Overview Of Village Fund Allocation By Number Of Villages
The existence of regional autonomy can increase regional income, villages can be more independent in managing village finances. This type of quantitative descriptive research will answer how big is the relationship between the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) given to each district and the number of villages. The populace in this review is the breakdown of town assets by area/city for monetary year 2020. Exploration of the Implementation of PKL in Achieving MBKM Goals in Accounting Study Program
This study aims to determine whether the internship activities that have been carried out by the accounting study program at the Muhammadiyah Lamongan University can help achieve MBKM goals and bring benefits to universities, students, and internship partner agencies. This research0 was conducted on 10 partner industries0 in the accounting study program industrial0 internship program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah Lamongan University in 2021 spread across the Lamongan area, and 4 students of Accounting study program who had industrial internships that year. Data collection0 techniques used in this0 study were Forum Group Discussion (FGD), observation, interviews, and documentation. Partners fully support the industrial internship program. This partner support has an impact on the achievement of MBKM goals where the PKL program or industrial internship can improve the competence0 of graduates, both soft skills0 and hard skills0 so that they0 are better prepared to meet the needs of the world of work, prepare graduates as future0 leaders of the0 nation who have superior0 and personality, namely providing sufficient experience. to students related to direct learning in the workplace and students can solve problems that exist in the industry which can be considered as a form of learning independence. The results of the study also show that the benefits of this program can also be felt by universities and internship partner agencies. However, based0 on the results of the evaluation of the accounting department, it has not been fully maximized in implementing the PKL program or industrial internship

In the current era of globalization, companies must be able to design a competitive strategy so as not to compete with other companies, a competitive strategy is one way for companies to find out their competitiveness in every strength that exists in a company. Every company must have a competitive advantage that other companies do not have. To design a competitive strategy the company can use a SWOT analysis. The effective use of SWOT analysis can play an important role in determining competitive strategies, in order to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company in maintaining the company's survival. The purpose of this study was to determine whether SWOT analysis is an appropriate strategy in increasing company production and how competitive strategies are carried out by a company to be able to compete in the era of globalization. Application Of The Balanced Scorecard As A Measurement Model Of The Balance Of Stakeholder Value Proposition
The balanced scorecard (BSC) is one of the concepts of a managerial performance measurement system that has a function and significance for companies carrying out strategic management by using four measurement perspectives in a systematic and integrated manner. This study uses the balanced scorecard, and management can identify, formulate, and create a value proposition that is balanced and proportionate among its stakeholders (stakeholders). This study aims to determine how the company's performance benchmarks and stakeholder value propositions use the balanced scorecard approach. The type and approach of this research are descriptive qualitative. The data analysis model is carried out in two ways: First, qualitatively, namely by describing according to language, sentences and perspectives to get a logical understanding and relevant to the research objectives. Second, using the balanced scorecard approach, namely data analysis made in numbers based on the balanced scorecard approach. This study explains how the general concept of the balanced scorecard, the four perspectives of measuring the balanced scorecard, the implementation of the balanced scorecard, and the balance of stakeholder value propositions. The results showed the measurement of the balanced scorecard at PT. "X" indicates that the company has a good set of benchmarks in implementing the balanced scorecard. The results also show that several balanced scorecard perspectives are proven to positively impact company performance in all views, including financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. Employee Engagement Affected By Transformational Leadership And Intrinsic Motivation : Case Study Pt. Telkomsel Branch Medan Area
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee engagement, to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation on employee engagement, to determine the effect of transformational leadership and intrinsic motivation on employee engagement. This research uses a quantitative approach. As for the population in this study are employees of PT. Telkomsel Medan Area Branch totals 65 people. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples so that the sample used in this study is 65 people. The results of this study on hypothesis 1 obtained the results of tcount > ttable (2.534 > 1.998) with a significance level of 0.01 (0.01 < 0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Transformational Leadership on employee engagement. Hypothesis 2 obtained the results of tcount > ttable (3.337 > 1.998) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of intrinsic motivation on employee engagement. Hypothesis 3 there is an influence between Transformational Leadership and intrinsic motivation on employee engagement at PT. Telkomsel Medan Area Branch obtained Fcount > Ftable (10.120 > 3.145) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means there is a significant influence between Transformational Leadership and intrinsic motivation to employee engagement. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between Transformational Leadership on employee engagement at PT. Telkomsel Medan Area Branch, there is a significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee engagement at PT. The Effect Of Situational Leadership Style, Work Discipline And Work Motivation On Employee Performance At Rantauprapat Syariah Bank Indonesia
