The Influence Of Experiential Marketing (Sense Marketing, Feel Marketing, Think Marketing, Act Marketing) Against The Quality Of The College Of Religious Islam Negeri (PTKIN) In East Java Indonesia
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the sense of marketing, feel marketing, think marketing, act arketing and relate marketing to High quality Religious Islam Negeri (PTKIN). This type of Research using mixed methods (mixed method). The population in this study is 1.304 personnel. Sample research are 200 staffs. data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis by using SEM AMOS. The results of the research indicate that there is influence of sense marketing, feel marketing, think marketing is the act of marketing and relate marketing to High quality Religious Islam Negeri (PTKIN) in IAIN Tulungagung and UIN Malang
The Influence of Price Perception, Product Quality, Promotion, Brand Image on Repurchase Intention of Wardah Lipstick Products (Study on Customers of UD. Ghaisani cosmetics Rantau Prapat)
The use of cosmetics is increasing along with the number of influencers and public figures who exemplify the results of the use of cosmetic products. In the Indonesian context, of course, halal cosmetics are an important consideration in choosing cosmetics. In this study, the researcher intends to examine one of the halal cosmetic products from the Wardah brand. This study intends to examine the effect of perceived product price, product quality, promotion and brand image on consumer repurchase intentions from UD. Ghaisani Cosmetics. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection is carried out using an online questionnaire. The sample in this study were women who had bought wardah brand lipstick products at UD. Ghaisani Cosmetics. The results of this study indicate that all predictors of variables affect consumer intention to repurchase Wardah brand lipstick at UD. Ghaisani Cosmetics
The Influence of Price, Product Quality, and Service on Apparel Purchase Satisfaction at Emi Boutique
The fashion business is a business that continues to grow rapidly, the latest fashions are published every day making business people engaged in this business sector to always keep abreast of the updates that occur. The updates that occur do not only focus on the design and fashion of clothing, but also consumer behavior in the fashion sector, which requires businesses to continue to pay attention to consumer behavior. Consumer satisfaction is the center of attention for companies engaged in the fashion business, not least at Emi Boutique, which is also always crowded with consumers who are looking for the best quality clothes. This research was conducted at Emi Boutique by analyzing the effect of price perception, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Emi Boutique. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach using primary data and analyzed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that all predictive variables have a specific and significant effect on customer satisfaction who shop for fashion products at Emi Boutique
Antioxidant Activity Test of Barangan Banana Hump’s Ethanol Extract (Musa Paradisiaca (L.)) with DPPH (1,1 Diphenyl-2-Picrylhydrazyl) Method
This study aims to determine the secondary metabolites contained in Barangan banana weevil (Musa paradisiaca (L.)) and antioxidant activity based on the IC50 value. The stages of this research include processing plant materials, making ethanol extracts, characterization examinations, phytochemical screening, and testing the antioxidant activity of Barangan banana weevil. The ethanol extract of Barangan banana weevil was processed by the maceration method using 96% ethanol, and the antioxidant activity was tested using the DPPH method. The results showed that the ethanol extract of Barangan banana weevil contained chemical compounds such as alkaloids, glycosides, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, and triterpenoids. The determination of the antioxidant activity of Barangan banana weevil obtained an IC50 value of 180.8 µg/mL. This means that the ethanol extract of Barangan banana weevil contains secondary metabolites and has the potential as an antioxidant with a weak category
Implementation Of Work Stress In Moderating Work-Life Balance And Flexible Work Arrangements For Job Satisfaction During The Covid-19 Pandemic
Teachers as human resources in schools have demands that the implementation and work-life balance and flexible work arrangement can be balanced and minimize work stress. The implementation of online learning systems that can make teachers do work-life balance and flexible work arrangements should be able to reduce stress and increase job satisfaction. But the reality in the field is that many teachers do not get job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the description and effect of work-life balance, flexible work arrangement, job satisfaction and job stress. The object of this research is the State Senior High School PNS Teachers in Pematang Siantar City who have been certified as many as 168 people. Data analysis techniques used are normality test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination and hypothesis testing. The test was carried out using the SPSS Statistic version 20 program. The results showed are Jjb satisfaction, work-life balance, flexible work arrangement and work stress were in the answers with the criteria of agree/satisfied. The practice of flexible work arrangements affects work-life balance. The results of the regression have a positive influence between each variable. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis obtained a strong and positive relationship. The results of hypothesis testing show a positive and significant effect. Work stress variable is not a moderating variable. It is concluded that the application of work-life balance and flexible work arrangements can increase job satisfaction and work stress is a debilitating variable
Grouping Goods with the Association Rule Method Using A priori Algorithms in Modern Retail Stores
