Design And Build A Double Roll Type Pecan Breaking Machine With A Power Of 0.5 Hp
Pecan is one of the spices that become an ingredient in the process of the food and cosmetic industry. The pecan separator machine is made to facilitate and speed up the process of breaking the pecan fruit in order to increase work efficiency in the hope that the machine can achieve high efficiency in the form of good fruit yields. The purpose of this pecan fruit separator machine is to help facilitate the community in processing pecan fruit to the maximum of its production, and the community can also increase the processing productivity of pecan fruit, which can improve the community's economy. The research method applied in this study is an experimental method, namely the initial stage of designing a double roll type pecan breaking machine using Auto CAD. Then build the machine in the workshop based on the design that has been done before. The stages passed are making design drawings in Auto CAD and analyzing the components used in the pecan breaking machine. Such components are the frame, inlet funnel, shaft, breaker roller, bearing and outlet funnel. From the results of the analysis, the motor power is 0.5 HP with a rotation of 1400 rpm. The belt length used from the calculation of the pulley size on the 3" machine and the pulley on the 10 breaking roll is 42". For breaking rollers the outer diameter of the roller = 120 mm, the inner diameter of the roller = 100 mm, and the length of the roller = 190 mm. The shaft on the drive motor is 24 mm in diameter. The shaft isestimated to be of S30C carbon steel with tensile strength = 48 kg/mm²
Analysis Of The Influence Of Product Quality, Price Perceptions, And Location Strategies And Services On Rantauprapat Clothing
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perception and location and service strategies on clothing purchasing decisions at Raza Distro Rantauprapat. The population in this study were all consumers of Raza Distro Rantauprapat who had decided to buy clothes at Raza Distro. The sample used in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study using the regression equation formed are Y = 14.054 + 0.105X1 + 0.419X2 + 0.308X3 + 0.342X4, which means that price perception has the greatest influence compared to three other independent variables such as product quality, location strategy, and service. Overall, the results of this study indicate that the variables of product quality, price perception, location, and service strategies have a positive and significant impact on clothing purchasing decisions at Raza Distro Rantauprapat

The results of this study indicate that price, social media promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the revenue of the 289 farhan design screen printing business, while the price has a positive but not significant effect on the screen printing business income of 289 farhan design
The Buas Buas Leaf Utilization of Buas Buas Leaf (Premna pubescens Blume) Ethanol Extract as Liquid Soap With Anti-Bacteria Activity
The buas buas (Premna pubescens Blume) plant is from the Lamiaceae family. The use of ethanol extract of buas buas leaf (Premna pubescens Blume) as soap is because soap is one of the health products needed by many people to maintain a healthy body. It is used as an antibacterial because buas buas leaves contain secondary metabolites that can be used as antibacterial. The Buas buas leaf Simplicia (Premna pubescens Blume) was extracted using 96% ethanol by maceration and concentrated with a rotary evaporator to evaporate the solvent. The concentrated extract obtained was tested by phytochemical screening, formulated into liquid soap with concentrations of 5%, 10%, 15% and tested for pH, foam height, viscosity, specific gravity and irritation test, and antibacterial activity against staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The results of the phytochemical screening test of the ethanol extract of buas buas leaf (Premna pubescens Blume) contained secondary metabolites in the form of alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins and steroids/triterpenoids. Liquid soap made with concentrations of 5%, 10%, and 15% has a pH of 10-10.3; foam height 50-90 mm; viscosity 1210-1290 cP; specific gravity 1-1.08 and did not cause irritation to volunteers; and have inhibitory power of 14.2 mm, 15.0 mm, 16.0 mm, and 20.0 mm against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, respectively
