    The Influence of Brand Trust and Religiosity on The Mudharabah Deposit Product Selection Decision

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of brand trust and religiosity on the decision to choose mudharabah deposit products in Islamic Commercial Banks. Population and sample are 100 customers selected by accidental sampling in order to obtain research data through filling out a questionnaire. The results showed that partially or simultaneously the two independent variables consisting of brand trust and religiosity have a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose mudharabah deposit products in Islamic Commercial Banks

    Analysis of Financial Statements Based on Financial Ratio and Vertical-Horizontal Method in PT Unilever, Tbk, 2016-2017 Period

    This research aims to horizontally and vertically determine the financial performance of PT Unilever, Tbk, especially by observing the development of assets and financial statements through the calculation of financial ratios. Based on the research results, it can be observed that based on the analysis of the ratio of Liquidity, Profitability and Leverage tend to fluctuate. The liquidity ratio has increased, Profitability ratio has increased in GPM and NPM but decreased in Cash Ratio, ROA, and ROE. The Leverage Ratio has decreased; thus, the financial performance of PT Unilever, Tbk has not been fully optimal. Based on the horizontal analysis, it can be concluded that the balance sheet and income statement of PT Unilever, Tbk are optimal.     Management of Academic Services in Building Student Satisfaction in Private Islamic Religious College: A Descriptive Qualitative Analysis Study at STAI Al Musaddadiyah, STAI Darul Arqam, And Stai Persis in Garut Regency

    This research is motivated by student dissatisfaction with academic services, who are often dissatisfied with the academic services provided, such as facilities and staff performance that are not in line with the expectations of students as customers. This study aims to provide an overview of academic service management in building student satisfaction which includes: (1) Planning; (2) Implementation; (3) Evaluation; (4) Results and achievements; (5) Supporting factors; (6) Inhibiting factors; (7) Hope; (8) Solution. This research method used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and case study design, in the process by observation, interviews and documentation. The management theory appropriate for the service is the modern management theory. Terry. G. clarifies these management functions in four parts, namely as follows: planning (Planning), organizing (Organizing), actuating, and controlling (Controlling). The results of the study show that there was a different understanding and implementations where STAI Al Musaddadiyah established the process of academic services in the expanding student’s satisfaction which was supported by an academic service information system, STAI Darul Arqam was supported by an integrated program from the centre, a program of learning supports STAI Persis. All components, policymakers, authorities, and interested parties were required to support the realization of good quality academic services.     Determinants of Commercial Bank Performance with Guarantee Interest as Moderating Variables in Banks Listed on IDX 2016 – 2020

    This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of the Efficiency Ratio (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Size (SIZE) with LPS Guarantee Interest Rate (SBP) as a moderating variable on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, including the observation of 38 commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The statistical analysis method used is a descriptive quantitative method with the type of data being time series and cross-section using moderated regression analysis method (MRA). The results showed that the determinants of Operating Costs with Operating Income (BOPO) and Guarantee Interest Rate (SBP) had a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Non Performing Loans (NPL) had a significant negative effect on Return On Assets (ROA). The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Bank Size (SIZE) do not affect Return On Assets (ROA). The results of the Moderating Guarantee Interest Rate (SBP) moderate the effect of Operating Costs with Operating Income (BOPO) and moderate the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on Return On Assets (ROA).     The competency standards for SOE directors are competency requirements that are prepared so that SOE directors can carry out their roles effectively, taking into account the duties, responsibilities, challenges and targets set. The competency standards are divided into two clusters , namely (1) leading business, and (2) leading people and organization. Leading business competencies consist of six competencies, namely (1) digital leadership, (2) global business savvy, (3) customer focus, (4) building strategic partnerships, (5) strategic orientation, and (6) driving execution. Competence leading people & organization consists of four competencies, namely (1) driving innovation, (2) developing organizational capabilities, (3) leading change, and (4) managing diversity. Bank XYZ employees currently have various generations, namely Gen X, Y, and Z, especially the millennial generation (Gen Y), these various generations form the current corporate culture. Each generation has diverse leadership characteristics and competencies, therefore, the differences in the XYZ generation are important to be studied further. The purpose of this study is to analyze superior leadership competencies according to Generation X, Y, and Z.     Effects of Manure and Urea Fertilizer on Cocoa Growth (Theobroma cacao L.)

    This research was conducted in Cingkam Mekhanggun Village, Lawe Alas District, Southeast Aceh Regency with a height of ± 250 meters above sea level. This research will be carried out from September 2020 to December 2020 with the aim of being able to determine the effect of manure and the correct dose of urea fertilizer in order to obtain the growth of cocoa plants. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 treatment factors and 2 replications, namely the first factor of manure (K) with treatment K1 = 100 gr / polybag, K2 = 200 gr / polybag and K3 = 300 gr / polybag. The second factor was Urea (U) fertilizer with 3 treatment levels U1 = 1 g / polybag, U2 = 2 g / polybag and U3 = 3 g / polybag, so that 9 treatment combinations were obtained.  The results showed that manure could not increase the growth of cocoa seedlings, plant height, leaf area, stem diameter and biomass weight. The application of urea fertilizer cannot stimulate the growth of cocoa seedlings in the nursery. The treatment combination between manure and urea fertilizer cannot stimulate the growth of cocoa plants in the nurser

    Legal Analysis of Children as Victims of Sexual Violence

    This study aims to analyze the factors that cause children to become victims of sexual violence committed by perpetrators of crimes and obstacles in providing legal protection for children as victims of sexual violence. The applied research method is normative legal research, leading to the identification of legal rules, principles, and doctrines in response to the legal problems faced. The scientific approach in this study is based on the disciplines and working principles of normative legal science, focusing on the analysis of law itself. The results of this study show that legal protection measures provided for victims of underage sexual relations and rape in the criminal justice system are carried out through preventive and repressive approaches, both by the community and the government (through law enforcement officials), such as providing protection/supervision from various threats that can endanger the lives of victims, providing adequate medical and legal assistance, examination and judicial process. This research has significant implications in identifying the triggering factors of sexual violence against children and challenges in their legal protection. The normative legal research approach not only provides insight into relevant legal aspects, but also explores legal principles and doctrines to formulate solutions to these problems
