    Application of Elements of Human Resource Management Strategic: Does it Affect the Work Performance of Koperasi Kencana Makmur Lamongan Employees?

    This study aims to describe efforts to improve work performance through the application of strategic HRM elements and employee performance achievements covering efforts to compl ete tasks, understanding task perceptions, output quality, output quantity, work time effectiveness, and career development at the Koperasi Kencana Makmur. Using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis methods. Descriptive analysis was used to det ermine respondents' perceptions of strategic HRM elements and employee performance. Furthermore, relative frequency analysis, average count and maximum and minimum values of variables, indicators and research items were carried out, to measure the relation ship between variables using multiple linear regression analysis. Aims to explain the influence of strategic HRM elements on work performance. Using the population of all permanent employees of the Koperasi Kencana Makmur. Sampling using proportional strat ified random sampling technique, because the population has elements that are not homogeneous and proportional stratified, with a sample of 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there are four independent variables, namely: growth and lea rning of all personnel (X4), integration with company strategy (X5), owning and developing collaboration (X8) and the active role of employees in developing the company's business (X9) which have a significant effect on achievement employee work, while the other five variables namely: employees' understanding of external influences (X1), understanding of labor market dynamics and competition (X2), having a long - term focus (X3), having and developing technical capabilities (X6) and owning and developing conc eptual ability (X7) has no significant effect on employee performance. that the variable active role of employees in developing the company's business has a greater regression coefficient of 0.512 than the regression coefficients of other variables. It can be emphasized that the variable active role of employees in developing the company's business has a dominant and positive influence on employee performance in the Koperasi Kencana Makmur.     &nbsp

    Determinants of Auditor's Ability to Detect Fraud: Internal and External Factors

    Fraud cases that occur in Indonesia have fluctuated every year and in 2020 the number of state losses due to fraud is the largest in the last five years. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal factors (experience and professional skepticism) and external (whistleblowing and time budget pressure) on the ability of auditors to detect fraud. Sampling using a survey method in the form of a questionnaire given to respondents, namely internal auditors the inspectorate and produced as many as 55 samples. Data testing was carried out by multiple regression testing using the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that internal factors consisting of experience and professional skepticism and external factors, namely whistleblowing, had a positive effect on the ability of auditors to detect fraud. Meanwhile, time budget pressure does not prove to have an effect on auditors' ability to detect fraud

    Discussion leads to the effect of Net Profit Margin, Quick Ratio, and Debt to Total Asset Ratio on Stock Return Moderated by Price Earning Ratio and Financial Distress. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Quick Ratio, and Debt to Total Asset Ratio on Stock Return Moderated by Price Earning Ratio and Financial Distress. This study uses the object of the Property & Real Estate sub-sector companies on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2020. The population in this study are all Property & Real Estate sub-sector companies listed on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange with a total population of 430 companies, and the sample taken by the researcher is 12 companies. the following conclusions, namely Net Profit Margin, Debt to Total Asset Ratio partially does not have a significant effect on stock returns in the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange. Quick Ratio partially has no significant effect on stock returns in the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange. Net Profit Margin, Quick Ratio, and Debt to Total Asset Ratio simultaneously significant effect on stock returns in the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange. Price Earning Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Price Earning Ratio does not moderate Net Profit Margin on Stock Return in the property and real estate subsector listed on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange. Financial Distress does not moderate Net Profit Margin, Quick Ratio, Debt to Total Asset Ratio on Stock Returns in the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange

    The study aims to determine the level of financial distress in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The model used is the Zmijewski and Springate models. The research used is comparative quantitative research. The samples taken are all food and beverage companies in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019 and 2020 period, which are 32 companies. The Bank's financial report data is taken through the IDX's official website, namely https://www.idx.co.id. The expected results in this study are more food and beverage companies experiencing financial distress during the Covid-19 pandemic than before the Covid-19 pandemic and there are potential differences in financial distress before and during covid-19 in food and beverage companies

    The present study reports the first comprehensive study around employee recruitment, inside the era of globalization has led to intense competition in various industrial fields, including the medical and healthcare industry. PT. Wishan Global Medika (WGM) is a medical evacuation company in Tangerang Banten Indonesia, to face competitors the company needs to carry out employee recruitment activities in accordance with the vision and mission in order to achieve the goals the company wants to achieve. Product from Indonesian medical companies are still quite considered in the global market but still has competitor from countries in Southeast Asia. One way to face this competition is that companies are required to have competent and good performance employees.  The purpose of this study was to analyze the employee recruitment process at PT. Wishan Global Medika Tangerang Banten. The conceptual framework of the employee recruitment process in this study includes 3 items, namely Sourcing, Selection Process, and User Process. The research method used is qualitative research with in-depth interviews with a case study approach. Purposive sampling was used with a total of 3 respondents, namely the main director, general manager and human resources staff. The results of the study indicate that the analysis of human resource management in this company still does not lead to the interests of the company and determines the types of tasks and jobs that need to be carried out and there is no management policy rules in order to support the strategy of human resource management. The analysis of the employee recruitment system in the company is considered to be in accordance with the standart operating procedures recruitment, also still needs to be improved in terms of sources and stages of recruitment so as to minimize obstacles in recruitment. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of human resource development needs to be carried out in an integrated manner in long-term and annual corporate planning as well as improving the quality of recruitment so as to prevent the occurrence of vacancies

