    Effect Of Service Quality On Consumer Satisfaction Moderated By Government Policy During The Covid 19 Pandemic

    The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Service Quality on consumer satisfaction moderated by government policies during the covid 19 pandemic. The method used in this study is to use the explanatory approach. The population in this study were students in the city of Medan. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 140 people. Data collection techniques used in this study using a questionnaire technique/questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistical analysis and data analysis with partial least square (PLS). Data processing in this study using Smart PLS 3 Software program. The results of this study showed that Tangibels has a positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction, Assurance has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, Responsiveness has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, Empathy has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, Reability has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, Tangibels has a positive and insignificant influence on, Assurance has positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction moderated by government policy, Responsiveness has positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction moderated by government policy, Empathy has positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction moderated by government policy, Reability has positive and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction moderated by government policy

    The main objectives of this research are to study the factors that influence Electronic Word-Of-Mouth (E-Wom) and consumer decisions and to formulate the Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-Wom) model and consumer decisions to travel on the beach. Deli Serdang Mirror. This study uses descriptive analysis, both qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis with statistics used is the Structural Equation Modeling (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that there is a significant influence of Service Quality on E-WOM.  There is a significant effect of Price on E-WOM. There is a significant effect of Service Quality on Purchase decisions. There is a significant effect of E-WOM on Purchase decisions. There is a significant effect of E-WOM on Purchase decisions.  There is a significant influence of Service Quality on Purchase decisions through E-WOM. And there is a significant effect of Price on Purchase decisions through E-WO

    Determining Sustanaibility Of Urban Settlement In The Center Of City Yogyakarta Indonesia

    Urban settlements where urban areas in Indonesia are known as urban villages are one of the distinctive characters of cities in Indonesia, especially in Java. Many urban villages are threatened with sustainability due to the impact of urban development. This research is one of the research models that examines the sustainability of urban villages in Yogyakarta, call it 'kampung kota'. Measurement of sustainability is carried out both from qualitative aspects, namely socio-economic observations, as well as quantitative aspects by measuring the value of Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Energy Consumption Intensity, and Mobility which consists of walkability and bikeability. The conclusion is that urban village life in Yogyakarta currently still has a good level of sustainability, for example in the FAR aspect which is still safe, and the level of mobility is walkable and bikeable. However, the life of the urban village faces a threat of sustainability with the intensity of energy consumption being quite wasteful and several socioeconomic aspects such as environmental conditions, government support, economic stability, and community initiatives. To be able to maintain the sustainability of a number of development efforts are needed to maintain the urban village so that it can remain sustainable

    Stock Price Prediction Model On Automotive Companies And Its Components Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange

    The purpose of this study is to analyze whether economic value added and profitability (ROA) can affect prices for automotive companies and their components on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses 12 automotive companies and their components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. Methods of collecting data by means of documentation or literature study. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and the ardl panel research method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are nine automotive companies on the Indonesian stock exchange, namely; PT. Astra International, Tbk; PT. Astra Otoparts, Tbk; PT. Indo Kordsa, Tbk; PT. Goodyear Indonesia, Tbk; PT. Gajah Tunggal, Tbk; PT. Multi Prima Sejahtera, Tbk; PT. Multistrada Directions Sarana, Tbk; PT. Nippres, Tbk; PT. Prima Alloy Steel Universal, Tbk, Economic Value Added and Profitability variables have a significant influence on stock prices. While in two companies, namely PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional, Tbk and PT. Selamat Sempurna, Tbk, only the Economic Value Added variable has a significant influence on stock prices. And in one company, namely PT. Indospring, Tbk only profitability variables that significantly affect stock prices. In general, Economic Value Added and Profitability are leading indicators for controlling stock prices. However, on a panel basis, neither of the two has been able to become a leading indicator for controlling share prices in automotive companies and their components on the Indonesian stock exchange. This is because the two variables have not provided a stable influence on a panel basis for all companies studied as automotive companies and their components on the Indonesian stock exchange

Notojoyo Nusantara in a case study of the construction of the Greenstone City Malang housing area. This study used a research instrument, namely a questionnaire to obtain primary data. The population in this study were all employees of Greenstone City with the determination of the sample using the saturated sample technique with the stratified random sampling method. Respondents in this study were 44 employees. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis where it is known that leadership style and discipline have no significant positive effect on the performance of Greenstone City employees

    This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, capital intensity and sales growth on tax avoidance with independent commissioners as moderating variables. The independent variables in this study are leverage, capital intensity, and sales growth. The dependent variable in this study is tax avoidance. The moderating variable in this study is the independent commissioner. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2020 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and 53 companies were selected with a total sample of 212 research data. The analytical technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSSv25 software. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a positive effect on tax avoidance, capital intensity has no effect on tax avoidance, sales growth has a positive effect on tax avoidance, the moderating variable of independent commissioners is unable to moderate the effect of leverage, capital intensity and sales growth on tax avoidance

    Examining the Effect of Consumer Demographic Characteristics on Online or Offline Shopping Preference

    Digitization has become something that is inherent in our daily habits, one of which is shopping habits. In addition to shopping for fashion products by visiting offline stores directly, consumers are also given the opportunity to purchase fashion products online whenever and wherever they are. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer demographic characteristics on their preferences for shopping fashion products offline or online. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires online through whatsapp and telegram groups during June-July 2021, which resulted in 162 responses. Chi-Square and Kruskal-Wallis tests are used to test the hypothesis. The results prove that there are insignificant results between consumer demographic characteristics and preferred shopping method. Furthermore, research data also shows that more than half of the respondents still prefer to shop for fashion products offline rather than online although in the Covid-19 pandemic situation because they want to evaluate the product physically

From journals and books based on similar research, so that it can help develop existing problems to the latest problems so that they can find novelty in this research. The problem raised in this research is how to make a video from a CCTV that can be proven, by certain methods in order to make the video as forensic data, that can be proven so that it can be developed into data containing crimes that can be used as evidence. The purpose of this study is how to find the right method in order to analyze a CCTV video, so that it can be used as evidence on forensic data with the NIST method, it can be proven that this method is the right method in analyzing a video, so that it can be used as evidence and as data forensics

    Developing a framework for MSMEs to become more fragile is the goal of this research. As it is known that the business world has fluctuated a lot and is facing turbulence, so we need an anti-fragile MSME framework concept. Using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), this research is then analyzed to produce 5 (five) factors that build an anti-fragile MSME framework, namely Network Building, Growth Mindset, and Willingness to Develop, Focusing on Sustainability, Support, and Ability to Overcome Risk and the last is Competence. So far, there has been no research on the anti-fragile concept for MSMEs in Indonesia, so it is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for future researchers and business actors in running their businesses
