Grammatical Differences in British and American English in the Students’ Instagram Accounts
Get PDFThis research contains an analysis of grammatical differences in British and American English in the students’ Instagram accounts of the Nahdlatul Ulama University of Purwokerto (UNU Purwokerto). The purpose of this study was grammatical differences in British and American English that were used by students in developing writing skills. This study uses a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis methods. The sampling technique was carried out by means of purposive sampling of the captions used for English writing practice. The Instagram accounts were analyzed 50 students accounts. KEARIFAN LOKAL CABLAKA SEBAGAI UPAYA PEMBERANTASAN KORUPSI SECARA NON PENAL
Get PDFEradication of criminal acts of corruption is still being promoted at the central and regional levels, both penal and non-penal. In relation to the eradication of corruption in a non-penal manner, there is local wisdom in the Banyumas area and its surroundings which has turned out to be one of the efforts to fight corruption, namely the character of Cablaka. Cablaka's character as a noble value that lives, grows and develops among the people of Banyumas and its surroundings prioritizes being honest, open and candid. This study aims to find and create a concept against corruption based on local wisdom in the form of cablaka characters. The research method used was a normative juridical method with a conceptual approach. The specification of this research was to examine and analyze the relationship between the character of cablaka and the eradication of corruption in a non-penal manner. Sources of data used were in the form of secondary data to obtain objective research results from the research carried out which includes primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials obtained through the study of documents and related library materials. The data analysis method used was a qualitative data analysis method presented in the form of narrative text. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that through the cultivation of the Cablaka character from an early age, it can form an honest personal character so that it is relevant to fight and counteract the corrupt nature that gives birth to corruption
KOMUNIKASI DAN SUMBER DAYA DALAM IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM E-WARONG KUBE PKH
Get PDFThis research is entitled “Communication and Resources in the Implementation of the E-Warong Kube PKH Program. This research is motivated by the existence of the E-Warong KUBE-PKH program, the distribution of social assistance has shifted from being initially cash to non-cash. The purpose of this study is to describe how communication and resources are in the Implementation of the Electronic Program of the Mutual Cooperation Stalls Joint Business Group for the Family Hope Program (E-Warong Kube PKH) in Banyumas Regency. This study was used qualitative research methods. The informant selection technique used was purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection employed were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Mutual Cooperation Warung Electronic Program for the Family Hope Program (E-Warong Kube PKH) in Banyumas Regency has been running optimally. Communication runs quite optimally and there is coordination between parties. The communication methods used are formal and informal. Informal communication via WA groups is very helpful in exchanging information, especially when it comes to disbursing aid, obstacles and handling them. The intensity of the communication carried out was quite good, it was just lacking in terms of delivering the detailed functions and benefits of the E-Warong Kube-PKH program. Human and financial resources are sufficient, but human resources in terms of competence there are still actors who come from low KPM resources or come from pre-prosperous families so that they have not been able to maximize the implementation of KUBE E-Warong development
The Types of Grammatical Errors on Instagram Captions Written by K-Popers
No full textThis research aimed to analyze the types of grammatical errors on Instagram captions written by K-Popers. The existence of social media has become a common communication among K-Popers national and international boundaries. Instagram is one of the social media platforms which has received a lot of attention from K-Popers. K-Popers usually upload their idols’ photos or videos on Instagram, and they usually use English as their caption to make it is easy to understand by K-Popers around the world. Through the English captions on Instagram, grammatical errors often occur in their English. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The researcher chose the accounts from hashtag #kpopshoutout. The researcher had figured out the data which were posted on January to April 2021 from six K-Popers which have been chosen in the form of sentences on Instagram captions. Five K-Popers in different accounts which have been chosen by the researcher, they were: @jsoo.yaaa_, @do.exokyung, @bts.bighotofficial, @bts.bighitotfical, and @nutshell.skz.The researcher analyzed 50 captions from six K-Popers accounts. Based on the analysis result by using Dulay’s theory, there are four types of grammatical errors based on Surface Strategy Taxonomy, they are omission, addition, mis-formation, and mis-ordering. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that omission was the most type of grammatical error and addition was the least type of grammatical errors that the researcher found in this research

Get PDFCorn is a food crop that replaces rice. The nutrients contained in corn include carbohydrates, protein and some dietary fiber content needed by the body, such as Ca, Mg, K, Na, P, Ca and Fe. In an effort to increase corn production, there are many obstacles, one of which is the presence of pests. The pests that attack corn include the caterpillar pest (Spodoptera sp.). This research was carried out from June to September 2021 at the Corn Crop Cultivation Center, Sumbang District and the Integrated Laboratory of the Nahdlatul Ulama University, Purwokerto. The population of Spodoptera in the Subdistrict of Sumbang is Spodoptera fugiperda. The highest intensity of S. frugiperda attack was 74.6%. The high intensity of the attack is influenced by the age of the plant, the variety, and the cultivation method carried out by the farmer. The high dose of synthetic pesticides used by farmers makes it difficult to find the presence of entomopathogens. The entomopathogen found in the research area was Metharizium rileyi

