dimensions striking distance 18 mm 60%, parcentage of split halves of 18 mm 20%, parcentage of 20 mm 10% core broken and parcentage of 22 mm 60% seeds escaped. The highest of the intact core wa found at a larges Candlenut dimensions striking distance 20 mm 53,33% parcentage of split halves of 18 mm yaitu 30% parcentage of 18 mm 10%,core broken and parcentage of 22 mm 60% seeds escaped
Promotion Costs Analysis To Increased Volume Sales In The Convection Companies
The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data about whether or not there is a relationship between sales promotion costs and sales volume and how much influence the promotion costs have on sales volume at the company. In this study, the documentation method was used in data collection, then proceeded to the analysis process using correlation and regression analysis. The population in this study is the total cost of sales promotion and sales volume at the company. Due to the limitations of time, cost, manpower, and so on, the researchers took samples, namely sales promotion costs, and company sales volume, between 2018-2020.Based on the results of the analysis for three years, it was obtained that r XY = 0.718 with N = 36 and a significant level of 0.000, obtained r table = 0.708. This shows r xy> r table, which means that r XY is significant and Ha is accepted. Because Ha is accepted, there is a positive and significant relationship between Sales Promotion Costs and Sales volume at convection companies. Furthermore, the influence of Biya promotion on sales volume can be seen on the determinant coefficient (R 2) where it is mentioned in a row in 2018; 2019; and 2020 is 0.675; 0.554; and 0.507. this shows that the average annual promotion costs have an effect of more than 50% on the company's sales volume
Recruitment Analysis Of The Cooperative Labor Force In Improving Human Resources
Employment recruits of an organization have not improved the standards of selection so that the resulting workforce does not meet the qualifications for the jobs offered. This phenomenon also applies to cooperatives as business organizations. Co-operatives are one of the forums that are quite developed in increasing their business. Currently, the existing human resources are managed simply, the function of personnel management is charged as Manager as the manager of the cooperative. The recruitment process is the earliest stage in personnel management, so if it is ignored it can disrupt the company's performance. The purposes of this study are 1) To find out the labor recruitment process that has been implemented so far. 2) To find out the existing workforce recruitment process. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely as a research process that produces qualitative data in the form of written or spoken words from the observed person or actor. The results showed that the recruitment process in cooperatives was carried out in a simple but complete and selective manner. The process includes forecasting work needs, selection, an orientation that is still simple but complete enough and based on criteria, standards, or specifications for the real needs of the existing job or position. Recruitment sources are utilized optimally so that professionalism is established. The cooperative uses criteria in the Indonesian economy, namely in the form of workforce skills which include moral and physical health, reason (good knowledge), education and training, work perfection

Identifying The Working Process Of Automatic Fish Feed Tool Based On Arduino Uno
This Arduino-Based Automatic Fish Feeding Tool is a tool that serves to make it easier to care for fish in the aquarium, especially the feeding. The purpose of making this automatic fish feed tool is to explain about the automatic fish feed tool. The ability of this tool is that it can provide feed automatically with the given time plan is feeding 2 times a day and for the amount of feed dose adjusted to the number of servo motor rotations, namely 1 rotation of 150?, resulting in a feed dose of 10 Grams. With the working method using the Arduino IDE application and with the Arduino Uno working system, a command coding is given which is combined with the Uno shield board then jumper to the RTC DS3231 so that it can show the time very accurately and update the time data in real time
The Effect Of Price Policy And Experiential Marketing On Repurchase Intention Mediated By Customer Satisfaction (Study at PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance Regional Jakarta)
The increase in the number of motorized vehicles can be seen from the data released by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) explaining that in 2019 the number of vehicles spread in Indonesia reached more than 133 million units where this number increased by around 5.3% compared to the previous two years. The distribution of the total number of vehicles consists of motorcycles, private cars, freight cars and buses. Of the total number of vehicles circulating in Indonesia in 2020, DKI Jakarta contributed about 17% or 20 million vehicles to the total, where the number of vehicles also increased very significantly compared to the previous year. Another surprising fact is that the number of vehicles circulating in Jakarta exceeds the population of Jakarta based on population census data in 2020 which only reached 10.56 million people. However, in 2020 a decline in sales in new car transactions due to the Covid-19 pandemic was also unavoidable so that it became a challenge for PT Maybank Indonesia Finance, especially for customers who had already made transactions, of course, to maintain retention from these customers so that the intention to make transactions emerged. /buyback through PT Maybank Indonesia Finance, which this requires appropriate and effective strategies. This research is a quantitative study with 111 respondents spread across DKI Jakarta, using SMARTPLS 3.3 data processing. The results of the study show that all of the hypotheses studied in this study have a significant influence, so that PT Maybank Indonesia Finance must pay attention to many things to maintain customer retention for re-transactions
