A review of waste management literature in use today shows that new techniques are needed in the process of planning strategic goals and objectives to technical goals and objectives. One of these techniques is the method which involves the modeling and simulation of wastes generated in our communities. This study uses the ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average), model to model and simulates plastic wastes generated in the Bonaberi industrial zone, of Cameroon for operational planning and management.  Attention was also paid to their composition and uses as important resources for recycling industries. The monthly municipal plastic waste data from 2014 to 2020 was used to create a parsimonious ARIMA model. Different performance measures such as mean absolute deviation (MAD), mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), root mean square error (RMSE) and coefficient of determination (R-squared) were used to evaluate the performance of these models. Following this, ARIMA (1, 1, 1) model showed a superior prediction performance. According to this model, if current production and waste management trends continue, approximately 5468 Kg/month, 95% CI (2843, 9581) could be attained by December 2021.The results contribute to the process of planning strategic goals and objectives to technical goals and objectives in the region. The model developed can help decision-makers to take better measures and develop policies regarding waste management practices in the future. However, technical, environmental, and socio-economic feasibility studies to explore the technical options available, and to determine the factors that are considered important for the economic success of the project, and causing significant environmental problems resulting from improper disposal, namely burning or dumping, could also direct future investors in the region

This study aims to answer the influence of employee motivation and performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the village unit cooperative, Kampung Rakyat sub-district. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 35 members of the Kampung Rakyat cooperative. This study uses quantitative methods and performs data processing with the tools of  IBM SPSS Statistic 22. This analysis includes reliability tests, validity tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, multiple linear regression tests and moderation tests using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the tests conducted in this study indicate that job satisfaction (M) can moderate the effect of motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y). These results are shown through the regression equation with the interaction test or often referred to as Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) which shows the results that job satisfaction (M) influences or moderates the effect of motivational variables (X1) on employee performance (Y). The results of the t test show that the motivation variable (X1) provides a parameter coefficient value (?) of 0.012 with a significant level of 0.027 (significant), the job satisfaction variable (M) provides a parameter coefficient value (?) of 0.023 and a significant value of 0.000 (significant). ). Or in other words job satisfaction strengthens the influence of motivation on employee performance. Thus, the results of this study can prove hypothesis 2 that job satisfaction moderates the effect of motivation on employee performance

Covid-19 has hit Indonesia since March 2020; as a policymaker, the government has imposed new regulations so that everyone can leave the house and do work without worrying about being exposed to the Covid-19 virus. Measurement of body temperature is the fundamental way to determine the condition of body temperature. However, the problem is that when a thermometer is used to check the temperature of the human body, it is still carried out in direct physical contact between humans so that the risk of transmission of the covid-19 virus can occur. Based on these problems, a thermometer was made, which can be used to check human body temperature without making physical contact. Using the prototype method and system design with UML diagrams, the temperature sensor GY-906 MLX90614 (Temperature detection sensor) was used to build a prototype non-contact human body temperature detection monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) to open doors automatically.). body), LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) displays the results of the human body temperature, servo motor as an action system in the form of a sliding door controller, ESP8266 Wifi Module, which is used as a microcontroller that processes sensor data and sends sensors through a wireless network. The data sent by the ESP8266 Wifi Module can be monitored via a Web application