Teachers and parents contribute to early childhood education (PAUD) services applying various lessons and curricula according to their basis. In this study, it examines the idea of existentialism according to Maria Montessori in Early Childhood Education. This study used a library research method which refers to the data sources on Montessori existentialism in early childhood education. Research is empirical and theoretical by examining theories on objects and phenomena that are the focus of research from rational expressions of ideas. The results of the study describe the thoughts of children that have an impact on the training of daily life skills, sensory training, and children's language development. then in the concept of PAUD existentialism according to Maria Montessori emphasizes learning and curriculum through children's experiences that naturally involve the roles of teachers, students, and parents. The impact of Montessori existentialist thinking is respect for the child, the mind that absorbs the child, and the environment that is ready. This has an impact on the substance of Montessori-based existentialism

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvability, and profitability ratios on stock prices in pharmaceutical companies listed o the IDX for the period 2024-2018, pra pandemic era. This reseach is a descriptive quantitative study. The population of this study is 10 pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the period 2014-2018. Nine companies met the criteria. The company registered and published financial reports periodically during the observation period. The data were tested by using the t-test, f-test, coefficient of determination test, and multiple linier regression. Research results are, 1). Liquidity as proxied by CR has no significant effect on share prices in pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the period 2014-2018, 2). Solvability as proxied by DER has a significant effect on share prices in pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the period 2014-2018, 3). Profitability as proxied by ROA has a significant effect on share prices in pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the period 2014-2018, 4). CR, DER. and ROA simultaneously have significant effect on stock price in pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the period 2014-2018. Implications of this study are: more solvable and more profitable the company, raises their share price. It needs management’s ability to maintain DER and ROA fot a better result on share prices
THE EFFECT OF MATCHING GAMES FOR TEACHING SPEAKING SKILLS
Get PDFSpeaking for general communication is compulsory subject that must be taken by students during second semester. In reality, most of the students at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Purwokerto face some problems related to speaking skill. To improve the students’ speaking skill, the lecturers need to know what media is the most suitable for the students. This research is purposed to find out whether matching game can be an effective strategy for teaching speaking. The method of research was experimental research especially quasi-experimental research. The techniques of collecting data were pre-test and post-test. There were two classes as the subject of this research. They are experimental group and control group. Experimental group consists of 20 students and control group consists of 18 students. The result of the data analysis showed that matching game is effective for teaching vocabulary. The value of t- test was higher than the t-table. The result of t-test formula was 1.86, and the t- table was 1.68. Overall, matching game can be an effective strategy for teaching speaking. It can help students to learn speaking easily and effectively

No full textOne of the potential developments of early childhood is the cognitive development of children, and loose part is a media material for teaching a use in children's learning is never ending, loose part teaching materials can be used as a tool to explore various aspects including; Problem solving, Creativity, Concentration, Fine motoric, Gross motoric, Science, Language development (Literacy), Art (Art), Mathematical thinking logic (math), Engineering (Engineering) and Technology (Technology). The purpose of this research is to develop cognitive aspects of early childhood through freelance teaching materials. The method used in this research is Classroom Action research. The results of the Class Action research at PAUD Nurul Hidayah Garut, the ability of 10 children in developing their cognitive obtained in Cycle I was considered less than optimal so that improvements were needed in Cycle II. In Cycle II there was an increase in the child's ability in fine motor development according to the expected target, so this research was stopped in Cycle II

Get PDFTrade activities that cause consumerism and the enactment of consumer protection laws in Indonesia cannot be separated because business actors cheat in trade using an economic system that is free of values, norms, and even religious norms, the most important being getting as much profit as possible, the next stage gives birth to a permissive culture, hedonic lifestyle, poverty in the midst of prosperity which is basically contrary to human values and religious teachings. In contrast to the Islamic economic system, which is very contradictory, because it contains religious norms, which as a whole regulate the economic interests of individuals and society. Based on the above, the Islamic economic system prioritizes justice, unity, balance, freedom and responsibility in realizing prosperity for mankind. The approach used in this study is a juridical-normative approach. The method used in analyzing the collected data is the inductive method. The results of the research on the position of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection against the rules of Islamic law regarding consumer protection is as a reinforcement of the rules of Islamic law concerning consumer protection in its application in Indonesia. Consumer protection efforts have actually been implied and conceptualized in Islamic rules in every transaction. Then the rules were strengthened and reaffirmed in more detail in the rules of Law Number 8 of 1999 in terms of their application. If the two rules are truly applied to the fullest, it is not impossible for harmony, blessing, profit, protection of the rights of both parties to their respective interests to be achieved
