Temu Hitam (Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb) is one of the most widely grown plants in Indonesia at an altitude of 400–750 m asl and contains many secondary metabolites, including flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, tannins, and curcuminoids, which in the test had antibacterial activity and growth inhibitors. worm larvae in the gastrointestinal tract and the effect of increasing the body's immunity The purpose of this study was to identify the content of secondary metabolites contained in the rhizome of black turmeric, which would then be formulated into gel hand sanitizer preparations. Secondary metabolite testing was conducted on alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, steroids/triterpenoids, and glycosides. Three different hand sanitizer gel formulations were created using different extract concentrations, 5%, 10%, and 15%. Evaluation tests were then run on the preparations, including stability, organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, and dispersion tests. Alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and steroids were found in the temu hitam rhizome, according to the results of secondary metabolite testing. The dosage form was semi-solid, had a light brown to blackish brown hue, a distinct spice scent, was homogeneously prepared, and had a pH of 7.0, according to the examination of the formulation results  4,1 ± 0,17; 4,4 ± 0,19; 4,9 ± 0,08; 4,9 ± 0,09, viscosity 2378 ± 209,9; 3340 ± 220,7; 4509 ± 285,6; 4881 ±  276,7; and spreadability test 5; 6,2; 5,4; 4,9 cm . The conclusion of this study is that the results of the phytochemical screening of simplicia and the ethanolic extract of the Temu Hitam rhizome showed positive results, containing secondary metabolites of alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, glycosides, and steroids/triterpenoids that can be formulated into hand sanitizer gel preparations that meet the requirements for preparation evaluation

This research aims to investigate income smoothing practice by using FLP at both Indonesia and Malaysia’s Islamic banks by applying mixed-method approach. In this regard, quantitive method was used to measure panel regression by using Eviews in order to analyze income smoothing practice through FLP in both Indonesia and Malaysia than qualitative method was used through interviews with practitioners and sharia supervisors in Indonesia to get the data about the practice. The data in this research were taken from 11 Islamic banks in Indonesia and 19 Islamic banks in Malysia from 2011 to 2016. The results of the research reveal that  Islamic banks in both Indonesia and Malaysia apply income smoothing by using FLP. The findings imply that Earning Before Taxes and Provision (EBTP) has significant positive effect on FLP. Moreover, the results of interviews indicate that Islamic banks in Indonesia do not apply income smoothing. However, there is an indication that they will lead to this condition. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mortality factors and mortality in COVID-19 patients to predict the patient's prognosis. This research method is a systematic review through a literature review on mortality factors in COVID-19 patients Literature searches were accessed through internet searches using the Pubmed database based on the preferred reporting items for systemic review and meta-analysis (PRISMA). A systematic search was carried out on 18 October - 20 October 2020 with the keywords “COVID-19” AND “Death” OR “Decease” AND “Factor Associated”. There were 8 literature selected that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the findings of the eight journals, mortality is old age, male, has a clinical condition of hypertension, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, lung disease, neurological disease, lymphophenia laboratory test results, hyperlactate dehydrogenase, increased procalcitonin, increased neutrophils, increased C-reactive protein, and increased D-dimer. All literature reported that a p value <0.05 was obtained from the analysis of the relationship between mortality factors and cases of death in COVID-19 patients. There is a significant relationship between mortality factors and the death of COVID-19 patients, where the mortality factors are elderly, male, have a clinical condition of hypertension, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, lung disease, neurological disease, lymphophenia laboratory test results, hyperlactate dehydrogenase, increase in procalcitonin, increase in neutrophils, increase in C-reactive protein, and increase in D-dimers in which the prognosis of patients who have mortality factors tends to be worse. Keywords: Mortality, Coronavirus, COVID-1
