Mapping the Knowledge Landscape of Local and Traditional Ecological Knowledge (LEK/TEK) in Mangrove Ecosystems: A Bibliometric Analysis in the Past Decade
Local Ecological Knowledge (LEK) and Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) play a crucial role in mangrove ecosystem management, restoration, and community livelihoods. Over the past decade, scholarly interest in this topic has grown, yet research remains scattered across regions and disciplines. This study employed a bibliometric analysis of Scopus-indexed publications from 2014–2024, focusing on LEK/TEK in mangrove ecosystems. A total of 93 open-access articles and conference papers were identified. Results show two major research clusters: (i) ecosystem restoration, conservation, and ecosystem services, and (ii) ethnobotany and medicinal applications of mangrove species. Global publication patterns highlight Indonesia, India, and Bangladesh as leading contributors, while citation impact is distributed across both ecological and ethnobotanical studies. Despite growing attention, gaps remain in cross-regional comparisons, integration of LEK/TEK into policy, and interdisciplinary approaches bridging ecological, cultural, and governance perspectives. The findings provide a comprehensive overview of global scholarship and highlight future directions to strengthen the role of LEK/TEK in sustaining mangrove ecosystems
Evaluation Of Landfill Management At Gunung Kupang Landfill, Banjarbaru City
Banjarbaru City is the capital city of South Kalimantan Province with waste generation in 2023 of 67,854,410 kg/year. Based on the Banjarbaru City Waste Masterplan for 2021-2025 supported by Banjarbaru City Regulation No. 5 of 2023, one strategy to reduce the amount of waste dumped in landfills is the optimization and development of waste infrastructure including landfills. Waste management at the Gunung Kupang Landfill has not been optimal when viewed from the capacity of waste management. One strategy in the policy of 'Increasing Service Coverage and Quality of Management Systems' in the Masterplan is the rehabilitation of landfills that pollute the environment. Before the landfill was decided to be rehabilitated, an evaluation was carried out using the ARRPET (Asian Regional Research Program on Environmental Technology) method. An overall evaluation of the existing conditions at the Gunung Kupang Landfill has never been carried out so it needs to be carried out using the ARRPET method. The results of the environmental evaluation of the existing conditions of the Gunung Kupang Landfill with ARRPET produced a risk index score of 529.24. This value is included in the risk index with a moderate category so that the recommended follow-up is to rehabilitate the landfill into a sustainable landfill as soon as possible. Therefore, it is planned to build a methane gas installation and landfill mining in landfill zone 2 as a rehabilitation method so that the potential for environmental pollution can be minimized and the life of the landfill can be extended. Based on the evaluation results, the rehabilitation method is feasible to be carried out where the NPV of both rehabilitation methods is positive and the BCR is more than 1
The Transformative Impact of Innovative Work Behavior on Entrepreneurial Orientation and Organizational Performance
Innovative work behavior, entrepreneurial orientation, and organizational performance are central to achieving competitive advantage and resilience in dynamic business environments. This study examines how innovative work behavior affects organizational performance within firms. The study also explores the critical role of entrepreneurial orientation as both a direct influence on organizational performance and as a mediator in the relationship between innovative work behavior and organizational performance. This research was conducted on small & medium enterprise in the Province of Bali, Indonesia. Data were collected by 396 questionnaires from managers representing small & medium enterprise as research respondents and analysis was carried out using structural equation modelling. Results indicate that innovative work behavior has a positive impact on organizational performance, though its effect is enhanced significantly when mediated by entrepreneurial orientation. Specifically, the analysis reveals a strong relationship between innovative work behavior and entrepreneurial orientation, demonstrating that organizations fostering innovative behaviors are more likely to develop a proactive and risk-oriented culture. entrepreneurial orientation, in turn, shows a substantial direct positive effect on organizational performance, confirming its role as a critical driver of organizational success. Importantly, the mediation analysis suggests that entrepreneurial orientation partially mediates the relationship between innovative work behavior and organizational performance, channeling innovation efforts toward strategic objectives for optimal performance gains. The study contributes to the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship by elucidating the synergistic relationship between innovative work behavior and entrepreneurial orientation in driving organizational performance. The findings highlight the importance of fostering an entrepreneurial organizational culture that directs individual innovation toward strategic outcomes. This research provides valuable implications for organizational leaders aiming to enhance performance through integrated innovation and entrepreneurship strategies, and it sets the stage for future research exploring additional mediating factors and varied industry applications

Development Of Interactive Learning Applications Based On Artificial Intelligence To Improve Early Childhood Literacy Skills At RA Darussalam 009
Early childhood literacy skills are an important foundation in children's cognitive and academic development in the future. However, in RA Darussalam 009 it was found that conventional learning methods are still not optimal in stimulating children's interest and understanding of letters and words. This research aims to develop an interactive learning application based on artificial intelligence (AI) to improve early childhood literacy skills. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The application is designed with voice recognition, image recognition, and automatic response features using simple Natural Language Processing (NLP) that are adjusted to the child's age. Testing was conducted on 25 children aged 4–6 years. The results of the research showed that the use of this application provided a significant increase in the ability to recognize letters, read simple words, and participate actively in the learning process. The results of this research indicate that AI technology can be effectively adapted in early childhood education environments to support fun, interactive, and adaptive learning to children's needs
