This research usespurposive sampling. And the data was tested using validity tests (convergent validity and discriminant validity), reliability tests, mediation tests andanalysisStructural Equation Model (SEM). Based on the results of the structural equation test, brand experience significantly influences brand satisfaction. With a part coefficient value of 0.700 and a p-value of 0.01, the hypothesis is accepted. In the structural equation test, brand experience significantly influences brand trust. With a part coefficient value of 0.749 and a p-value of 0.01, the hypothesis is accepted. In the structural equation test, brand experience significantly influences brand loyalty. With a part coefficient value of 0.745 and a p-value of 0.01, the hypothesis is accepted. In the structural equation test, brand satisfaction has no significant effect on brand loyalty. With a part coefficient value of 0.869 and a p-value of 0.01, the hypothesis is accepted. In the structural equation test, brand trust significantly influences brand loyalty. With a part coefficient value of 0.235 and a p-value of p=0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. In the structural equation test, brand experience has a significant effect on loyalty through brand satisfaction. The test results show thatmediation test for indirect effect with a significant value of P <0.01. While the direct effect with a significant value of 0.06. And the direct influence of the path coefficient value decreases from 0.75 to 0.16,so the hypothesis is accepted. In the structural equation test, brand experience has a significant effect on loyalty through brand trust. The test results show thatmediation test for indirect effect with a significant value of 0.31. While the direct effect with a significant value P <0.01. No full text
The study of networks in the internationalization process of SMEs has become an interesting discussion, this condition is because each country has unique dynamics in utilizing existing networks. The results of the analysis of the 20 articles in this study show that being proactive in the network community will strengthen relationships with partners and implementing an alliance strategy will strengthen the position of SMEs in increasing competitiveness and expanding markets. This condition occurs in both developing and developed countries. The dominant factor influencing the speed of the internationalization process is social and business network relations that begin with social ties. Of the 8 articles that discuss networking in the process of internationalization in developed countries (China, Central America, and East America), it shows that the government as an institution that has an important role in the internationalization of SMEs needs to design a framework in the form of policies that encourage the acceleration of various forms of collaboration between businesses. Meanwhile, 12 articles that discuss the process of internationalization in developing countries show that for the expansion and growth of SMEs a social network structure is needed, and the role of ethnic (group) ties in internationalization

The digitization of the government system began with the declaration of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) by President Jokowi in August 2018. The Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE) implemented SPBE by building a Customs Excise Information System and Automation (CEISA) as its main service application, followed by the establishment of other applications other independent applications in the respective regional DGCE Work Units. The breakdown of the CEISA system in July 2021 caused a sizable national loss. To implement the SPBE and anticipate the occurrence of the same damage, KPPBC TMP A Tangerang built several independent applications to support customs and excise services, including Applications in the Tangerang network (SiJagger), Tangerang Customs Email (BeTa), Customs and Excise Service Email (PKC), Treasury Email, and Tangerang Certificate of Origin (SKA) Counter Email. To simplify the number of existing standalone applications, the SiJagger V2 application was created at KPPBC TMP A Tangerang as a replacement so that only one application is sufficient. This research aims to determine the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) of  SiJagger V2 users, analyze the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) factors of these users for the SiJagger V2 application itself and to find out what needs to be improved to increase the readiness of the SiJagger V2 users. The data in this research were extracted using a quantitative method with data collection methods in the form of online questionnaires to 134 company respondents using SiJagger V2 in the supervision area of KPPBC TMP A Tangerang. Structural Equation Model (SEM) use as data analysis technique with SmartPLS program. The results from statistical test showed that the TRI index of SiJagger V2 users is included in the Low Technology Readiness category. The results showed that the TRI variables that affected the acceptance of the SiJagger V2 application at KPPBC TMP A Tangerang included the Optimism (OPT) and Innovativeness (INN) variables which had a significant positive effect, while the Discomfort (DIS) and Insecurity (INS) variables had a significant negative effect. Variables of TRAM that affect acceptance of SiJagger V2 application at KPPBC TMP A Tangerang include the variables Perceived ease of use (PEU), Perceived usefulness (PU), and Behavioral intention (BI) which have a significant positive effect, which is explained as follows: (1) OPT has positive significant effect on PEU, (2) OPT has positive significant effect on PU, (3) INN has positive significant effect on PEU, (4) INN has positive significant effect on PU, (5) DIS has negative significant effect on PEU , (6) DIS has negative significant effect on PU, (7) INS has negative significant effect on PEU, (8) INS has negative significant effect on PU, (9) PEU has positive significant effect on PU, (10) PEU has positive significant to BI, (11) PU has positive significant effect on BI. Results of this research are expected to be used as an evaluation of SiJagger V2 KPPBC TMP A Tangerang to be better so that SiJagger V2 users get customs and excise services faster and respond better, have a better experience in accessing information so that they are satisfied with the services provided by KPPBC TMP A Tangerang and increasing state revenue in the field of customs and excise

    No full text
Hyperuricemia is a metabolic disease generally characterized by high uric acid levels in the blood. The general treatment strategy for hyperuricemia is to decrease uric acid production using xanthine oxidation reductase inhibitors such as allopurinol and uricosuric agents. However, the drugs showed side effects, including skin rashes, diarrhoea and liver damage. To overcome the side effects of synthetic drugs, alternatives are used, namely by researching to find plants that have activity in reducing uric acid levels. The activity of reducing uric acid levels in plants is likely due to the presence of flavonoid compounds as antioxidants. Flavonoids active in reducing uric acid levels are kaempferol through xanthine oxidase inhibitors. Quercetin also has the potential to reduce uric acid levels through inhibition of the xanthine oxidase enzyme. Binara plant (Artemisia vulgaris L.) has flavonoids, tannins, alkaloids, glycosides and saponins which have potential as antioxidants and analgesics, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating, and hepatoprotective, through secondary metabolites of flavonoids, terpenes, and phenolic acids. The Karo people have traditionally used Binara leaves to treat wounds, diarrhoea and heartburn by chewing some of the leaves and then placing them on the wounds outside the body, such as cuts and for diarrhoea and stomach ulcers and placing them around the sick stomach. This study was conducted to know the anti-hyperuricemia effect of the Ethanol Extract of Herba Binara (Artemisia vulgaris L.) on gout rats; phytochemical screening was carried out first to determine the content of Herba Binara (Artemisia vulgaris L.) compounds. The results showed that Herb Binara fulfilled the simplicia characterization requirements and contained secondary metabolites such as alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, glycosides, saponins and steroids. Herb Binara Ethanol Extract has been shown to reduce uric acid levels in hyperuricemia rats, with the best concentrations being 400 and 800 mg/kg body weight. This was based on significantly different results p>0.05 compared to the positive control group
