    SMEs Culinary Purchase Decisions Determine by Brand Image, Price and Product Uniqueness

    The development of the culinary business is increasingly rapid, marked by the emergence of many increasingly varied food sellers. Many SMEs in the culinary business take advantage of practicality in consuming food and drinks. This research aims to determine consumer perceptions and the influence of brand image, price, and product uniqueness factors on purchasing decisions for SMEs products simultaneously or partially. The population and sample are 120 consumers taken by nonprobability sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification. The instrument test was carried out with validity and reliability. Research data analysis includes multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that simultaneously and partially the factors of brand image, price, and product uniqueness have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

    Construction projects have been developing from the management side year by year. One of the problems that government has been facing government construction projects over the years is the duration of the procurement process that takes too long which is hard to be implemented if the project is urgent in terms of time. This creates the urgency to seek the solutions to the problem of how to shorten the time of the procurement process. The design and build integrated contract method that unites the planning and implementation process simultaneously is able to answer these problems and shorten the procurement time of government construction projects. However, there are many disputes faced by construction projects that use integrated design contracts postproject, one of which comes from the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) or commonly called the Inspectorate. This is because there are several different standard between the inspectorate and the owner or contractor that has been used in the process of government construction projects Audit. This study aims to identify the standards of the audit process of the Inspectorate, analyze the risks that cause disputes, and to develop standards for risk-based audit methods for design and build-based construction projects in order to minimize disputes that occured from the inspectorate side of perspective

    The Effect Of Social Media Marketing Grab Medan On Brand Equity With E-Satisfaction And E-Loyalty As Intervening Variables

    The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence social media marketing carried out by Grab Medan has on brand equity through e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. This research is included in quantitative research with data collection methods in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the SmartPLS program. The statistical test results show that Grab Medan's social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on Grab's brand equity. This means that marketing carried out by Grab Medan online on its Instagram account can influence or increase brand equity at Grab Medan. The better the marketing done by Grab Medan on its Instagram account, the brand equity of Grab Medan will increase or get better. However, the increase in brand equity is also influenced by e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. E-Loyalty has the greatest influence in increasing brand equity, satisfaction and convenience for consumers in obtaining information and good service from Grab can form high e-loyalty from its users. The effect of e-satisfaction can be seen from the ease of accessing information, a good experience when accessing information, and consumer interest in the content provided by Grab Medan which can increase the e-satisfaction of its users

    The present study reports the first comprehensive study on the coordination of benefits program in healthcare insurance in Indonesia. Every individual Indonesian citizen who works is required to have health insurance as a fulfillment of the obligation to be physically and comprehensively healthy. Ownership of health insurance can be through government programs which are mandatory government policies for every employee or health insurance managed by the services of a commercial insurance company. So that every Indonesian employee or citizen generally has 2 health insurance memberships, one is commercial insurance and the other is mandatory insurance from the government, BPJS health insurance. The use of health insurance from commercial insurance is the first choice, while BPJS health insurance is used as a backup if the coverage limit on commercial insurance has expired. With limited coverage limits provided by private insurance based on premium payments for each class registered by the company, the government facilitates a program to use the benefits of the two health insurances simultaneously, known as the Coordination of Benefits between BPJS Health and commercial insurance. This study uses a qualitative method to analyze how far this program has progressed, as well as the development of an additional health insurance benefit program in Indonesia. The end goal of this research it can be concluded that highlighting the benefits of this program that can be maximized by health insurance participants, what obstacles are faced by participants, as well as health services when using the coordination of benefits program and its development in the future

    Hospitals should plan for drug needs using accountable methods to avoid empty drugs. Good drug planning can improve pharmaceutical stock control in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to find out about the application of consumption methods with EOQ, MMSL and ABC-VEN forecasting in the management of pharmaceutical supplies in hospitals. This study used retrospective mix-method data, quantitative data and qualitative primary data. The research was conducted at RSU Royal Prima Marelan. The results showed that drug supply control using the EOQ method of getting drugs reordered: cefixime 200MG ordered at 447, ondacetron 4MG 740, gabapentin 300MG 706, ranitidine 25MG 1467, novorapid flexpen / 5" 42. In the SS method, the number of drugs available at delivery, cefixime 200MG should be 627 drugs at the time of shipment, ondacetron 4MG should be 522, gabapentin 300MG should be 470, ranitidine 25MG should be 940, and novorapid flexpen/5" should be 26. In the ROP method the drug was reordered at cefixime 200MG it was reordered when the stock was 447 and the quantity ordered was 12027, ondacetron 4MG 740 and 10000, gabapentin 300MG 706 and 9020, ranitidine 25MG 1467 and 18040, novorapid flexpen 42 and 502. In the ABC method, group A as many as 59 types 70.59% with a total investment of 70.59% drug use and an investment value of IDR 606,511,106, group B 64 drug investment 20.33% investment 20.33% drug use investment 174,722,327, group C 146 types (9.08%) investment 9.08% drug use and investment 78,028,263

