Systematic Literature Review: Delone and Mclean Model using VOSViewer on Google Scholar Database Case Year 2010-2020
No full textThis study aims to examine the development of the Delone and Mclean information system success model. This research was conducted to determine: (1) a map of the development of the number of publications on the Delone and Mclean model; (2) find out which scientific articles have the highest number of citations; (3) knowing the development map of scientific publications based on keywords. The data sources used in this study are scientific articles in the Google Scholar database with the keywords Delone and Mclean, with the categories article title, abstract, keywords in the 2016-2020 range. The search results show that there are 270 scientific articles that match the keywords based on the Harzing's Publish or Perish application. The results showed that the development of the Delone and Mclean model in 2010 - 2020 which was the highest in the Google Scholar database occurred in 2020 which reached 68 publications or 25%. Meanwhile, the publications that have the highest number of citations are Nils Urbach and Benjamin Müller (2016) which were quoted 379 times. The development map of scientific publications based on the keywords delone and mclean analyzed using the VOSViewer application shows that the development map of the delone and mclean model is divided into 4 clusters. The red cluster 1 consists of 14 items, the green cluster 2 consists of 11 items, the blue cluster 3 consists of 10 items, and the yellow cluster 4 consists of 6 items
Psychological Contract Theory Relation to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Flight Attendants
No full textIn service organizations such as airlines, flight attendants as one of the components that play a direct role in serving the needs of passengers during flights are required to work independently without supervision and have confidence in carrying out job demands since they are accepted as employees. The agreement formed between the flight attendant and the airline is the initial motivation and trust given by the airline to flight attendants as employees known as psychological contracts. A high psychological contract with a reciprocal relationship where the flight attendant's expectations are fulfilled by the airline will make the flight attendant feel valued for her work and empowered. This feeling raises the motivation of flight attendants as employees to be more active by showing OCB. OCB is the behavior of flight attendants as individuals voluntarily outside of their formal job descriptions to support the advancement of the airline where they work. In this article, psychological contracts are an important factor in the growth of OCB in flight attendants, such as arriving to work early, helping coworkers or new employees who are experiencing difficulties, and contributing more to activities organized by airlines
Capital Expenditure Allocation Analysis Of Local Governments
No full textBecause of the resources limitation so resource allocation is a fundamental issue for public sector budgeting especially revenue and expenditure calculation. Regional budget distribution shows local government policies on development funding whereas capital expenditure is concerned with a component of direct expenditure of government budgets that deliver output in the form of fixed asset. This study purposes to determine factors that impress capital expenditure allocation of local governments, are Economic Growth and Regional Revenue (PAD). The population of this study is 35 local governments in the Province of Central Java, Indonesia. By employing multiple regression analysis, t and F test on secondary data from the 2015-2020 Budget Realization Reports of local governments in the Central Java Province, the result shows that economic growth and regional income partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on capital expenditure. These findings imply that local governments should look more carefully at managing their finances, have a strong desire, and provide capital for capital expenditures that have implications for the long-term welfare of local communities. The limitation of this research is that this research is carried out with a quantitative approach and to find out the real conditions in decision making on local government budgeting, it is recommended for further research to use a mixed quantitative and qualitative method
Beauty Influencer: Homophily Relationship, Product Quality Beauty Product And Purchasing Decision

People's income is currently increasing, therefore they not only support secondary needs to support their appearance by buying clothes, shoes and bags, they also choose to buy skin care products so that their skin stays healthy and their physical appearance looks more beautiful. interesting. The population in this study were female users of Ms Glow products in Malang City, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that product quality and celebrity endorser had no effect on Ms Glow's product purchase decisions. Meanwhile, product reviews have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow's products. Consumers are more interested in seeing product reviews, because the product reviews here come from consumers who have used Ms Glow. Consumers are more confident when someone has used Ms Glow and it is safe on their face. Meanwhile, beauty products and beauty influencers are not important in choosing Ms Glow products