    Effects Of Organizational Commitment And Organizational Justice On Organizational Citizenship Behavior With Job Satisfaction As A Mediation

    This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational justice and job satisfaction as a mediation on teacher OCB. The research subjects were 64 teachers who teach at the Gamaliel Christian School in Palu with an age range of 20-55 years. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed using google form. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square) using SmartPLS software version 3.3.2. The analysis results obtained that organizational justice has a positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment has a positive effect on OCB and organizational justice has a positive effect on OCB. While job satisfaction does not have a positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment does not have a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice does not have a positive effect on OCB mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment has no positive effect on OCB mediated by job satisfaction. job satisfaction and OCB to teachers, the coefficient of determination of job satisfaction is only 17.9% which can be explained in this study, as well as the coefficient of determination of OCB is only 31.2% which can be explained in research i This means that there are about 82.1% of job satisfaction variables and 68.8% of OCB variables which can be explained from other variables outside the study such as motivation, transformational leadership. This study found that job satisfaction does not positively mediate organizational justice and organizational commitment to teachers, and this becomes input for the management of school organizational management

    The effect of job satisfaction on employees' Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the effect of job satisfaction on employees' organizational commitment, the effect of organizational commitment on employees' Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and mediating organizational commitment on the effect of job satisfaction on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT Cipta employees Great Sweet.This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 340 people with sampling through stratified random sampling method obtained a total sample of 180 people. Data collected through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression and mediation calculation through path analysis and Sobel test. The results of this study support all the proposed hypotheses where job satisfaction has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the role of organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Suggestions in this study are that leaders should better approach employees of PT Cipta Agung Manis,Increased motivation in terms of giving rewards or compensation for employees is further enhanced for the achievements that have been achieved, employees see the conditions in their work by bringing up a higher sense of soprtivity

    A baby's condition during sleep is a condition that requires intense attention directly from the parents. The quality and quantity of baby sleep are very much affected by the conditions and setting of the environment where the baby sleeps, including the baby's space for movement, room temperature, light intensity, sound/noise, and humidity of the room. Keeping the quality of the baby's sleep is very important both for the baby and for parents. The Design and Development of a Baby Sleep Monitoring System Based on the Internet of Things (IoT) aim to help parents monitor their baby while sleeping and optimize the quality of baby's sleep by monitoring the conditions of the baby's bedroom environment without being present in person. Parents can monitor their baby's condition while sleeping by getting alerts to their smartphone if the conditions exceed the threshold of the ideal limits received from the IoT sensors, like sound sensor, movement sensor, temperature, and humidity sensor. Therefore parents can feel serenely in doing their daily activities, and the baby still gets theappropriate sleep needs

    Regional development is a basic idea and effort in allocating and managing the resources owned for the interests and progress of a region. The development of an area can be done through the development of tourist destinations in an area. This study aims to describe regional development through tourist destinations in Tanjungbalai City. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. The research was conducted in several stages: (a) field surveys on tourist destinations, (b) preparation of research instruments, (c) data collection, (d) data processing and analysis, (e) preparation and reporting of research results. The research findings show that regional development through tourist destinations in Tanjungbalai City has also met the criteria, including: Something to see, Something to do, and Something to buy. The development of tourist destinations in this city is also supported by the availability of adequate accommodation and accessibility facilities. The existence of various tourist objects and destinations in Tanjungbalai City also has a socio-economic impact for the community around the tourist attraction locations and helps reduce unemployment in Tanjungbalai City

This research was conducted to prove the most appropriate model in influencing employee performance through motivation, Work from Home (WFH) Culture work Research approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). of the 117 population of employees and taken 54 using the PT. Indonesian Industrial Tasblock. . Collecting data using a questionnaire is a way for researchers to obtain research data. Results This study shows that the Work and Work From Home curriculum directly has a significant effect on Employee Performance and the Work and Work From Home curriculum affects Employee Performance. Finally, indirectly, motivation has a significant effect in mediating the Curtur of Work and Work From Home on Employee Performance
