    Purification and Characterization of Rennin Like Protease from Enterococcus faecium 1.15 Isolated from Indonesia Fermented Bakasam

    The protease enzyme produced by Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) with characteristics similar to rennin is called Rennin Like Protease (RLP). The purpose of the study was to obtain information on the biochemical characteristics of RLP produced by Enterococcus faecium 1.15 as a basis for the utilization of the enzyme. The first stage of the study was observation of the growth curves and the potential of the isolates to produce RLP, biochemical characterization. Rennin Like Protease (RLP) produced by Enterococcus faecium 1.15 which has been purified using Sephadex G-50 has a molecular weight of 42 kDa with biochemical characters, with an optimum temperature of 40 ? and pH of 4.5.     The verification of  morpho-tectonic responses  were indicated by  changing of   the lineament, the river  segment azimuth,  the mountain front  sinuoucity,  the mountain front  facet  in rock formation between  lately and early geological period,  controlled by neotectonic for  bifurcation ratio and  drainage  density in Quarternary morphometry. There are three research areas namely Apaumagida Area represented by  Permian–Triassic at coordinate 135°18’11,88” E - 135°43’20,14” E and 3°56’17,59” S - 4°8’28,44” S, Enarotali Area represented by  Cretaceous–Paleocene at coordinate 136°18’45,08” E - 136°29’42,00” E and 3°53’34,75” S - 4°5’16,03” S, and  Legare Mountain Area  represented by  Tertiary– Quarternary at coordinate 135° 28’ 54,87” E - 135° 47’ 16,80” E and 3° 25’ 31,17” S - 3° 6’ 6,25” S. Conclusion by different test and regression-correlation test for lineaments, river segments, mountain front sinousity and mountain face facet  between Permian -Triassic, Cretaceous-Palecene and Tertiary -  Quarternary are significant different  to indicated that tectonic   roled actively in geomorpho-tectonic in  research area. Furthermore,  by the neotectonic controlled, there is  similarity between bifurcation ratio and drainage density in Quarternary  indicated that  tectonic roled  actively to forms   morphology    in Central Mountain Papua

    Yield Potential Of Indonesian Jatropha New Variety (Jet-1 Agribun) Under Rainfed Condition

    Jet-1 Agribun is one of the Indonesian Jatropha new varieties suitable for rainfed areas with a high yield of dry seed and oil content. The field trial was conducted at Asembagus Experimental Station in Situbondo, East Java from February to December 2019 and aimed to observe the potential of Jatropha Jet-1 Agribun under rainfed conditions. Observation on seed yield and growth components of Jatropha plantation was also made in two and three years old Jet-1 Agribun. Results of the observation showed that Jet-1 Agribun in the first year produced seed 471.8 kg/ha. A two-year-old plant produced a dry seed of 3,958.7 kg/ha.  Three-year-old plants after pruning produced dry seed 910.95 kg/ha and 916.04 kg/ha at 1 m x 1 m and 2 m x 2 m, respectively, indicating that wider spacing is more allowable for cropping with food crops until the canopy closes. Development of Jatropha should be integrated with food crops or other crops through intercropping systems, by using the land around the plants until the canopy closes.&nbsp

    This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and competence on employee performance, locus of study at Bapedalitbangda Pangkalpinang City, with a total of 53 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, with data processing techniques using the PLS SEM model. From the test results, it was found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance and compensation. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, but competence has a positive but not significant effect on performance. Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on compensation. The effect of leadership style on performance with compensation as an intervening variable has a positive and significant effect, and the effect of competence on performance with compensation as an intervening variable shows positive results but not significantly. In improving the performance of Bappedalitbangda Pangkalpinang City employees, it is better to pay more attention to leadership style, increase competence, improve compensation so that it has a significant influence in improving employee performance according to performance evaluation and their respective duties and functions

    This research seeks to identify and explain the impact of transportation on regional economic development in the Aceh Tamiang Regency. This quantitative study relies on secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Aceh Tamiang Regency for theyears 2013 to 2021. The method of data analysis is executed using the collected secondary data, which is first processed to determine the value of each variable. After collecting the data, it is tabulated so it can be analyzed using correlation and regression statistics to test the proposed hypotheses. According to the findings of this study, the calculated F of the output is 12.357 > 5.79, indicating that the length of the road and the number of vehicles have no significant effect on the growth of regional income in Aceh Tamiang Regency.     Performance of Sediment Microbial Fuel Cells in Generating Electricity using Fish Wastewater and Shrimp Wastewater as a Nutrient and Their Effect on Waste Quality

