    Macro : Inflation And Economic Stability In Islam

    Inflation is a frequent conversation, both in economic meetings and in income-raising talks. Inflation in a country cannot be eliminated, it can only be minimized by indicators held by the government. In this study, it will discuss inflation and economic stability in Islam. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a Library approach, and is narrated according to the needs of the formulation to be addressed. The results of this study show that  the conventional perspective states that the causes of inflation are cost push, demand pull, and mixed (mixed). Meanwhile, the Islamic paradigm emphasizes that inflation is the result of natural error and human error

    This study aims to partially analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style and professional competence on the level of turnover intention of employees of RSU Royal Prima Medan, knowing the effect of compensation, leadership style and professional competence on the level of turnover intention of employees of RSU Royal Prima Medan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a questionnaire instrument conducted with a population of 87 permanent employees, the determination of the sample using a saturated sample so that the research sample is as much as. 87 people. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis and is supported by Sobel Test calculations. The results of the research analysis show that based on the regression equation model 1 compensation, leadership style, professional competence have a positive and significant influence on employee turnover intention at Royal Prima Hospital Medan. Based on the regression equation model 2, compensation, leadership style, professional competence have a significant effect on turnover intention. Based on the regression equation model 1 and 2 that organizational commitment is able to intervene in the influence of compensation, leadership style and professional competence on the level of employee turnover intention of the Royal Prima General Hospital Medan

    The research is purposed to test and analyzed whether human resources affect UKMK development in Medan city by using information technology as an intervening variable. the kind of research is using the associative approach. The population of the research is an MSME user in Medan city divided into kinds of business, fashion, furniture, education, agriculture, fishery, healthy and automotive. There is the determination of the amount of the sample to use with the census method based on Stratify Random Sampling definition and the sample obtainable is 100. This research consists of the independent variable being the competency of human resources, the dependent variable being UMKM development, and an intervening variable being the user of information technology. the analysis of this research is using descriptive method. Structural Equation Modeling Analyzed based on variance (Partial Least Square). The result of the research are: (1) there are effects between human resource competency and UMKM development. (2) there are effects between information technology users and MSME development. (3) there are effects between human resource competency and information technology users. (4) there are effects between human resource competency and MSME development with mediated information technology users

    Phytochemical Screening and Antibacterial Activity Ethanolic Extract of Solanum mauritianum Scop Leaves Against Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa

    According to the Karo people, Solanum mauritianum Scop leaves are widely used as traditional medicine, which is used topically to treat sprains, wounds, and bruises because of their high phenol content. The purpose of this study was to identify the content of secondary metabolites (alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, steroids, triterpenoids, and glycosides) that inhibit the antibacterial activity of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa by the diffusion method using paper discs from the ethanolic extract of Solanum mauritianum Scop leaves. The results of phytochemical screening showed that Solanum mauritianum Scop leaves were positive for alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, saponins, tannins, and steroids. Results The antibacterial activity test of the ethanolic extract of Solanum mauritianum Scop leaves showed effective results at a concentration of 80 mg/mL on Staphylococcus aureus with an inhibition zone diameter of 14.54 ± 0.13 mm. Meanwhile, Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed effective results at a concentration of 300 mg/mL with an inhibition zone diameter of 15.70 ± 0.09 mm. Both bacteria showed activity in the strong category.     Corona virus is a zoonosis (transmitted between animals and humans). Based on scientific evidence, COVID-19 can be transmitted from human to human through coughing/sneezing droplets (droplets). 19 including those treating COVID-19 patients. The purpose of the results of the study was to find out the people of Kalumata to prevent the transmission of covid. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with a Cross Sectional Study design which is one of the observational studies to determine the characteristics of the Kalumata community empowerment to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. Where the research is a Cross Sectional Study, researchers look for characteristics between the independent variable (covid 19 empowerment) and the dependent variable (prevention of transmission) by taking instantaneous measurements. Characteristics of the empowerment of the Kalumata community in preventing the transmission of COVID-19 in the city of South Ternate. The population in this study was the entire number of people who received treatment for COVID-19 patients who carried out examinations at the Kalumata Health Center, South Ternate City, as many as 95 positive COVID-19 patients. The results of the analysis showed that the level of knowledge (62.2%). Compared to the attitude variable (81.8%), compared to the social media variable (94.7%) people know about it compared to Covid sufferers (84.2%). Compared with not suffering that is (15,8%). The conclusion is that it can be suggested because the covid 19 disease is a health problem that occurs without our knowledge, therefore to prevent the transmission of covid 19 to us, it is necessary to have early prevention by preventing various causative factors that trigger triggers that can be controlled, such as public knowledge there is still not enough information about covid 19 so that it can spread to other people