The proliferation of retail companies in Indonesia makes competition quite fierce in this business. The availability of detailed information on products purchased from each customer transaction in the database will become data garbage, which continues to grow every day. Company managers will certainly be interested in knowing whether certain groups of products are consistently purchased together. They can use this data for optimal grouping and placement of products, and managers can also use this information for cross-selling, for promotions, for catalog design and to identify customer segments based on purchasing patterns. In this study, data mining with Association rule techniques was used to explore patterns of attribute relationships and frequent itemsets in the Retail database. The a priori paradigm is used to find large itemsets in the determination of association rules. The integration of association rules with the a priori paradigm has managed to find a number of patterns of relationships between attributes in retail databases
Post-Covid-19 Disposible Income Resistance Against Community Welfare In Regency Aceh Singkil
The purpose of the study was to examine how much resilience the community's disposable income was due to COVID-19, and the factors for increasing farmer productivity in Tanah Bara Village, Gunung Meriah District based on the SEM model. The main problems studied are the decline in the resilience of disposable income due to lack of capital in opening wider agricultural land, soil fertility which is increasingly polluted which causes unable to cultivate crops, narrow land cannot increase the area of ??land owned, seed quality is not good. which causes crop failure or poor yields, the number of plant pests that cause death and does not produce and the lack of human resources in agricultural and plantation management The analytical model used in Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to see the causal effect of several independent variables, namely the quality of fertilizer , capital, soil fertility, seed quality, technology, pests, number of workers to increase farmer productivity in Tanah Bara Village, Gunung Meriah District. The results showed that there were 3 factors that influenced the income and welfare of the community, namely factor 1 which consisted of the quality of fertilizer, capital, soil fertility and labor. Halal Tourism Model Based On Local Wisdom In Bukit Lawang As One Of The Branding Efforts Towards Excellent Primadona North Sumatra
The purpose of this research is to find a model of amenity formulation, word of mounth and halal knowledge on halal tourism brand image and tourist satisfaction. The method of analysis in the first year in this study used the approach SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) in building the concept of attractiveness, accessibility and tourism awareness in increasing tourist loyalty through out-of-school education. While in the second year, namely the application of a youth-based out-of-school education model in creating a Tangkahan brand image to be excellent in North Sumatra. The results of the study show that 1) Direct amenity has a positive influence and significant to the brand image in Bukit Lawang. 2) Directly the word of Mount has a positive and insignificant effect on the brand image of Bukit Lawang. 3) Halal knowledge has a positive influence and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Bukit Lawang. 4) A mentality directly has a positive influence and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Bukit Lawang. 5) Directly the word of Mount has a positive and insignificant effect on tourist satisfaction in Bukit Lawang. 6) Halal knowledge directly has a positive and positive effect significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Bukit Lawang. 7) Indirectly brand image has a significant role in mediating amenity to tourist satisfaction in Bukit Lawang. 8) Indirectly brand image has a significant role in mediating the word of mounth on tourist satisfaction in Bukit Lawang. 9) Indirectly brand image has a significant role in mediating halal knowledge on tourist satisfaction in Bukit Lawang
Plankton Diversity in Aek Rao River Gunung Tua
The purpose of this study was to determine the index of plankton diversity in the Aek Rao River, Gunung Tua. The research was carried out from April to May 2022 in the Aek Rao River, Gunung Tua. The sampling method used purposive random sampling which consisted of 3 observation stations, namely station 1 upstream, station 2 for residential areas and station 3 for densely populated areas. The results showed that the composition of plankton in the Aek Rao River, Gunung Tua consisted of 3 classes of phytoplankton, namely Bacillariophyceae, Chlorophyceae and Cyanophyceae, while the zooplankton class consisted of 4 classes, namely Mastigophora, Monogononta, Crustacea and Ciliophora. The highest diversity index in phytoplankton was obtained at station 1 of the sand mining area with a value of 1, 39 which indicates that the level of diversity is in the medium category. In zooplankton the highest diversity index was found at station 3 with a value of 0.33 which indicated that the level of diversity was included in the low category. While the highest dominance index for phytoplankton was found at station 3 in densely populated areas with a value of 0.43 while zooplankton was found at station 1 in a sand mining area with a value of 0.00563, both values ??indicated that there was no dominant plankton genus in that area
Management Of The Internal Quality Assurance System (Iqas) In Improving The Quality Of Higher Graduates
This paper aims to describe the other side of the management of the internal quality assurance system (IQAS) in improving the quality of university graduates. Quality improvement management based on university graduates is a new alternative in education management which emphasizes more on independence and creativity. The development of the quality assurance system management is designed to improve the community's ability to manage educational change in relation to the overall objectives, policies, planning strategies, curriculum initiatives that have been determined by the government and education authorities. Therefore, the output of education demands a change in the attitudes and behavior of all components that involve all people, both the community, in viewing, understanding, helping as well as observers who carry out monitoring and evaluation. This study uses a descriptive analysis method approach. A method approach that is used to analyze, describe and summarize various conditions, and situations from various data collected from observations regarding the problem under study during the research. The problem of the low quality of higher education is the reason for the government to provide a policy by presenting an internal quality assurance system (IQAS) in universities. The internal quality assurance system (IQAS) is managed independently by the university concerned. Then in the management of higher education quality is carried out on an ongoing basis.