    Fossil fuels namely coal, petroleum, and natural gas have long been chosen as the main energy sources in meeting global energy needs. However, fossil fuels have the main problem in that their amount is limited and causes global warming. To overcome these problems, renewable energy such as solar energy can be used. Solar energy can be converted into electrical energy by using solar panels. The installation of a solar power plant certainly requires a large budget, to check its feasibility and can be simulated using PVSyst and RETScreen. In particular, PVSyst is used to search for the amount of material needed, the power capacity produced, and energy losses (there is energy lost). Then, RETScreen is used to calculate photovoltaic installation costs, operational and maintenance costs after photovoltaic installation, and emissions. Probolinggo has enormous potential to use solar power plants with Photovoltaic modules. This study simulates the installation of photovoltaic modules in Probolinggo which still has shortcomings in terms of public street lighting. From the simulations carried out, it can be concluded that Probolinggo is feasible for the installation of the solar power plant. With PVSyst, the total number of photovoltaic modules installed is 15,112 pieces. The total power generated is 10,145 MWh. Then, by using RETScreen, a photovoltaic installation fee of Rp142,978,410,000 was obtained. and annual maintenance costs of Rp1,281,870,000

    Antibiofilm Formation Activities of Ethanol Extract of Curcuma domestica Val. Rhizome Against Multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii

    Abstract.   Multidrug resistance is still a major health problem worldwide. Biofilm formation was related to the resistance of bacteria mechanism. Acinetobacter baumannii, one of the bacteria that cause nosocomial infections, is given particular attention due to its high prevalence of resistance. The current study address observing the antibacterial activity and antibiofilm formation activity of Curcuma domestica rhizome extract against multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (MDR A.baumannii). Curcuma domestica rhizome was macerated by ethanol 96%. Determination of Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) was carried out by the microdilution method. Antibiofilm formation analysis was determined by standard quantitative using crystal violet-stained assay. Ethanol extract of C. domestica possesses antibacterial activity against MDR A. baumannii with MIC value 250 µg/mL. Additionally, the ethanol extract of C. domestica could inhibit the biofilm formation of MDR A.baumannii, thus percentage of biofilm formed only 23.7% and significance different with control after analyzed using ANOVA post hoc test Tukey. According to these results, ethanol extract of C. domestica revealed antibacterial activity and had the potency in suppressing the biofilm formation of MDR A.baumannii, thus could be utilized in clinical application, especially in MDR A.baumannii infection.   Keywords: Antibiofilm, antibacterial, Curcuma domestica, multidrug-resistant, Acinetobacter baumannii     &nbsp

    Analysis of Differences in Well Water Quality Tests in the Highlands and Lowlands of Rantauprapat City

    The existence of clean water is very important considering the very dynamic activities of people's lives. Therefore, the quality and quantity must be considered. Clean water that meets health requirements must be free from pollution and must meet quality standards: one of them is physical requirements because drinking water that does not meet quality standards can cause health problems. The topography of an area can affect groundwater in that area. This study aims to analyze differences in the quality of well water in the highlands of Rantauprapat City and the lowlands of Rantauprapat City based on physical parameters. The research was conducted at the BTKL Physics Laboratory in Medan in October 2022. The method in this research was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was determined by purposive sampling which amounted to 50 samples. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 and the Mann Whitney-U Test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in water quality in the parameters of taste, temperature, odor and turbidity with a p value > 0.05, while there were significant differences in the parameters TDS and DHL with a p value <0.05. Conclusion: There are no significant differences in water quality in the parameters of taste, temperature, odor and turbidity, while in the TDS and DHL parameters there are significant differences in water quality with a p value <0.05. 0.05 while the TDS and DHL parameters are significantly different with a p value <0.05.     Toxicity Test of Ethanol Extract of Gagatan Harimau Leaves (Vitis Gracilis BL.) on Artemia Salina Leach Larvae Using Brine Shrimp Lethal Test (BSLT) Method

    Gagatan harimau leaves (Vitis gracilis BL) is a plant contains several secondary metabolite compounds, namely alkaloids, glycosides, tannins, saponins and flavonoids and has been used traditionally to treat diarrhea, infectious diseases, inflammation and diabetes. The aim of this study was to to determine data on the percentage of deaths and the LC50 value of the ethanol extract of the Gagatan harimau (Vitis gracilis BL) against Artemia Salina Leach using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. The method used is the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) with concentrations of 180 ppm; 200 ppm; 220ppm; 240ppm; 260ppm; 280ppm; 300 ppm and 0 ppm as negative controls each replicated three times. At each concentration, 10 Artemia salina Leach larvae were used as test animals, each concentration was 48 hours old. The toxic effect of the extract was determined by the percentage mortality of Artemia salina Leach larvae using probit analysis (LC50). The results of this research gave the linear regression equation Y = 11.674x-68.227. Therefore, the LC50 value is 6.275 and the LC50 gets a value is 187.068 ppm. Research on the toxicity of Gagatan harimau (Vitis gracilis BL.) ethanol extract using the BSLT (Brine Shrimp Lethality Test) method in this study is toxic because the LC50 is < 1000 ppm so it has the potential to be anticancer