    Sediment Microbial Fuel Cell (MFC) is a technology that can convert chemical energy into electrical energy through the process of nutrient degradation by microbes. Sediment taken from the bottom of shrimp ponds was added as a source of microbes, while fish and shrimp wastewater were used as a source of nutrients for microbes. This study aims to measure the performance of the SMFC system on fish effluent and shrimp effluent to produce bio-electricity while reducing the waste load. The research method was experimental laboratories. The treatment given was the different types of electrodes, namely zinc-copper and aluminum-copper. In addition, 0.2 M KMnO4 electrolyte solution was used. This study consisted of four stages: the manufacture of nutrients from fish and shrimp wastewater, the manufacture of a dual chamber MFC bioreactor, the measurement of electrical values, and the analysis of waste quality. Experiments were carried out for 30 days by measuring electricity every 24 hours. The average value of electricity generated in the nutrients of fish wastewater with Zn/Cu electrodes was 0.705 V and Al/Cu was 0.472 V. Meanwhile, the average value of electricity in shrimp wastewater nutrients with Zn/Cu electrodes was 0.630 V and Al/Cu was 0.625 V. The number of colonies after adding sediment in the shrimp wastewater sample were 8.9 x 106 CFU/mL, the fish wastewater sample was 9.5 x 106 CFU/mL.     Business actors in the construction sector in the pre-pandemic period showed good performance, the projects obtained were on target, contract values rose, and operating income increased, until stable liquidity there was no minus, so, before the pandemic, projects were planned according to their schedules, the right targets, to the appropriate cost plan, but after the pandemic,  hence the emergence of the government's policy on diverting the project budget for disasters (Covid 19), where this policy is called budget refocusing, the regulation is contained in the 'Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 87 / PMK.07 / 2020'. During the pandemic, construction work can hinder the implementation of the proposed project to show declining performance. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence consultants in construction management activities and also to find out the impact of government policies on budget refocusing on construction project planning. Data collection was carried out by survey through a questionnaire, the respondents to this study were those in a Surabaya consulting company that was directly involved in the field of building construction that was affected by budget refocusing. As for the results of factor analysis in the correlation analysis test, one factor that significantly influences consultants in construction management activities is the factor of high labor wages with a correlation of 0.709. And for the impact of budget refocusing on construction project planning on cost factors, where the indicator is the untimely payment with a test value of 4,369

    Customer-Based Brand Equity, Company Reputation and Product Quality Effect on Customer Loyalty: Air Conditioner Retail Market in Medan

    This research explores and focuses on customer perceptions, because there is still a lack of research in knowing the relationship between customer perceptions of products and retail stores. Data collection by interviews, questionnaires, and observations on Panasonic AC retail customers. This study tries to examine the influence of the dimensions of customer loyalty which are influenced by the dimensions of Customer Based Brand Equity (CBBE), Company Reputation and Product Quality. This research is associative, with a quantitative method approach. The research was validated using SPSS-26 with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that CBBE and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, the company's reputation partially has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty. Whereas CBBE, Company Reputation, and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. From the results of this study, it was also concluded that there is a tendency for loyal customers to not guarantee that they will recommend the products they buy to others. Product (brand) selection recommendations are also more influenced by salespeople in retail stores where customers will buy products. From this research, it was found that the novelty of customer perceptions of company reputation has no effect on customer loyalty, especially for retail store customers

    This study aims to determine the role of entrepreneurial networking in moderating the relationship of leadership style to the performance of MSMEs in Pematangsiantar City. Literature and field research design with quantitative approach. Research subjects taken in this study are MSME in the city of Pematangsiantar. The research was conducted in eight districts in the city of Pematangsiantar. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Data analysis test equipment using Smartpls statistical software. The results obtained were positive and significant between Transformational Leadership with Entrepreneur Networking, Transformational Leadership with MSME performance, and Entrepreneur Networking with MSME performance and positive and no significant between situational leadership with Entrepreneur Networking. Coderation results obtained Entrepreneur Networking is not able to moderate the relationship between situational leadership on MSME performance, and Entrepreneur Networking proved capable of moderating the relationship between transformational leadership on MSME performance
