Is Arabica Coffee Farming Financially Feasible?
The objectives in this study are to determine the benefits of arabica coffee farming in Jampit Village, Ijen District and to analyze the feasibility of arabica coffee farming in Jampit Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. Descriptive method is a method for analyzing data by describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make general conclusions or generalizations. The quantitative method is a type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and clearly structured from the start as far as the research design. The results showed that the profit of arabica coffee farming based on analysis using NPV is Rp. 30,621,659 over a period of 4 years, it was said to be profitable and based on NPV analysis obtained at an interest rate of 6% produced a positive NPV value of Rp. 19,613,917 .09 is greater than zero (NPV > 0) then it is said to be feasible. Arabica coffee farming in Jampit Village, Ijen District, Bondowoso Regency is feasible based on the analysis of R/C Ratio, Net B/C and IRR. Based on the R/C Ratio analysis, the result is 1.82 which is greater than 1, so it is efficient. Based on the Net B/C analysis, the result is 0.82 which is less than 1, which means it is not feasible, and based on the IRR analysis, it produces an IRR value of 58.62. % is greater than 6% (interest rate) then it is stated to be feasible because it meets the investment criteria

Social Entrepreunership In Fish Farming
Entrepreneurship plays an important role in the economy as it facilitates the production of goods and services and job creation. The agriculture sector including fish farming is one of the main livelihood sources for the community and has potential for growth through entrepreneurship programs. However, there are several obstacles in achieving this goal, such as the low level of community education and knowledge as well as limited social networking access. The fishing pond farmers in Kalanganyar Village, Sedati Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency face similar challenges with additional complexity from external barriers such as fluctuating operational costs for fish farming. This economically causes fishing pond farmers to only be able to utilize their ponds for a single source of main income and have not been able to utilize it to find alternative income sources. These challenges hinder the development of programs to improve the economic conditions of fishing pond farmers. An approach that could address these problems is social entrepreneurship focusing on increasing collaboration between fishing pond farmers and the surrounding community. Cooperation plays an important role in economic growth by facilitating business expansion. Cooperation becomes a core component in the planning and implementation process by involving fishing pond farmers and the community as active participants. The fields of cooperation need to be developed to increase the welfare of the community
Reducing Resistance to Organizational Change by Promoting Change Leadership: A Study of The MBKM Curriculum Implementation in Higher Educational Institutions
The purpose of this study is to investigate how change information affects resistance to organizational change in the context of MBKM Curriculum implementation. We also examine the moderating role of change leadership on the effect of change information on resistance to change in the MBKM Curriculum implementation. The population of this research is all lecturers in Indonesia. The number of samples used was 156 obtained by random sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using the SEM-PLS methode by the Warp-PLS 6.0 application. The results show that change information has a negative effect on resistance to changes in the MBKM Curriculum. Change leadership also has a negative moderating role in the relationship between change information and resistance to changes in the MBKM Curriculum. The results of this study enrich the literature on organizational change management in particular by clarifying the antecedents of resistance to organizational change, namely change information. This research shows the importance of higher education institutional leaders to implement change-oriented leadership in overseeing the implementation of changes to the MBKM Curriculum
Men's Perfume Recommendation System Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) Method
Perfume has been a product used for thousands of years by human civilization. Rapid growth of perfume products creates a problem especially for men to choose the best perfume to fit their personality. This research aims to help men find out which perfume suits each individual's personality by inputting a comparison of four main criteria, namely quality, price, aroma and durability. In this research, the research team built a perfume recommendation system specifically for men using the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) & Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) algorithm. The research resulted in an 89.17% usefulness score, 89.34% ease of use, 89.34% ease of learning, and 91.61% satisfaction, resulting in an overall score of 90.07%. The research results demonstrate that the AHP and TOPSIS algorithm can assist men in choosing appropriate perfume through its implementation in the system built by the research team, which was tested using a questionnair
Variation Of Bamboo and Adhesive Types on Physical And Mechanical Properties Of Particle Board
Bamboo can be used as a material in the manufacture of particleboard. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of various types of bamboo and their adhesion on the physical and mechanical properties of particleboard. The study used a factorial completely randomized design with three repetitions. Particleboard made using cold pressing made of bamboo betung (Dendrocalamus asper Schult.), bamboo apus (Gigantochloa apus Kurz), bamboo ori (Bambusa arundinacea Retz), and Urea Formaldehyde and Polyvinyl Acetate adhesives. The particle size used was through eight meshes with an adhesive concentration of 20% and a target board density of 1 gram/cm³. Board testing using SNI 03-2105-2006, correlation analysis, and regression to see the relationship between variables. The resulting particleboard has a density between 0.5 – 0.69 gram/cm³, air content between 12.7% - 15.2%, thickness expansion between 2.2% - 17.55%, MOE 1.963 - 4.898 kg/ cm², MOR 4.89 – 9.36 kg/cm². The type of bamboo has no significant effect on density, moisture content, MOE, and MOR of particleboard. The type of adhesive has a significant effect on the density, MOE, and MOR of the particleboard. The interaction between the type of bamboo and the type of adhesive has a significant effect on the thickness development of the particleboard
Islamic Macroeconomics-A New Paradigm
This research discusses a new paradigm in Islamic macroeconomics, where conventional macroeconomic instruments, namely interest, have not been able to carry out or reduce the number of national crises that often occur in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a Literature review approach. In the profit-sharing system, there is no imbalance on the road, everything must be transparent and must work together, so that the results obtained are maximum. Likewise with losses, if losses are presented, it is not only borne by one party, but both parties must also bear. This is the so-called equality in the economy which is a new paradigm in the Macro-Islamic system
