    No full text
Strada SMK Daan Mogot, a private school in Tangerang City, oversees several operations. Student registration, academic exams, uniform measurements, and book purchases are carried out at the beginning of each school year. The Uniform Team tasked with handling this activity experienced difficulties due to the large volume of data, making conventional techniques inefficient to carry out. This research focuses on simplifying uniform ordering procedures from the uniform team to the uniform manufacturing supplier. The Uniform Team recorded and measured orders by hand, which resulted in time-consuming management and limited real-time data monitoring for the Principal. A web-based solution that allows easy access to uniform ordering data is needed to speed up these operations. The successful development and installation of this application at SMK Strada Daan Mogot is a significant achievement, with good User Acceptance Test results and confirming alignment with user needs. This progress is an essential step toward optimizing school operations

The objective of this study is to examine the implementation of the quadruple helix business communication strategy for digitizing MSMEs in Jakarta. Specifically, the study aims to assess the effectiveness of the strategy in increasing awareness and understanding of digitalization among MSME players and to evaluate its impact on the development of digital skills and capabilities. This study adopts a qualitative research method. The qualitative component involves conducting interviews with key stakeholders, including government officials, academics, business representatives, and MSME players. These interviews aim to gather insights into their perceptions and experiences regarding the quadruple helix strategy and its implementation in MSME digitalization efforts. The quadruple helix business communication strategy is a collaborative approach involving government, academics, business people, and society to achieve common goals. This strategy is particularly relevant in the context of digitizing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Jakarta, as it can enhance awareness and understanding among MSME players regarding the importance of digitalization. Additionally, this strategy can help MSME players develop their digital skills and capabilities. The implementation of the quadruple helix business communication strategy in Jakarta's MSME digitalization efforts is coordinated by HIPMIKINDO, which serves as a communication hub connecting the government, academics, and MSME players. Rather than acting as an initiator, HIPMIKINDO positions itself as a collaborator among the four main stakeholders, forming a quadruple helix framework for effective communication. &nbsp

    No full text
Growing in popularity and garnering a lot of public attention right now is social entrepreneurship, which has the ability to lessen societal problems and enhance people's quality of life.  Social entrepreneurs can utilize event marketing to enhance event experiences and boost behavioral intention. The purpose of this study is to outline the components of implementation, restrictions, and planning. Using participant observation approach methodologies, interviewing techniques, descriptive qualitative kinds, and source triangulation as a measure of data validity, this study examines the marketing of CIS (Creative Inclusion Sociopreneurship) events. The study's findings demonstrate how social entrepreneurship-focused events improve guests' event experiences through event marketing, where customers engage with brands and provide value. Events give customers the ability to directly engage with brand reality. Consumers help create the experience, thus through event marketing, the business should give them access to an engaging environment where experiences can occur. Event marketing is not only an idea; it needs to be put into practice. This study also indicates that intention and implementation are related, with the event influencing the intention to suggest and revisit the event as well as the desire to feel satisfied with the experience. The organizer of the sociopreneurship marketing event must assemble comprehensive planning and implementation recording that is clear, comprehensive, and includes all necessary information for pre-, main-, and post-event marketing

Asia is the second highest number of work accidents in the world after Africa. There are over 30% of major accidents experienced in the oil and gas industry triggered by inadequate maintenance. The fatal accidents in oil and gas accident increased from 2019 to 2022 in Indonesia. This qualitative study aims to analyze the risks that may occur in offshore oil and gas survey activities at Company X, an oil and gas survey company in Indonesia using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Company X is a company that provides survey activities for oil and gas as the main service. Primary data are collected by interviewing the vessel manager, an Executive, and three employees involved in offshore oil and gas surveys. The FMEA steps are transcribing the answers, arranging them to make them easier to understand, providing a severity rating, setting the occurrence, detection rating, calculate the Risk Priority Number (RPN), prioritizing activities work that has highest RPN value, for determining long-term improvement strategies. The study reveals that the RPN for working accident turned out to be the highest from all risks which is 175 points, meaning that this risk has the highest ranking and need a mitigation as soon as possible. The recommended actions for this risk are regular maintenance for audits and inspections and upgrading FFA (Fire Fighting Appliances) and LSA (Life Saving Appliances) equipment

Liver Disease Is A Deadly Disease That Has Attacked Many People. Liver Disease Is A Disease That Occurs As A Result Of An Unhealthy Lifestyle. Usually, The Patient Will Consume Drugs With Chemical Compounds To Overcome The Problem Of This Disease. The Long-Term Use Of Chemical Drugs Will Certainly Cause Side Effects Or, Even Worse, Cause New Diseases. Therefore, The Latest Treatment Methods Must Be Developed To Minimize Side Effects, Namely The Use Of Traditional Medicines. The Purpose Of This Study Was To Determine The Use Of Temu Kunci Rhizome As An Alternative To Reduce Total Bilirubin Levels In Rats As Experimental Animals. This Study Used Rats As Experimental Animals, Which Were Divided Into 6 Test Groups, Namely Group 1 Without Treatment, Group 2 With 0.5% CMC Suspension, Group 3 With 200 Mg Acetylcysteine, Group 4 With 250 Mg/Kg BW Ethanol Extract Of Temukunci, Group 5 Treated With A 500 Mg/Kg BW Dose Of Ethanol Extract Of Temukunci, And Group 6 With A 750 Mg/Kg BW Ethanol Extract Of Temukunci. From The Results Of The Research Conducted, The Ethanol Extract Of Temu Kunci At A Dose Of 750 Mg/Kg BW Was The Best Treatment For Reducing Total Bilirubin Levels In Rats As Experimental Animals

Inhibition of Barium Sulfat Crystal Formation in a Batch Method Crystallizer in the Presence of Cu and Zn

    No full text
Deposits of barium sulfate are a common issue in the oil and gas industry. The presence of these crystals impacts oil and gas production, causing technical problems such as inhibiting flow rate, increasing pressure in the pipe, and causing the pipe to break and be damaged. The results of this study show the formation of barium sulfate (BaSO4) crystals with the batch crystallizer method at 300 °C under the influence of the stirring rotation speed (0 rpm, 120 rpm, 240 rpm, 360 rpm, 480 rpm) and the additive concentration (0 ppm, 5 ppm, 10 ppm, 15 ppm, 2atm). In this study, the BaSO4 crystallization experiment was performed in a glass beaker using a magnetic stirrer with a stirring rotation speed to react BaCL2 and Na2SO4. The results demonstrated that adding zinc chloride (ZnCl2) and copper (ii) chloride (CuCl2) additives reduced the mass of crystals formed. The amount of barium sulfate scale that forms can be affected by the rotational speed of the stirrer. According to SEM analysis, the crystal morphology of BaSO4 was orthorhombic, indicating that this crystal shape was typical of barite crystals. While XRD analysis confirmed the formation of barium sulfate (barite) crystals, it also demonstrated that the crystals formed were solid barite crystals
