    Get PDF
The GX Office & Co Working Bali construction project faced significant delays in the 27th week with a deviation of -4.31%, which could result in increased costs and delays in completion. So, an effective solution is needed to overcome project delays and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. This research aims to examine the application of the Earned Value Method (EVM) in evaluating the performance of the GX Office & Co Working Bali project by calculating the Estimated Temporary Schedule (ETS), Estimated All Schedule (EAS), Estimate Temporary Cost (ETC) and Estimate All Completion (EAC). The research uses descriptive quantitative methods by collecting data from weekly project progress reports, actual costs, and planned values. Data analysis was carried out by calculating Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), Actual Cost (AC), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), ETS, EAS, ETC, and EAC. The research results show an ETS value of 114 days with an EAS of 303 days. So, there is an additional time of 9 days from the planned schedule. ETC results amounted to IDR 3,723,631,710.12, with EAC amounting to IDR 7,699,818,710.12. So, the cost of completing the project is lower than planned, with a difference of IDR 2,545,727,760.88. The results of this research contribute to the project management literature by showing the effectiveness of EVM in identifying deviations and the basis for making strategic policies needed so that projects can be completed on time according to plan

    Get PDF
This study aims to explore the relationship between burnout, supervisor support, career identity, quality of work life, and work engagement among nurses at Indriati Solo Baru Hospital, Sukoharjo, Central Java, Indonesia. A quantitative research method was employed, including descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis, using the SmartPLS application. The findings indicate that burnout and supervisor support are significantly correlated with the level of work engagement, while career identity exerts a strong influence on work engagement. Moreover, quality of work life is proven to play a crucial role as a mediator in the relationship between these variables. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of prioritizing the quality of work life, providing leadership training for supervisors, and developing employees' career identities to enhance work engagemen

One aspect that becomes a reference for the development of a company is employee performance. In an effort to improve employee performance, several companies implement policies by providing technology benefits such as internet, cellphones and computers. The original aim of implementing this technology allowance was to maximize employee performance. However, the facts on the ground show that there is a phenomenon of irregularities in the use of these technological facilities which are used for personal interests, whether opening e-mail, playing games, accessing personal social media and accessing entertainment sites. This phenomenon is called cyberloafing. Cyberloafing is a serious problem related to employee behavior, where this behavior will be contrary to the employee's integrity in completing their duties. Cyberloafing is disciplinary behavior where a worker diverts concentration and work time to activities outside of work interests. This article reviews the literature on cyberloafing among Generation Z ASN employees to help readers better understand this condition. This aims to clarify the phenomenon of cyberloafing, the impact of cyberloafing, benchmarks and dimensions of cyberloafing

Automatic Monitoring System Iot (Internet Of Things) Based Water Tanks

    No full text
Water tanks are widely used to store water in the community. However, the filling process still uses a manual method so it cannot monitor/monitor the water level in the tank, so when the water is full in the tank until it overflows it is then turned off. Water tanks are often placed at a height to take advantage of gravity so that water can flow optimally. The high position of the water tank is difficult for users to reach to determine the quality and volume of water. The performance of this tool has 2 conditions. The first condition will discuss the water level monitoring tool in the tank. Using the tool developed, the water pump can be turned on and off automatically which is controlled using a monitoring tool using a smartphone and the Blynk application with a water level indicator. , water flow, and watervolume and Notification of water conditions via Telegram. Technology for distributing and monitoring water in tanks is still limited to conventional means by turning on and opening the water tap.  For this reason, a control system is needed that can monitor and control the water volume in several tanks through one application display on a smartphone such as Telegram. By using the NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller base, an ultrasonic sensor as a water volume measuring sensor, and a Mini Water Pump, the condition of the water volume and all changes can always be monitored via notifications on Telegram. Apart from that, the tool can also be controlled automatically or manually through the commands provided on Telegram. In this way, the concept of using Telegram as a water tank volume control and monitoring system can be the right alternative choice in designing a water tank control system. The research method used is a prototyping system. The expected result is the realization of automatic floodgates to make it easier for humans to carry out their tasks and make the system run more efficiently. Apart from being automatic, this tool has the advantage that it can be controlled remotely using the internet of things. The design of this automatic sluice gate uses an Arduino Uno microcontroller as a processing tool, and is equipped with an ultrasonic sensor, water level float switch sensor, servo motor

    No full text
The process of goods and services procurement within the government environment still has vulnerabilities to fraud, which necessitates proper handling. This study aims to identify the factors that can influence efforts to prevent fraud in the procurement of goods and services using an e-procurement system. The data for this research was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees at the Procurement Services Unit (ULP) and the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Office of Dompu Regency. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. Furthermore, the research data were tested using multiple regression analysis. This study demonstrates that the variables of technology utilization, e-procurement, internal control systems, organizational culture, employee ethics, and religiosity can influence the prevention of fraud in the procurement of goods and services. The research findings can serve as a reference for evaluating the use of information technology through e-procurement and the application of internal control systems for optimal results. Additionally, it is important to consider human resources, specifically employees, in maintaining organizational culture, good ethics, and religious values as a foundation for actions in the workplace to avoid various deviant or unlawful behaviors

Combination Of Goat Rumen And Mas Snails As Decomposer Bacteria In Manufacturing Empty Palm Bunch Compost

    No full text
One effort to utilize EPOFB waste is by composting EPOFB. Cellulose can be broken down by the activity of microorganisms that are capable of hydrolyzing cellulose as an energy source, such as bacteria and fungi. One solution for managing EFB waste is to utilize cellulose decomposing organisms, which come from goldfish snails (pomacea canaliculata) and goat rumen (caprovis spp.). The aim of this research is to calculate the length of time for composting, observe the physical properties of the compost and test the nutrient elements N, P, K, C/N ratio and pH, compost from EFB using decomposer bacteria from golden snails combined with goat rumen at the P1 level and the P2 level. using commercial bioactivators. Fertilizer results at each level were compared with the Indonesian National Standard SNI No./140/10/2004. This research was carried out at the Agronomy Laboratory of the Plantation Plant Cultivation Study Program and Pilot Gardens of the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic, from June to September 2023. The research results show the length of time for composting to compost empty oil palm bunch waste at P1 level using a golden snail decomposer combined with rumen goats and P2 used a commercial biodecomposer for 53 days. Based on the results of research on the physical properties of empty oil palm fruit bunch waste compost at levels P1 and P2, the temperature at the end was the same, namely 28ºC, while the color, odor and texture parameters were better at level P2, namely blackish brown, odorless and slightly grainy in texture. The research results at the P2 treatment level were better in terms of the element parameters N, P, K and C, namely, N = 1.0343%, P = 0.2554% and K = 32.58, which met SNI 19-7030-2004 standards
