Talk show segmentation system based on Twitter using K-medoids clustering algorithm

Innovations on a talk show on television can be a threat. Audience will be divided into groups so that it can make a downgrade rating program. Program ratings affect companies that will use advertising services. Television companies will go bankrupt. The biggest source of income is sales of advertising services. One way to overcome them can be analyzed in public opinion. The results of the analysis can provide information about the attractiveness of the community towards the program. But the analysis process takes a long time and can be done only by a competent person so another process is needed to get the results of the analysis that is fast and can be done by anyone. In this study using K-Medoids Clustering in the process of identifying public opinion. The clustering process known as unsupervised learning will be combined with the labeling process. The previous episode\u27s tweet data will be labeled and then used to obtain the predicted labels from other cluster members. Before going through the clustering stage, the tweet data will go through the text preprocessing stage then transformed into a numeric form based on the appearance of the word. Transformation data will be clustered by calculating proximity using Cosine Similarity. Labels from the Medoids cluster will be used on unlabeled tweet data. The cluster results were tested using the Silhouette Coefficient method to get 0.19 results. However, this method successfully predicted public opinion and achieved an accuracy of 80%

Qualified graduates is supported by an efficient process of education, improvement of competence on an ongoing basis, and appropriate curriculum. The curriculum becomes an important part in education. Each educational institution graduates expect superior quality, good morals, knowledge and competence of skilled labor. Quality of qualified graduates will increase the demand of stakeholders to recruit workers in the industry related. It is necessary to implement a quality program in an effort to provide the best service for educational activities. This study discusses the program carried out by educational and vocational study program in electrical engineering (EEVE) achieve the goal to do assessment by AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance) in evaluating the curriculum. AUN-QA aims to conduct quality assurance of courses that a member of AUN, as well as guiding and guide the university to improve and maintain the quality of the university. Researchers use qualitative research using the comparative method of ex-postfacto with the kind of correlational study. The study was conducted with data collection, such as observation, interviews, field observation and documentation study. This research resulted in the development of curriculum in vocational and educational courses in electrical engineering (EEVE), in terms of meeting the basic needs for qualified graduates, competent and professional in accordance with the standards of the AUN-QA. This study aims to develop learning tools based on project based learning in improving the basic skills of catering for students of SMKN 6 in Makassar. This type of research is the development of learning tools in the form of research and development. The tools developed include the syllabus, job sheets and student books. The development model used is a 4-D model with stages of define, design, develop and disseminate. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the development of learning tools with the PjBL model is declared valid, practical and effective so that it is feasible to use, so it is necessary to consider criteria that include; (1) the results of the validity of PjBL-based learning tools after being evaluated and examined by experts produce valid categories for lesson plans and job sheets, while for student books in the category are very valid (very good); (2) student activities receive classical completeness in the category of very valid (very good), while for cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning outcomes students are in the valid category; and (3) student responses and management of learning in the classroom categories are very valid. The suggestions made in this study are (1) to fellow teachers to use the PjBL model as an alternative used in the learning process; (2) learning materials developed after improvements and revisions can be tested in several other schools based on the problem characteristics of each school

This study aims to ascertain the Forming Factors of Business Interest of Students in the Department of Light Vehicle Engineering at Vocational High School 2 Payakumbuh based on the internal factors: (1) Education, (2) Personality, (3) Motivation, (4) Experience, (5) Knowledge, (6) Opportunities, (7) Commitment, (8) Discipline, and (9) Leadership. This type of study was quantitative descriptive. The study population was all TKR Department students in the academic year 2019/2020 consisting of 110 students. Then, there were 85 students as samples, using the Slovin formula with a precision of 5%. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and confirmatory analysis for hypothesis testing. Confirmatory analysis there are 9 independent variables analyzed through Anti Image Matrix Analysis, from the results of the research trial there are 2 variables: Education and Knowledge have MSA scores that do not meet the requirements: 0.338 <0.500 and 0.353 <0.500 so only 7 variables for further analysis. In the analysis of communilities there are 3 variables which have values below 0.500, namely Personality: 0.477, Experience: 0.306 and Commitment: 0.475, then this variable is discarded. The results of the analysis of the research trials formed a factor group of 3.128 which means that the factor was able to explain 78.2% of the 4 variables, and 21.8% of the other variables. It can be concluded that there are 4 variables: motivation, opportunity, discipline, and leadership which are the most dominant factors

This study discusses one of the stages of the research in the development of the Power Electronics Training Kits in the learning process of the Power Electronics Practicum for Electrical Engineering students, namely the validity test analysis. The validity of the Power Electronics Training Kits is divided into three aspects, namely design, media/laboratory equipment, and materials aspects. Each of these aspects was validated each by two validators who had expertise in these aspects. The instrument used in testing this validity was a validated questionnaire that had gone through the previous instrument validation process. The analysis was carried out using Aikens V Analysis. Validity analysis results are interpreted with the product development validity interpretation table by Aiken\u27s to obtain the validity category. The results showed the Training Kits is valid in all aspects both aspects of design, media/laboratory equipment, and materials. The design aspect gained a value of V = 0.89 with a valid category, the media/laboratory equipment aspect gained a value of V = 0.88 which means valid, and the material aspect gained a value of V = 0.94 with a valid category. Thus, it can be concluded that the Power Electronics Training Kits developed for the learning process of the Power Electronics Practicum for Electrical Engineering students is valid in the aspects of design, media/laboratory equipment, and materials