      Quality control has to design in educational institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of quality control of education at the International Standard Madrasah Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto, East Java. This research is qualitative research with a single case study model. The participants involved are 1) kyai, 2) madrasa heads, 3) vice coordinators of Madrasas, 4) ustadzor teachers in Madrasas, 5) students, and 6) alumni. The data collection process is 1) in-depth interviews; 2) participant observation; and 3) documentation studies. Data analysis data used l) data reduction, 2) data display; and 3) conclusion drawing/verification. The finding shows that the quality control process at the International Standard Madrasah Amanatul Ummah includes, 1) monitoring of activity programs is carried out in a coordinated and responsible manner; 2) a series of evaluations carried out intensely; 3) carry out control of order and program implementation continuously; 4) activity report in written form in the form of reporting and verbally in the form of directions; 5) carry out continuous monitoring. While transcendent control is a form of inherent supervision that is embedded in the religious spirit of each person relying on the Substance of the Almighty Creator.     This research aims to conduct a qualitative assessment of the business model canvas on the CN235 Aircraft manufactured by Indonesian Aerospace (IAe). This research is a descriptive qualitative study of the business model canvas and then uses SWOT analysis to evaluate each item. Interviews and documentation are the methods for data collection. This study shows that IAe's market segmentation is domestic and global markets. The company uses a digital system and delivers services that exceed the expectations of its customers. IAe is the only domestic manufacturing industry that can manufacture aircraft. The company makes money by selling planes and providing maintenance services. Building and keeping strong connections with business partners is critical in collaboration. The most common expenditures incurred by IAe are fixed and variable expenses. The study findings are supposed to reveal the IAe's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, internal and external challenges, and innovation strategy

    This research was motivated by a decrease in the number of customers of PT. Aseng Ketok Successful in 2020. The decrease in the number of customers indicates that the satisfaction of pt. Aseng Ketok Success Medan. By looking at the problems that exist, this research is directed to analyze how to increase satisfaction by supporting increased promotion, price, and, quality of service. In this study used is the criteria of permanent customers, which are meant by permanent customers here are service users who have more than twice used the services of PT. Aseng Ketok Success. The number of samples is determined based on calculations of the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 5%, then the sample count will be obtained as many as 150 people. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Regression, were previously tested the validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The results showed that promotion, price, and quality of service have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. The author's advice is to increase customer satisfaction can be done by improving promotions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and pricing more in line with customer capabilities. PT. Aseng Ketok Sukses Medan needs to maintain elements that have been considered good by customers and need to improve things that are still lacking

    Marketing has a very important role for trading and service companies. Maintaining excellence, improving service quality by using attractive strategies and appropriate prices in the eyes of consumers is a way to maintain the life cycle of their business. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in increasing consumer satisfaction using SWOT analysis on Caffeine Waroeng Kopi Bojongsari. This study measures consumer satisfaction with a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach using content analysis and SWOT analysis methods. From the results of the study, the authors carried out a swot analysis by calculating IFAS and EFAS, the recapitulation results obtained that SW = a score of 1.06 and OT = a score of 1.15 this indicates that the company's strategy is in quadrant I. Based on the analysis of strategic factors which can be seen in the SWOT analysis diagram, where Caffeine Waroeng Kopi is in quadrant 1 which shows the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix, namely aggressive strategy. Aggressive strategy is a strategy that uses all strengths to take advantage of opportunities. This strategy is a very profitable strategy because it has opportunities and strengths so that it can be used to progress for Caffeine Waroeng Kopi
