Sustainable Ecotourism Management In Para Village, Sangihe Islands Regency
This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Sangihe Islands Regency Tourism Office in managing Para Village as a community-based, sustainable ecotourism destination and to identify the challenges encountered in its management. The approach used is qualitative, using a case study method, with in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation of local governments, Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis), and local communities. The study's results show that Kampung Para's ecotourism potential is enormous, with its main attractions being natural beauty, sustainable mangrove ecosystems, and the cultural richness of coastal communities. However, destination management still faces institutional and regulatory constraints, especially the unenacted Village Regulation (Perdes) on tourism levies, which has led to a weak legal basis and management accountability. Nevertheless, the community actively participates in maintaining the area's cleanliness, preserving local culture, and developing tourist attractions such as the Ampa Wayer dance and the Seke Maneke ceremony. The role of NGOs is significant in increasing community capacity through hospitality training, digital promotion, and policy assistance. To realize sustainable management, it is necessary to accelerate the legalization of Village Regulations, strengthen the Pokdarwis institution, and collaborate across sectors between the government, the community, and non-governmental partners. This research emphasizes that collaborative, locally rooted, value-based governance is the key to developing ecotourism that is inclusive, competitive, and supports achieving the Village SDGs, especially goals 8, 11, and 15
Analysis of Trends and Correlation Between Ground-based PM??? and Satellite AOD in Jakarta (Dec 2022–Mar 2025)
Monitoring of PM??? concentrations in urban areas such as Jakarta is crucial given its impact on public health (WHO, 2021) and the urban environment (Zhang et al., 2020), where measuring PM??? levels is essential for assessing air quality and health risks in metropolitan regions, including Jakarta. However, the limited number of ground-based monitoring stations and variable weather conditions often result in uneven PM??? data availability (Alim et al., 2023). As an alternative, satellite-derived Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) can serve as a proxy for particulate pollution monitoring (Liang et al., 2018).This study aims to analyze the temporal trends and quantify the correlation between ground-based PM??? and satellite AOD in Jakarta from December 2022 through March 2025. PM??? data were obtained from five Air Quality Monitoring Stations (SPKU) located in Kebon Jeruk, Bundaran HI, Kelapa Gading, Lubang Buaya, and Jagakarsa, while AOD was extracted via Google Earth Engine (MODIS MCD19A2) at the same five locations. Key methods include additive seasonal decomposition of each time series, calculation of Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients, and cross-correlation analysis to determine the optimal lag. The results indicate that both PM??? and AOD trends rose from mid-2023, peaked in early 2024, and then gradually declined through late 2024; monthly correlations were very strong (Pearson r = 0.71, p < 0.001; Spearman ? = 0.76, p < 0.001). Seasonal analysis revealed concentration maxima during the dry season (June–September) and minima in the wet season (December–February). Cross-correlation shows that AOD leads PM??? fluctuations by one month (lag +1). These findings underscore the potential of satellite AOD as a monthly proxy for estimating PM??? in Jakarta, supporting more spatially and temporally comprehensive air quality monitoring than ground-based networks alone. In conclusion, satellite AOD can be used as a supplementary indicator for PM??? air quality monitoring in Jakarta, particularly to fill gaps in ground-based PM??? data coverage
Towards Digital Transformation in Administrative Inventory Control: A Web-Based System Development Study
The inventory information system currently employed by the General Administration Department remains largely manual, relying on Microsoft Office Excel. This approach results in inefficiencies, particularly in the retrieval and processing of inventory data, which tends to be slow and prone to errors. In response to these limitations, this study aims to develop a more efficient, user-friendly inventory management system that improves access to information and streamlines data and file handling. The proposed system is designed to enhance operational efficiency within administrative units, particularly the logistics sub-division, by providing accurate records of goods management activities, including procurement, inventory, and transactional processes. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the handling of university logistics data will become faster, more reliable, and less prone to human error. Moreover, access to logistical information will be more readily available whenever required, supporting timely and informed decision-making
The Influence Of Motivation And Competency On Competitive Advantage In The Project Solution Portofolio At Telkom Property Regional 6 Kalimantan
The Project Solution portfolio remains a key driver in increasing revenue and profitability within the company. As evidenced by the four existing portfolios, Project Solution contributes an average of over 30% of annual revenue, particularly in Region 6 Kalimantan. Furthermore, the ongoing and upcoming IKN (National Capital City) project presents a significant opportunity to increase revenue within this portfolio. With the company's competitive advantages, revenue contributions should be maximized or even increase compared to previous years. Are there any obstacles or problems encountered by personnel involved in this project that have resulted in suboptimal contributions, or even decreased, compared to previous years? This is one of the reasons we focus on researching project-related human resources. The aim of the research is to determine the motivation of each individual involved in a project, to determine the competency of each individual involved in a project and to determine the influence of motivation and competency on competitive advantage in the Project Solution portfolio. The approach used in this research is quantitative. A quantitative approach is used to research a specific population or sample, collecting data using research instruments, and analyzing the data using quantitative/statistical methods. The research results show that motivation does not significantly influence competitive advantage, competence significantly influences competitive advantage, while simultaneously motivation and competence can explain the competitive advantage construct by 67.2% using a moderate model. The remaining variability not explained by the construct could be caused by other factors outside the model. From the results of this study, competence has a significant influence on competitive advantage rather than employee motivation, so the initial focus is to maintain employee competence so that it remains in the very competent category or even improved and retain employees who have good competence to continue working in the company
The Influence of E-Service Quality And Perceived Value on Customer Loyalty Through E-Trust And Customer Satisfaction In The Klik Indomaret Application
The rise of digital technology has fueled the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, including mobile apps like Klik Indomaret, a digital platform by one of the country’s largest minimarket chains. Despite its convenience and user-friendly features, Klik Indomaret struggles with customer loyalty, as seen in moderate app ratings and mixed reviews. While previous studies show that e-service quality, perceived value, and e-trust can enhance satisfaction and loyalty, this relationship isn’t always consistent in practice. This study investigates the impact of e-service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty, with e-trust and satisfaction as mediating variables. Using a quantitative approach and PLS-SEM analysis of survey data from Klik Indomaret users, the research offers insights into digital consumer behavior and provides strategic recommendations for improving customer retention