Global demands require the education sector to constantly adjust technological developments with efforts to improve the quality of education, adjust the use of information and communication technology. STMIK Rosma is a university that utilizes computer technology. However, there are still shortcomings, namely the absence of a student complaint application so that the process of submitting student complaints is still running manually. This results in not recording student complaints, student complaint data not well documented, so that the college leadership of the campus cannot monitor the complaints submitted by students. This study aims to analyze the functional requirements of the STMIK Rosma student complaint application. The method used in this research is Design Thinking. The result of this research is the UI / UX design of the student complaint handling application (mobile application) at STMIK Rosma Karawang which is designed using the classic mockuplus tools. This research is expected to provide suggestions to universities to improve the process of handling student complaints
Phenomenological Exploration Of Mother's Experiences Of Birth With Lotus Birth
No full textLotus birth is a normal delivery process, there is no need to clamp the umbilical cord as usual, let alone cut the umbilical cord, allowing the umbilical cord to separate naturally in newborns. Lotus birth can prevent anemia in newborns, so that the baby still gets a blood supply. through the placenta which contains red blood cells, iron, hormone oxygen and other enzymes. This study aims to understand more deeply the experience of mothers who gave birth with Lotus Birth. The researcher involved 29 participants who were selected through a purposive sampling technique based on (1) mothers who had previous experience of giving birth with the lotus birth method. (2) mothers who gave birth by lotus birth. (3) mothers who agreed were taken as the research sample. (4) mothers who gave birth normally and spontaneously without complications. The interviews were conducted in a formally structured manner and analyzed by descriptive analysis method.
 
Factors Affecting Employee Satisfaction at PT. Operational Division of Terminal-B TPK Belawan Pelindo-I Branch
Get PDFThis study aims to determine whether compensation, work itself, promotion, work supervision, and co-workers partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Pelindo-I branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division. The data analysis technique used is the quantitative method with the help of the SPSS version 20.0 program. This research uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The population in this study were all employees of the operational division at PT Pelindo-I branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division, and a sample of 82 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis test show that the components that most influence job satisfaction are compensation with eigenvalues of 2,644 and the work itself with eigenvalues of 1,274. The results of the study harmed job satisfaction and the work itself had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Pelindo-I Branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division. Compensation and the work itself simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Pelindo-I Branch TPK Belawan Terminal-B operational division.  
Architectural And Structural System Design of Precast Concrete Structures In Earthquake Zones
No full textPrecast concrete systems, which are the result of industrialization in the field of construction, are faced with the prejudice of insufficient earthquake resistance despite their many advantages and their use is limited in Turkey. These systems, which have proven earthquake resistance if they are designed properly, can be used safely in low-rise or multi-storey buildings with different functions in earthquake zones. The aim of this study is to determine the architectural design requirements of earthquake-resistant precast concrete structures and to reveal the structural system design approaches. In accordance with this aim, the earthquake effect on the structures was summarized and architectural design principles that would contribute to the earthquake resistance of precast concrete structures were determined firstly. Then, earthquake-resistant structural system design approaches of frame, panel, and cell construction were evaluated separately.

The study is based on an analysis of online news content and in-depth interviews with political advisers to the president and ministers as well as public health experts who were invited to the core group of policymakers. Analysis of the narrative policy framework reveals the relationship between the government's response and the changing tone of media coverage. The study also finds that the media have become an influential platform influencing policy agenda setting

This study uses an associative research approach. The population of this study is all the users of UMKM in the beverage sector (especially beverage Boba) in the District of Deli Serdang. The population in this research does not know certain, and the sample in this study takes 100 UMKM Boba Drinks based on the Lemeshow formula. Sample of 100 UMKM boba drinks. in the District of Deli Serdang distributed in districts located in urban areas, district Kec. Tanjung Morawa, District.Percut Sei Tuan, District .Sunggal, District. Lubuk Pakam, District. Labuhan Deli. Each city took 20 UMKM as a sample.
Hypothesis test in this research using regression hierarchy. Based on the results of research product quality affects the marketing performance of UMKm Boba Drinks in Deli Serdang regency. Price affects the marketing performance of B UMKM Boba Drinks in Deli Serdang regency. Innovation affects the marketing performance of UMKM Boba Drinks in Deli Serdang regency. Purchasing ability can moderate the influence of product quality on the marketing performance of UMKM Boba Drinks in Deli Serdang regency.
