Clustering of Districts Based on Infrastructure Indicators Using K-Means And Average Linkage Methods
Aceh Jaya is one of the districts in Aceh Province that has great potential in various sectors, such as agriculture, plantations, and tourism. In the Aceh Jaya District Development Plan (RPK) Book 2023-2026, it is stated that the unequal distribution of infrastructure development in Aceh Jaya District in 2023-2026 has resulted in low investment competitiveness and decreased economic performance. Because of these conditions, this study clusters regions in Aceh Jaya District based on infrastructure indicators so that groups of sub-districts are obtained based on the level of infrastructure development. The method used in this study is clustering analysis by comparing it with two clustering methods, namely K-means and average linkage, which are validated based on the silhouette coefficient value to see which cluster is the best. The results obtained are the Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin (KMO) value of 0.611, which indicates that the sample is representative of a total of eight variables; for the zscore value, there is no outlier data, which means that the data of the eight infrastructure variables can be used entirely. Meanwhile, the clustering results using the K-Means method resulted in 3 clusters, and with the Average Lingkage method resulted in 2 clusters. This means that Aceh Jaya District can be clustered into 2 clusters, as seen from the silhouette coefficient value of 0.736. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that infrastructure development has not been evenly distributed in the 9 existing sub-districts, so that strategies and priorities are needed in infrastructure development in Aceh Jaya Regency

Continuance Intention Analysis Using Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology Model And Unfavorable Attitude Toward Cash Payment Variable In The Case Study Of Pt. Xyz Bank M-Banking Application
The mobile banking application of PT. XYZ offers two main services, which are the core banking functions: collecting funds from the public and disbursing funds to the public. However, a decline in the number of users of the XYZ mobile banking app has been observed in both Monthly Active Users and Monthly Transacting Users. The study involves respondents who represent the target market of Bank XYZ, such as active users and users who make transactions on the XYZ mobile banking application. Thus, the objective of this research is to evaluate the IT functional-level strategy of PT. XYZ's mobile banking application concerning continuance intention. Further, the study aims to explain the relationships between the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions from the UTAUT model, as well as the variable of unfavorable attitude toward cash payment (UATC), in relation to satisfaction and continuance intention, and the interaction between these variables. Employing a quantitative research method, the sampling technique was non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling, as the population was already sufficiently specific to mobile banking users of PT. XYZ, with 310 respondents who are users of PT. XYZ's mobile banking application. Data analysis was performed using CB-SEM with a Maximum Likelihood approach. The research findings indicate that performance expectancy has the most significant influence on continuance intention. The results also show that satisfaction, as an intervening variable, strengthens the significant effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence. Based on the findings, it is recommended to focus on performance expectancy, in line with the results of the descriptive analysis, which suggest that it is an area requiring urgent and critical evaluation. Enhancing performance expectancy can help sustain continuance intention among Monthly Active Users and Monthly Transacting Users of the XYZ mobile banking application
The Effect of Green Supply Chain Management on Firm Performance Mediated by Green Innovation in Cimahi SMEs, Indonesia
The accelerated growth of economic activities, large-scale industrial expansion, and technological advancements have intensified competition, including among small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Green supply chain management (GSCM), which integrates environmentally conscious practices into supply chain activities, has become a crucial strategy for balancing industrial growth with environmental preservation. This study examines the impact of GSCM on firm performance, mediated by green innovation, in food and beverage SMEs in Cimahi City, Indonesia. SMEs in this sector significantly contribute to the regional economy while generating substantial waste, underlining the need for sustainable practices. The findings reveal that GSCM positively influences Green Innovation, with a strong effect, but has a weak and insignificant direct impact on firm performance. Green Innovation plays a significant role in improving firm performance, with a positive and significant effect. Additionally, Green Innovation acts as a mediator, partially influencing the relationship between GSCM and firm performance. These results underscore the importance of GSCM and Green Innovation in enhancing firm performance and promoting environmental sustainability in SMEs

Factors Influencing Purchase Intention To Buy Electric Motorcycles In Indonesia With Attitude As A Mediation Variable
The adoption of electric motorcycles in Indonesia requires further study. Electric vehicles (EVs) are widely regarded as the most suitable green technology for application in the automotive sector, offering a means to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. This study develops a model of electric motorcycle adoption intention based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The objective of this research is to identify the factors influencing consumer intentions to adopt electric motorcycles. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 390 respondents. The research hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that environmental concerns, perceived economic benefits, social influence, and brand awareness have a significant positive impact on consumer attitudes toward electric motorcycles. However, government policies do not significantly affect consumer attitudes or interest in purchasing electric motorcycles in Indonesia. Additionally, perceived risk demonstrates a negative correlation with attitudes, indicating that concerns such as limited range, inadequate charging infrastructure, and battery life issues negatively affect consumer perceptions. Meanwhile, consumer attitudes were found to have a significant positive influence on purchase intentions. These findings provide valuable insights for both the government and electric motorcycle manufacturers. Understanding consumer behavior is essential for designing effective strategies to promote electric motorcycle adoption in Indonesia
