No full textThis research aims to find out the legal protection for consumers who used parking services at the Tanjung Pratama Clinic, Banyumas Regency based on Banyumas Regency Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Parking associated with consumer protection law, and find out the obstacles faced in efforts to provide legal protection for consumers. This research used descriptive method to obtain descriptive data regarding the provision of legal protection to consumers of parking service users and the obstacles faced in efforts to provide legal protection. Normative juridical research was used to analyse legal protection for consumers of parking services at Tanjung Primary Clinic. While empirical juridical research was used to analyse the obstacles faced in efforts to provide legal protection for consumers of parking service users at the clinic. Data obtained using primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that the Regional Regulation of Banyumas Regency Number 4 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Parking serves as a guideline in the implementation of parking. Normatively, the regulation of consumer rights also refers to Article 4 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Consumer rights that must be protected in the research based on Banyumas Regency Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Parking associated with Consumer Protection Law are the right to security, comfort and safety, the right to have their opinions and complaints heard, the right to compensation, compensation, and/or replacement, if the services received are not in accordance with the agreement or not as they should be. Dari 15 KSPPS yang diundang, hanya 10 KSPPS yang hadir. Program Abmas ini dianalisis secara kualitatif fenomologis untuk memahami pengalaman yang dirasakan oleh narasumber. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa para KSPPS tidak benar-benar mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan software tersebut, namun faktor waktu merupakan halangan utama untuk menggunakan software tersebut. Faktor lainnya adalah “lupa” yang membuat meraka takut untuk mencoba. Sementara dari pengurus KSPPS yang hadir ditemukan bahwa karena adanya manfaat tyang dirasakan, maka ada motivasi untuk memperoleh manfaat lebih sehingga mereka bersedia berusaha lebih keras. Kami menyimpulkan bahwa program pendampingan baik secara tatap muka maupun daring tetap dibutuhkan agar para pengurus KSPPS dapat merasakan manfaat software dalam perbaikan manajemen dan laporan keuangan koperasi

Islam views health as very important because health is the main factor not only in realizing human relationships with their creator, but also contains comprehensive, harmonious, clear and logical values. In this discussion, we consider the Rosululloh saw's guidelines for sports and the importance of exercise for physical and spiritual health. The focus of this research concerns any sport from the perspective of the sunnah of Rosululloh saw as well as the implications for physical and spiritual health in relation to Rosululloh saw's guidelines. In this case, the researcher examines the hadith of the Prophet SAW through literature review by taking sources of the Prophet's hadith and their interpretations. Literature review is a research method with a qualitative approach by collecting data from the source to answer the focus of the research by drawing conclusions. Rosululloh SAW encouraged his friends, especially Muslims, to always do the recommended sports such as running, swimming, archery and horse riding. This aim is in addition to exercise. The military basis for agility and physical fitness also contains spiritual education values such as responsibility, honesty, discipline, courage and so on. The benefits contained in sport, apart from physical health, are also spiritual health, which can build character for spiritual and emotional health. Get PDFAbstract: The basic concept of Islamic educational leadership is an interesting topic that has received serious attention from teachers and educators. Teaching quality can be checked through educational management methods. This study discusses the notion of Islamic education administration, the principles of Islamic education administration, the basics of Islamic education administration, and the scope of Islamic education administration with the aim of understanding the basic concepts of administration. Islamic education requires the madrasah MBM system to independently research, distribute, prioritize key issues, monitor education, and be accountable for strengthening community and state resources. MBM is also a form of educational reform which provides special serving madrasas to provide better and proper education to students. It can also improve employee performance, enable direct stakeholder participation, and increase public understanding of the training. With regard to reforming madrasa administration, we cannot abandon the principles of general administration, because they are very urgent in institutions and institutions, because administration can lead and make such a big and strong contribution. Several reforms to Islamic boarding schools in terms of system and management issues can be used as an integral part of the improvement and development of madrasa educational institutions in the future.

Implementation of Movie Making as Instagram Content in the Extended Speaking Class
Get PDFThis journal contained analysis of implementation in movie making as Instagram Content in the Extended Speaking Class. Instagram as a popular media for improving speaking skills in the era of gadgets. Most of people have Instagram account in the recent time. They are very active in using Instagram. Anything can be viral on this platform. This study presented the students’ perceptions of implementation in movie making as Instagram content in the Extended Speaking Class. The data were analyzed by using qualitative standard of research using interview. The outputs achieved in this study are accredited national journals, book chapters, seminars, and online news media publications. The result of this research that there were the influences from implementation in movie making as Instagram content in the extended speaking class. The first showed that participants got enhancing vocabularies from the movie dialogue. Secondly, the participants likely practiced English Pronunciation. Then, the implementation of movie making became a media of expression for increased confidence in speaking. The last result is creativity building

There was still a lack of English language skills and that it still needed additional knowledge regarding the rules of writing Business Letter in English. It is the main reason for taking topic. This PKM activity supported the vision of UNU Purwokerto about producing superior human resources with a global perspective. Moreover, UNU Purwokerto has accepted students from abroad who definitely need administration and communication in English. The object of PKM is UNU Purwokerto's educational staff, totaling 15 people who are representatives from each section. Providing a training using the fun learning method is aimed to maximize the learning process. Through this PKM activity, it is hoped that human resource competency will be increased and performance will be maximized to support the better quality of the university

Get PDFPemeliharaan dan monitoring tanaman di dalam greenhouse merupakan kegiatan yang sangat rutin untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan tanaman di dalam greenhouse. Hal ini penting dilakukan agar petani mengetahui tumbuh kembang tanaman yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi hasil pertanian ketika panen. Proses monitoring secara manual mengakibatkan penggunaan waktu yang lama dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan merancang sistem monitoring tanaman cabai menggunakan kamera ESP32 yang diintegrasikan dengan aplikasi Blynk melalui perangkat smartphone. Aplikasi Blynk dapat didownload dengan mudah di playstore. Dengan aplikasi ini petani dapat melihat kondisi tanaman secara realtime tanpa harus melakukan pengamatan langsung ke dalam greenhouse. Program monitoring tanaman cabai menggunakan kamera ESP32 berjalan dengan baik. Konektifitas jaringan internet sangat penting dalam menunjang kinerja monitoring berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) ini. Pengiriman data dari kamera ESP32 menuju aplikasi Blynk mempunyai nilai delay 1- 3 detik
