Does Corporate Social Responsibility Moderate the Effect of Information Asymmetry and Earnings Management on Cost of Equity Capital?
This study explores the relationship between information asymmetry, earnings management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and cost of equity capital (CEC). The results show that information asymmetry has a significant influence on CEC, which indicates that information uncertainty can increase the cost of equity capital of a company. On the other hand, earnings management practices have not been shown to have an effect on CECs, reflecting that investors may be more focused on long-term performance than short-term financial statement manipulation. In addition, CSR cannot moderate the influence of information asymmetry on CEC or the influence of earnings management on CEC

Smartphone-Based Accounting Information System Application: An Innovation Technology Solution For Startup
This study aims to create an Accounting Information System (AIS) application that can be accessed using a smartphone. The object of the study is PT Orangiro Makmur Jaya (OMAJA POWER). This company is one of the startups that focuses on electrical. This type of research is Research & Development (R&D) with the Analysis, Design, Development (ADDIE) model. The results of this study are the testing of the feasibility of the application by material experts resulting in an average value of the feasibility percentage of 98% which means that the application is very feasible to implement. Next are the results of the testing of the feasibility of the application by media experts with an average value of the feasibility percentage of 100% which means that the application is very feasible to implement. Then the percentage of user satisfaction based on the Performance indicator reached 4.90%, and on the Information and data indicator 4.92%. Meanwhile, the Economic indicator obtained a percentage of 4.95%. Then on the Control and security indicator, the level of satisfaction shows a percentage of 4.94%. Next is the Efficiency indicator showing a percentage of 4.93%. The Service indicator shows a percentage of 4.92%. So, based on this percentage, it can be concluded that the existence of an AIS using the PIECES Framework is very satisfying for users
Extraction Of Ketapang And Mangrove Natural Dyes As Wisdom For The Development Of Ecological Batik In Pekalongan City
This research explores the use of natural dyes extracted from ketapang leaves (Terminalia catappa) and mangrove wood (Rhizophora mucronata Poir) as environmentally friendly alternatives in the batik dyeing process in Pekalongan City. The experimental method was applied to pieces of cotton cloth dipped in natural dye extraction, with a variety of fixators in the form of alum, chalk and tunjung. The results showed that the type of fixator and pen frequency of dyeing influenced the intensity and character of the color on the fabric. The color produced from ketapang leaves with a tunjung fixator produces a blackish green nuance, while mangrove wood fixed with calcium hydroxide produces a brick red color. This research offers a sustainable solution for the batik industry through natural dyeing, supporting environmental preservation and public health in the Pekalongan batik center area

The Deformation Responses As The Resulted Of The Tectonics In Apaumagida (Apowo), Enarotali And Legare Mountain Area of Papua Province
The deformation phenomenon in Central Mountain of Papua Province is very complex, isn’t there the uniformity of geology structure pattern (folds, joints, faults) as resulted of tectonics or reactivations of the geology structure of the lately rock to the upper early rock?. Therefore, measuring the geology structure had to be done with the surface geological mapping and the measured section traverse in the field. The research area distributed in three boundaries of tectonics in coordinate 135° 00’ 00” East - 136° 30’ 00” East and 3° 00’ 00” South - 4° 40’ 00” South. There are three research areas namely the Apaumagida area represent the Permian – Triassic Periods in coordinate 135°18’11,88” East - 135°43’20,14” East and 3°56’17,59” South - 4°8’28,44” South, the Enarotali area represent the Cretaceous – Paleocene Periods in coordinate 136°18’45,08” East - 136°29’42,00” East and 3°53’34,75” South - 4°5’16,03” South, and the Legare Mountain area represent the Tertiary – Quaternary Periods in coordinate 135° 28’ 54,87” East - 135° 47’ 16,80” East and 3° 25’ 31,17” South - 3° 6’ 6,25” South. According to the result and discussion, conclusioned that the direction of folds, jonts, faults were different between the oldest periods to the youngest periods, indicated by the direction diffrent of principal stress on N 5° – 27°E in Permian Period, N 349° - 358°E in Triassic Period, N 15° – 32°E in Cretaceous period, N 45° 54° E in Paleocene Period, N52° – 74°E in Tertiary Period N74°-78° E in Quarternary. Therefore, there were general pattern in the diffrent of folds, joints and faults from Permian – Triassic and Cretaceous – Paleocene but there’s conformity from the Tertiary – Quarternary. The general conclusion that the tectonic is actively roled for the geology structure developing in Central M.ountain area since Paleozoic to Quaternary
Traffic Engineering At The Kim Ii Roundabout
As the manager of the industrial area, currently PT. KIM has problems related to traffic jams that occur around the KIM roundabout and to reduce the number of traffic accidents at KIM due to collisions between vehicles from opposite directions, it is necessary to carry out traffic engineering in the area. Traffic engineering is related to the implementation of repair work Roundabouts are not only road construction improvements but also include traffic engineering before, during and after construction. Simulation of traffic conditions to provide alternative solutions to traffic problems that occur at the KIM II Roundabout using VISSIM software. From the results of the simulations that have been carried out, it can be seen that almost all road sections have a level of service F, which means they have a VCR value > 1. This is included in the oversaturated category, side obstacles and delays increase, stopping and moving events increase, if the flow increases, the vehicle speed is equal to zero (complete stop). This condition causes delays on one of the sections of 151 vehicle seconds and this condition is not very good because it will lengthen the queue of vehicles crossing the roundabout. In accordance with the simulation that has been carried out, and based on several applicable regulations regarding the traffic system at roundabouts, several alternatives for handling traffic problems in the KIM II Roundabout area are provided

However, investment in the industrial sector in North Sumatra Province in fact it did not show an increase after the implementation of the application in 2018. In contrast to Indonesia's EoDB ranking, which after the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) application in 2018 from rank 91 crawled up to rank 72. So the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ease of licensing trying through the implementation of the Online Single Submission Application to increase investment in the industrial sector in North Sumatra Province. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting data in the form of numbers from a Likert scale questionnaire. The sample used was 80 respondents using the non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, and path analysis (Path Analysis) with the aim of knowing the direct and indirect effects of the ease of business licensing variables through the implementation of the Online Single Submission Application on increasing investment. From the results of the study that the ease of licensing tries to influence directly or indirectly through the implementation of the Online Single Submission application on increasing investment in the category that is still less effective and the results of calculating direct effect is 41,5% and indirect effect is 46,45%. Where there are two policy indicators, transparency indicators for domestic investment and Accountability for foreign investment do not have a significant direct effect and coordination indicators provide a direct and significant influence on domestic investment and foreign investment