In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Bank Syariah Indonesia Rantauprapat took a number of steps to keep the Bank's business growth healthy. midst of for social distancing due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has been implemented since mid-March 2019, Islamic Banks recorded an increase in the number of transactions through e-channels. This study uses a quantitative approach to determine the effect of situational leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia Rantau Prapat. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect. This can be seen from the t-value of each independent variable of 4.530, situational leadership style of 4.131, work discipline of 4.131 and work motivation of 3.781, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.696. Then simultaneously also obtained the results of F arithmetic = 6.116 which is greater than the value of F table = 2.68 so that it can be concluded that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
COVAC: A Blockchain-based COVID Testing and Vaccination Tracking System
Blockchain is an emerging technology based on a distributed digital ledger system. Decentralized trust is one of the key factors behind the blockchain-based system. The transparency of such a system is better than a conventional centralized ledger system. By using a blockchain-based transaction system, any business organization can harness key benefits like data integrity, confidentiality, and anonymity without involving any third party in control of the transactions. Since the blockchain is used in numerous applications, the horizon is expanding at an unprecedented pace. It was found that tracking COVID vaccination in a transparent and accountable way is an emerging need, especially after the pandemic outbreak around the world. The blockchain platform is a good match for such applications. In this study, a blockchain-based COVID-19 testing and vaccination tracking system, called COVAC, has been designed to manage the COVID testing and vaccination process for local organizations. The “Prototype Software Development" approach was used to determine the system requirements according to the practical knowledge obtained through the vaccine monitoring and screening tests process and then communicated with local healthcare facilities to determine whether these requirements were satisfied. This Study Aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Sari Burger Indonesia, knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Sari Burger Indonesia, knowing the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Sari Burger Indonesia and to know the effect of job satisfaction. compensation and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Sari Burger Indonesia This research is a descriptive quantitative study using a questionnaire instrument with a total population of all employees of PT. Sari Burger Indonesia A total of 65 people using the Saturated Sampling technique were obtained. a sample of 65 people. The results obtained partially that the calculated coefficient of job satisfaction is 2.418 and the tabet value is 1.6686 where tcount > ttable (2.418>1.6686) sig value (0.019<0.05), the calculated compensation coefficient value is (-0.761) and tabers totaled 1.6686, where fcount > ttabet (-0.761<1.6686) sig value (0.450>0.05). the value of the tcount coefficient of work motivation is 3.074 and the table value is 1.6686 where Thung > ttable (3.074>1.6686) sig value (0.003 <0.05). Furthermore, simultaneously the value of Fcount variable job satisfaction, compensation and work motivation is 5.798 Frabel value of 2.76 where Fcount > Frabet (5.798>2.76) sig value (0.001 <0.05). The value of adjusted Rsquar is 0.222 or adjusted R2 x 100% of 22.2%, meaning the independent variable of the study. contributed very little in explaining employee performance by 22.2% while the remaining 77.8% were other variables that were not explained in this study, or were influenced by other factors
The Effect of Supervision, Leadership, And Compensation on Employee Engagement in PT Prima Mas Indonesia
The research analysis aims to determine whether supervision, leadership, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Prima Mas Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 42 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that partial supervision had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Prima Mas Indonesia, where tcount 2.364 > ttable 2.024 and significant 0.011 <0.05. Leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Prima Mas Indonesia, where tcount 2,303 > ttable 2,024 and significant 0,011 < 0,05. Compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Prima Mas Indonesia, where tcount 2.837 > ttable 2.024 and significant 0.007 <0.05. Supervision, leadership, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Prima Mas Indonesia, where Fcount 39.604 > Ftable 2.85 and significant 0.000 <0.05.
