The time of the study was March 2023. Calculation of carbon stocks by multiplying the total number of living endemic plants with the world carbon price in the same year % C organics obtained a carbon content percentage of 0.38. The carbon stock yield was 1.022 tons. Meanwhile, bamboo carbon stocks were calculated using the allometric model and the carbon stock results were 0.621 tons. The CSR program is a community empowerment program that is carried out in a structured manner to deal with both problems or opportunities and potentials owned by the community so that an understanding is built in the community that this is a shared affair. Skinophile: The Art Of Skincare Selection With Haar Wavelet
In this study, a mobile application has been developed with the primary objective of classifying facial skin types to facilitate the selection of appropriate skincare products tailored to individual skin needs. The motivation behind this research stems from the widespread issue of individuals being unaware of their specific skin types, which often leads to suboptimal skincare routines and, in some cases, adverse effects such as skin dullness and damage. To address this challenge, a comprehensive problem-solving approach has been adopted. The methodology encompasses the utilization of the Haar Wavelets method for facial image feature extraction, complemented by the application of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm for precise skin type classification. Face Recognition technology has also been integrated to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the classification process. In terms of system development, an Agile methodology has been employed, facilitating swift and cost-effective project completion. This agile approach ensures the development process is efficient, reducing both time and financial resources. The mobile application developed for this purpose utilizes the Python programming language, specifically incorporating the PyWavelets library. The culmination of this research effort is a user-friendly mobile application that enables users to capture their facial images. Subsequently, the application employs advanced algorithms to identify their specific skin type, providing personalized recommendations for suitable skincare products and routines. This innovative solution aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to enhance the effectiveness of their skincare regimen, ultimately promoting healthier and more radiant skin.

Factor Analysis Of Delay Return Empty Container To Depo
This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence delays in returning containers to shipping company depots. Because delays in returning empty containers can result in some containers not being able to be used for the next shipment because they have not been returned to the depot, so the goods have to wait to be loaded into the container. This type of research uses qualitative research, by conducting an interview with one of the shipping company employees, then processing it using a fish bone diagram or Ishikawa diagram so that the author can find out the causes and effects of why the container was returned to the depot late. The problems faced by shipping companies are delays in returning empty containers, which results from late payments to shipping companies, full consignee factory/warehouse conditions, difficult permits from the relevant authorities due to expiration and so on. Efforts that need to be made to prevent this are by providing a time limit for processing the return of empty containers, the need for other alternatives if there is a buildup in the consignee warehouse by appointing another party as the unloading location, as well as increasing the competency of human resources who are directly involved in cargo handling

This research is included in quantitative research with data collection methods in the form of questionnairess and survey. The research held at PT XYZ Bandung with 140 sample people. The statistical test results all hypotesis are accepted. Based on the results it shows that the research model produces a positive t-statistics value and the t-table = df (n-k) is 1.656. It can be concluded that the greater the value of an exogenous variable on an endogenous variable, the stronger the effect. As for the indirect effect of the largest endogenous variable is on the variable Career development (5.045) and organizational culture (4.528). The significance level used in this study is 5%. Therefore, if the p-values ? 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted while if the p-values> 0.05 then the hypothesis is rejected. Based on the table above, the results show that all hypotheses are accepted

This article aims to provide a systematic review of the literature on the current state of research on highly diverse and collaborative and internationalization of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We analyze the processes that affect the internationalization of SMEs. Additionally, highlighting the limitations of the literature, especially in terms of theoretical fragmentation; existing theories are deployed and illustrated but are rarely extended in a way that significantly informs subsequent work. With this, we highlight the need for a more rigorous and empirically informed exploration of contextual effects that considers the consequences of development in global economic ecosystems. From the results of a review of several literatures, it shows that there is an internationalization theory that tries to analyze, process, and produce results. Because in the era of globalization, small and medium companies see internationalization activities as a great opportunity to progress and develop
